一种防辐射电热毯,包括电热毯本体,电热毯本体采用多种结构,自上而下依次是由防辐射层、发热线、下层无纺布构成,电热毯本体上有接线盒,防辐射层,包括铜带和防辐射无纺布,防辐射无纺布由涤纶短纤和金属纤维混合加工而成,铜带在无纺布的两侧,通过导线连接在一起,导线的另一端与接线盒相连,其特特点是,发热线蛇形排布在防辐射层和下层无纺布之间,发热线与接线盒相连,接线盒与控制器相连。其优点在于:结构简单,使用方便,既可以控制温度,又可以防辐射,面料有抗菌除臭保健的作用。

本发明涉及柔性电加热产品应用制造领域,具体的说是一种具有防辐射功能的新型电热毯。
背景技术
目前,市面上的电热毯均采用的是金属丝发热,通电即产生热量,但是会有一定的电磁辐射。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述问题,提供了结构简单、使用方便、可以防辐射的电热毯。
本发明的技术方案是,一种防辐射电热毯,包括电热毯本体,电热毯本体采用多种结构,自上而下依次是由防辐射层、发热线、下层无纺布构成,电热毯本体上有接线盒,防辐射层,包括铜带和防辐射无纺布,防辐射无纺布由涤纶短纤和金属纤维混合加工而成,铜带在无纺布的两侧,通过导线连接在一起,导线的另一端与接线盒相连,其特殊之处是,这三层结合在一起,发热线蛇形排布在防辐射层和下层无纺布之间,发热线与接线盒相连,接线盒与控制器相连。
优化的技术措施还包括:
上述的电热毯本体上有接线盒,接线盒内有接地插针,连接控制器内部的接地线。控制器通过连接线与接线盒相连,控制器的插头有接地。
上述的防辐射层中的防辐射无纺布由涤纶短纤和碳纤维混合加工而成。
使用时,将电热毯平铺在床上,打开控制器,调整至合适的档位,防辐射层接地,屏蔽了发热线加热发出的电磁波。
技术效果
本发明的技术效果是,采用上述方案可以实现一种操作简单、使用方便、可以控制温度又可以防辐射的电热毯。

一种防辐射电热毯,包括电热毯本体1,电热毯本体采用多种结构,自上而下依次是由防辐射层11、发热线12、下层无纺布13构成,电热毯本体1上有接线盒16,防辐射层11,包括铜带21和防辐射无纺布23,防辐射无纺布23由涤纶短纤和金属纤维混合加工而成,铜带21在无纺布的两侧,通过导线22连接在一起,导线22的另一端与接线盒14相连,其特殊之处是,发热线12蛇形排布在防辐射层11和下层无纺布13之间,发热线12与接线盒14相连,接线盒14与控制器15相连。
使用时,将电热毯平铺在床上,打开控制器15,调整至合适的档位,防辐射层11接地,屏蔽了发热线12加热发出的电磁波。

1.一种防辐射电热毯,包括电热毯本体,电热毯本体采用多种结构,自上而下依次是由防辐射层、发热线、下层无纺布构成,电热毯本体上有接线盒,防辐射层,包括铜带和防辐射无纺布,防辐射无纺布由涤纶短纤和金属纤维混合加工而成,铜带在无纺布的两侧,通过导线连接在一起,导线的另一端与接线盒相连,其特征是,发热线蛇形排布在防辐射层和下层无纺布之间,发热线与接线盒相连,接线盒与控制器相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防辐射电热毯,其特征是:电热毯本体上有接线盒,接线盒内有接地插针,连接控制器内部的接地线,控制器通过连接线与接线盒相连,控制器的插头有接地。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种防辐射电热毯,其特征是:防辐射层中的防辐射无纺布由涤纶短纤和碳纤维混合加工而成。
