However, the rich content and form of the 5G message also make the management more difficult. In order to purify a communication network system, a common method is that after receiving a 5G message generated by a terminal, an application message system generates control information and uploads the control information to a control system, the control system obtains a control result, and the control result is directly issued to the application message system to execute corresponding operations. Although the management and control of 5G messages can be realized, with the popularization of 5G, the data volume is larger and larger, and the network communication pressure, the disk I/O pressure and the load of a management and control system are increased continuously; in addition, the interface coupling between the application message system and the management and control system is strong, when the management and control policy of the management and control system is changed, the interface configuration of the application message system and the management and control system needs to be changed synchronously, and the expansibility is poor. Therefore, the existing control methods cannot meet the increasing demand.

It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
It should be noted that although functional blocks are partitioned in a schematic diagram of an apparatus and a logical order is shown in a flowchart, in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in a different order than the partitioning of blocks in the apparatus or the order in the flowchart. The terms "first," "second," and the like in the description, in the claims, or in the drawings described above, are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order.
The invention provides a client device, a method, a system and a computer readable storage medium, wherein the client device is respectively in communication connection with an application message system and a control center, and is used for: receiving a control request sent by an application message system, and acquiring a message to be controlled from the control request; determining response information according to a control strategy and a message to be controlled, wherein the control strategy is issued to the client equipment by a control center; and sending the response information to an application message system so that the application message system processes the message to be controlled according to the response information. According to the scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the client equipment is separated from the management and control center, and the client equipment completes the response of the management and control request through the management and control strategy issued by the management and control center, so that the load of the management and control center is greatly reduced, and the management and control processing capacity of the message is favorably improved.
The embodiments of the present invention will be further explained with reference to the drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a client device 110 according to an embodiment of the present invention, in the client device 110 shown in fig. 1, the client device 110 is respectively connected to an application message system 130 and a management and control center 120 in a communication manner, and the client device 110 is configured to:
receiving a control request sent by the application message system 130, and acquiring a message to be controlled from the control request;
determining response information according to the management and control policy and the message to be managed, where the management and control policy is issued by the management and control center 120 to the client device 110;
and sending the response information to the application message system 130, so that the application message system 130 processes the message to be managed according to the response information.
It should be noted that the application message system 130 may be a message center of each operator, such as a 5G message system (5G message center, 5GMC), or may be another type of RCS message system, and this embodiment is not limited in many ways. It is understood that the client device 110 may be a functional component installed in the application message system 130, or a functional component physically isolated from and communicatively connected to the application message system 130, where in the case of the functional component, one client device 110 may be connected to any number of application message systems 130, and the embodiment is not limited thereto. The client device 110 may be an integrated hardware device, for example, a hardware module equipped with a processor, or a device equipped with a software client that implements an information processing function, for example, an operation and maintenance platform device equipped with a software client for managing a plurality of application message systems, and the specific form may be adjusted according to actual needs, and may interact with the application message system 130 through RCS messages, and may communicate with the management and control center 120. It is understood that the control center 120 may be a control center with higher authority such as a server in a central machine room of an operator.
It should be noted that the client device 110, as a device independent from the management and control center 120, can implement message management and control based on a management and control policy sent by the management and control center 120, for example, only a lightweight database is needed to implement management and control processing of messages such as text recognition or image recognition of the management and control processing, and the client device 110 may be distributed in each application message system 130, so that under the condition that the data volume of the 5G message is large, local management and control are implemented on most of the 5G messages, the data volume uploaded to the management and control center 120 is reduced, the network pressure and the operation load of the management and control center 120 are greatly reduced, and the ever-increasing data requirements can be met; meanwhile, even if the management and control center 120 fails, most of message management and control can be completed through the client device 110, and the stability of the communication system is effectively improved.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 1, the client device 110 may further include an agent interface 111 and a communication component 114, the agent interface 111 is connected to the application message system 130, and the communication component 114 is in communication connection with the management and control center 120, so as to effectively solve the problem of high coupling between the application message system 130 and the management and control center 120, when a management and control policy needs to be updated, the management and control center 120 only needs to issue and deploy to the client device 110 through the communication component 114, and it is not necessary to frequently change an interface when the management and control policy of the management and control center 120 changes, which greatly improves the scalability of the communication system, and the specific number of the agent interfaces 111 is adjusted according to actual needs, which is not described herein again.
Additionally, in an embodiment, the client device 110 includes a processor 112, the processor 112 being configured to:
performing content identification on the message to be controlled to obtain a content identification result;
and determining response information according to the management and control strategy and the content identification result.
It should be noted that the processor 112 may be a common processing chip, and the embodiment is not limited thereto. It is to be understood that, in order to implement content identification, as shown in fig. 1, a content identification module 113 may be mounted in the processor 112, and the content identification module 113 may adopt a functional module in the prior art, and may implement content identification through a common identification algorithm, which is not described herein again.
Additionally, in one embodiment, the processor 112 is specifically configured to:
when the content identification result is determined to accord with the first control condition according to the control strategy, determining the content identification result as a control result, and determining response information according to the control result;
or,
when the content identification result is determined to accord with the second control condition according to the control strategy, reporting the content identification result to a control center, so that the control center determines the control result according to the content identification result and determines response information according to the control result;
or,
and when the communication link between the management and control center is detected to be in a fault state, determining the content identification result as a management and control result according to the management and control strategy, and determining response information according to the management and control result.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the client device illustrated in fig. 1 is not intended to limit embodiments of the present invention and may include more or fewer components than those illustrated, or some of the components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components. It should be understood that the above-mentioned units may be hardware modules, or may also be software functional modules capable of implementing corresponding functions, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Based on the above-described client device, various embodiments of the information processing method of the present invention are presented below.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart of an information processing method according to another embodiment of the present invention, which includes, but is not limited to, step S210, step S220, and step S230.
Step S210, receiving a management and control request sent by the application message system, and acquiring a message to be managed and controlled from the management and control request.
In an embodiment, the management and control request sent by the application message system may include any number of messages to be managed and controlled, for example, the application message system generates the management and control request according to each received 5G message, or generates the management and control request for all the 5G messages received by the node at the same time, and the specific manner is selected according to actual requirements, which is not limited in this embodiment. It can be understood that the management and control request may include any material that can be used for management and control, such as account information and user information for sending a 5G message, in addition to the message to be managed and controlled, and may be adjusted according to actual needs.
It can be understood by those skilled in the art that the message to be managed may be any RCS information, and may include any type of multimedia information, for example, images, videos, texts, etc., which are not limited in this embodiment, and the 5G message is only an example adopted for convenience of description, and this does not limit the scope of the present invention.
Step S220, response information is determined according to the control strategy and the message to be controlled, and the control strategy is issued to the client device by the control center.
In an embodiment, the management and control policy may be formulated according to actual requirements, and may be used to guide the client device to perform a preset operation on the message to be managed, or may be a management and control main body used to determine different types of messages to be managed, for example, in the management and control process, content identification may be performed on the message to be managed first to obtain a content identification result, the type of the message to be managed is determined according to the content identification result, and then, according to the management and control policy, it is determined that the message to be managed of the type is locally managed by the client device or is uploaded to the management and control center to perform higher-authority management and control; if the content identification result is obtained, the accuracy of the content identification result is determined, and when the accuracy of the identification of the client device cannot meet a preset threshold value in a control strategy, the message to be controlled is reported to a control center for higher-level processing; the specific management and control strategy is adjusted according to the management and control requirement of the message to be managed and controlled.
It should be noted that, because the client device and the management and control center have certain differences in authority and data processing capability, the management and control policy issued to the client device and the management and control policy issued to the management and control center may be different, and may be adjusted according to the specific control authority and processing capability.
It should be noted that, a management and control policy needs to be formulated and issued by a management and control center, based on the description of the foregoing embodiment, the processing capability and authority of the client device are limited, and actually, the technical solution of this embodiment mainly implements load distribution of the management and control center, but does not completely replace the load distribution, that is, the client device cannot complete management and control processing of all messages to be managed and controlled, for example, operations such as shielding or seal number of a user number need to be completed in a core network, and the client device does not necessarily have an operation authority of a core network level, but needs the management and control center to perform corresponding operations, and therefore, in order to unify management and control standards, the management and control policy in this embodiment is formulated and issued by the management and control center; of course, if the management and control policy needs to be updated in the subsequent use process, the management and control policy may also be updated by the management and control center and sent to all the client devices, which is not described herein again.
It should be noted that the management and control policy may be issued to the client device in advance, for example, in an initialization stage, so as to ensure that the client device receives the management and control request on the premise that the management and control policy is provided, or the management and control policy may be synchronized from the management and control center after receiving the management and control request each time so as to ensure that the management and control policy is the latest policy, and the specific manner may be selected according to actual needs, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Step S230, sending the response information to the application message system, so that the application message system processes the message to be managed and controlled according to the response information.
In an embodiment, the response information may include any operation on the message to be managed, such as a common masking operation, a deleting operation, and the like. It should be noted that the operation in the response information may be a preset operation set in the management and control policy, for example, when it is set in the management and control policy that the message to be managed is detected to be bad information, for example, the 5G message includes illegal or unscrupulous content, the response information may be to shield or delete the 5G message, and for example, when it is determined that the message to be managed is harassment information sent by the same user to multiple users, the response information may be to shield or delete the 5G message sent by the user, and the specific response information may be adjusted according to actual requirements.
In addition, referring to fig. 3, in an embodiment, the step S220 in the embodiment shown in fig. 2 further includes, but is not limited to, the following steps:
step S310, identifying the content of the message to be controlled to obtain a content identification result;
and step S320, determining response information according to the management and control strategy and the content identification result.
It should be noted that the content identification can be performed by an existing content identification algorithm, such as common image identification, text identification, or video identification. The embodiment does not relate to specific improvement of the identification method, and is not described herein again. It can be understood that, since the 5G message may be a plurality of types of multimedia information, a plurality of content identification modules capable of implementing an identification algorithm may be pre-configured in the client device, and the specific number and type may be selected according to actual requirements, which is not described herein again. It can be understood that, when the message to be managed includes a plurality of 5G messages, content identification may be performed on each 5G message, and a content identification result is obtained, which is not described herein again.
In an embodiment, the content identification result may be a data tag, or may be a classification result of other types, and may be a specific type of the message to be managed and controlled. As will be understood by those skilled in the art, due to the limitation of the recognition capability, the recognition accuracy of the message to be managed and controlled in the actual use process may not necessarily reach 100%, and therefore, data that can be used to reflect the reliability of the recognition result, such as the recognition accuracy, may also be added to the content recognition result, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In an embodiment, the response information may be an operation corresponding to a content identification result preset in the management and control policy, for example, the identified content identification result is spam, and it is determined according to the management and control policy that the corresponding operation is deletion, and the response information may be information related to deletion of the message to be managed, so that the application message system may perform the corresponding operation.
In addition, referring to fig. 4, in an embodiment, the step S320 in the embodiment shown in fig. 3 further includes, but is not limited to, the following steps:
step S410, when the content identification result is determined to accord with the first control condition according to the control strategy, determining the content identification result as a control result, and determining response information according to the control result;
or,
step S420, when the content identification result is determined to accord with the second control condition according to the control strategy, reporting the content identification result to the control center, so that the control center determines the control result according to the content identification result and determines response information according to the control result;
or,
step S430, when it is detected that the communication link with the management and control center is in a fault state, determining the content identification result as a management and control result according to the management and control policy, and determining the response information according to the management and control result.
In an embodiment, since the processing capability and the authority of the client device are limited, the management and control of all the messages to be managed and controlled cannot be completed, but the operation needs to be further executed through the management and control center, in this case, the first management and control condition and the second management and control condition may be conditions for determining an execution subject to be managed and controlled, for example, in the case that the first management and control condition is satisfied, the client device locally completes generation of the management and control result, in the case that the second management and control condition is satisfied, the management and control center completes generation of the management and control result, and specific condition content is adjusted according to actual requirements.
In an embodiment, before the control condition that is met is determined, the content condition of the message to be controlled may be determined according to the content recognition result, whether the content of the message to be controlled is normal or abnormal may be determined, meanwhile, the credibility of the content recognition may be evaluated, and the control condition may be matched from the control policy according to the credibility and the content condition, for example, when the content condition of the message to be controlled is determined to be normal and the credibility is 60%, since it cannot be completely determined whether the content of the message to be controlled is normal, it may be set by the control policy that in this case, further arbitration needs to be uploaded to the control center, that is, according to the control policy and the content recognition result that are met with the second control condition, the application scenario of the first control condition may be obtained according to the above example, and it may be determined that the generation of the control result is completed in the client device, and will not be described in detail herein.
In an embodiment, after reporting the content identification result to the management and control center, the management and control center may decide according to the obtained content identification result, where the decision may be to confirm or reject the content identification result, and the specific manner may be to perform further identification through a higher-level database, or to perform manual review, and the specific manner may be selected according to an actual requirement. It should be noted that the management and control center may determine to keep the previous content identification result according to the result of the decision, and feed back the previous content identification result to the client device, so that the client device determines the management and control result according to the content identification result, or the management and control center may obtain a new content identification result again, directly generate the management and control result by the management and control center and send the management and control result to the client device, and send the management and control result to the application message system by the client device. It can be understood that, in addition to the content identification result, the management and control center may also require, according to the specific requirement decided, the client device to report the managed raw material, for example, the message to be managed and controlled, the user account, and the like, to be uploaded to the management and control center for determining the management and control result, and the specific reported content may be adjusted according to the actual requirement.
In an embodiment, after the management and control center determines the management and control result according to the content identification result and determines the response information according to the management and control result, the management and control center may further perform an operation with higher authority on the determined management and control result, for example, determine that the message to be managed is spam sent in a group, and shield or delete the spam in the application message system through the response information.
