The steam generating assembly 100 includes a water tank 102 and a first heating device 104, which are connected to each other by a pipe, so that water in the water tank 102 can flow into the first heating device 104, and the water is heated and vaporized by the first heating device 104 to generate steam. the first interface is connected with a steam port of the first heating device, the second interface is connected with the air outlet pipeline, and the third interface is connected with an air outlet of the humidity adjusting device.
11. A steam generating device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the humidity of the fluid flowing into the outlet duct via the first heating means is different to the humidity of the fluid flowing into the outlet duct via the outlet.
12. A steaming device, comprising:
a steam generating device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 11;
and the second heating device is connected with one end of an air outlet pipeline in the steam generating device.
