the rotary base (12-1), the rotary base (12-1) is rotatably embedded on the top surface of the bottom plate (1) through a bearing;
the lower end of the adjusting sleeve (12-2) is rotatably inserted into the rotating base (12-1) through threads; a partition plate (12-3) is fixedly arranged inside the adjusting sleeve (12-2), and shear thickening fluid (12-4) is filled inside the adjusting sleeve (12-2) on the upper side of the partition plate (12-3);
the upper end of the guide rod (12-5) is fixedly arranged on the bottom surface of the mounting frame (2), and the lower end of the guide rod (12-5) penetrates through the top surface of the adjusting sleeve (12-2) and the partition plate (12-3) through a sealing block and then is fixedly connected with the limiting plate (12-6);
the buffer plate (12-7), the said buffer plate (12-7) is fixed and fitted on the guide bar (12-5) inside the shear thickening fluid (12-4), and there is interval between inner sidewalls of the regulating sleeve (12-2) and the perisporium of the buffer plate (12-7);
two electromagnets (12-8), wherein the two electromagnets (12-8) are respectively and fixedly arranged between the bottom surface of the limiting plate (12-6) and the inner bottom surface of the adjusting sleeve (12-2); the electromagnets (12-8) are connected with an external power supply, and the electromagnets (12-8) at the upper side and the lower side are arranged in a repulsion way;
the upper end and the lower end of the compression spring (12-9) are respectively arranged inside the adjusting sleeve (12-2) and the rotating base (12-1), the upper end and the lower end of the compression spring (12-9) are respectively sleeved on the electromagnets (12-8) on the upper side and the lower side, the upper end of the compression spring (12-9) is arranged in a manner of being abutted against the bottom surface of the limiting plate (12-6), and the lower end of the compression spring (12-9) is arranged in a manner of being abutted against the inner bottom of the adjusting sleeve (12-2);
the impact force on the mounting frame (2) is buffered by the reverse compression force of the mutually repulsive electromagnets (12-8) and the compression springs (12-9) and the buffer force between the buffer plates (12-7) and the shear thickening fluid (12-4).
