Accordingly, the present embodiment may also connect one end of the first arc-shaped fastening member 302 with one end of the second arc-shaped fastening member 303, and the other end of the first arc-shaped fastening member 302 with the other end of the second arc-shaped fastening member 303 through the bolt locking assembly.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, in order to fix two prefilters 12 on the fixing support 102 at the same time, the fixing support 102 in this embodiment is provided with a first fixing surface and a second fixing surface, and the first fixing surface and the second fixing surface intersect each other and are disposed opposite to each other. In this embodiment, the first anchor ear 103 is respectively mounted on the first fixing surface and the second fixing surface, and one or more first anchor ears 103 may be respectively mounted on the first fixing surface or the second fixing surface, which is not specifically limited herein.
Preferably, in order to facilitate the communication between the two prefilters 12 and one air cleaner 13, two first hoops 103 are provided in the embodiment, and the two first hoops 103 are provided on the first fixing surface and the second fixing surface so as to fix the two prefilters 12; the first air pipe 14 comprises a three-way pipe, a first port and a second port of the three-way pipe are communicated with the air outlet ends of the two prefilters 12 in a one-to-one correspondence, and a third port of the three-way pipe is communicated with a first end 131 of the air filter 13.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, in order to achieve integrated installation of two prefilters 12 on the fixing support 102, the fixing support 102 shown in this embodiment includes a support plate 211 and a fixing plate 212; the support plate 211 is vertically connected to the bottom plate 101. Wherein the fixing plate 212 has a V-shape.
Specifically, in the height direction of the first fixing frame 112, the bottom end of the supporting plate 211 is connected to the bottom plate 101, two ends of the fixing plate 212 are welded to the top end of the supporting plate 211, and two outer side surfaces of the fixing plate 212 are formed as a first fixing surface and a second fixing surface, respectively.
Thus, the fixing of the two first hoops 103 can be simultaneously realized based on the two outer side surfaces on the fixing plate 212 in this embodiment, so that the two prefilters 12 are conveniently and simultaneously installed on the first fixing frame 112, and the two prefilters 12 and the fixing support 102 are arranged in a triangle side by side manner, so that the stress is ensured to be uniform.
Further, in order to ensure the structural strength of the fixing bracket 102, the fixing bracket 102 shown in the present embodiment is further provided with a first reinforcing plate 213 and a second reinforcing plate 214; the first side of the first reinforcing plate 213 is welded to the support plate 211, the second side of the first reinforcing plate 213 is welded to one of the inner sides of the fixing plate 212, and the third side of the first reinforcing plate 213 is welded to the other inner side of the fixing plate 212; the first side of the second reinforcing plate 214 is welded to the support plate 211, the second side of the second reinforcing plate 214 is welded to the first reinforcing plate 213, and the third side of the second reinforcing plate 214 is welded to the bottom plate 101.
The two outer side surfaces of the fixing plate 212 in this embodiment are perpendicular to the bottom plate 101, the supporting plate 211 and the fixing plate 212 form a stable triangle structure, the first reinforcing plate 213 is parallel to the bottom plate 101, and the second reinforcing plate 214 is perpendicular to the bottom plate 101.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the fixing bracket 102 in this embodiment includes a first side plate 201 and a second side plate 202; the bottom end of the first side plate 201 and the bottom end of the second side plate 202 are respectively connected with the bottom plate 101 along the height direction of the first fixing frame 112; the first side plate 201 and the second side plate 202 are respectively perpendicular to the bottom plate 101, the first side plate 201 and the second side plate 202 are arranged in a V shape, and the outer side surface of the first side plate 201 and the outer side surface of the second side plate 202 are respectively formed into a first fixing surface and a second fixing surface.
Thus, the fixing of the two first hoops 103 can be simultaneously realized based on the two outer side surfaces on the fixing plate 212 in this embodiment, so that the two prefilters 12 are conveniently and simultaneously installed on the first fixing frame 112, and the two prefilters 12 and the fixing support 102 are arranged in a triangle side by side manner, so that the stress is ensured to be uniform.
In this embodiment, through holes may be formed on the first side plate 201 and the second side plate 202, so as to reduce the weight of the first side plate 201 and the second side plate 202 as much as possible while ensuring the mechanical strength of the first side plate 201 and the second side plate 202.
In yet another embodiment, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the fixing bracket 102 in this embodiment has a third fixing surface and a fourth fixing surface; the third fixing surface and the fourth fixing surface are parallel to each other and are respectively arranged on opposite sides of the fixing bracket 102; the third fixing surface and the fourth fixing surface are respectively provided with a first anchor ear 103.
In this embodiment, one or more first hoops 103 may be mounted on the third fixing surface or the fourth fixing surface, respectively, so as to implement integrated mounting of a plurality of prefilters 12 on the fixing support 102.
Preferably, in order to facilitate the communication between the two prefilters 12 and one air cleaner 13, two first hoops 103 are provided in the embodiment, and the two first hoops 103 are provided on the third fixing surface and the fourth fixing surface so as to fix the two prefilters 12; the first air pipe 14 comprises a three-way pipe, a first port and a second port of the three-way pipe are communicated with the air outlet ends of the two prefilters 12 in a one-to-one correspondence, and a third port of the three-way pipe is communicated with a first end 131 of the air filter 13.
Further, the fixing bracket 102 in the embodiment includes a first structural member 221 and a second structural member 222; the bottom ends of the first structural member 221 and the second structural member 222 are respectively connected with the bottom plate 101; the first side edge of the first structural member 221 is connected with the first side edge of the second structural member 222, so that the fixing bracket 102 forms a cylindrical structure; the third fixing surface is disposed on a side of the first structural member 221 away from the second structural member 222, and the fourth fixing surface is disposed on a side of the second structural member 222 away from the first structural member 221.
Here, the first structural member 221 shown in the present embodiment may be provided as a groove-shaped structural member, and the second structural member 222 may be provided as a plate-shaped structural member, and the second structural member 222 is connected with the notch of the first structural member 221. In this embodiment, the bottom surface of the groove of the first structural member 221 facing away from the second structural member 222 may be a third fixing surface, one side surface of the groove of the second structural member 222 facing away from the first structural member 221 is a fourth fixing surface, and the third fixing surface and the fourth fixing surface are respectively perpendicular to the bottom plate 101, so as to ensure that the central axes of the two prefilters 12 mounted on the fixing support 102 are vertically distributed.
In addition, in order to facilitate the integrated mounting of one or more prefilters 12 on the fixing support 102, the fixing support 102 may be configured in a "U" shape or an "M" shape, and other shapes, which are not particularly limited herein.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 9, in order to facilitate the fixation of the air cleaner 13, the second fixing frame 113 shown in this embodiment is provided with a mounting bracket 31, an arc-shaped support plate 32, and a second anchor ear 33; the bottom end of the mounting bracket 31 is connected with the mounting platform 111, and the top end of the mounting bracket 31 is connected with the outer side surface of the arc-shaped support plate 32; the inner side surface of the arc-shaped support plate 32 faces to one side away from the mounting platform 111, and the central axis of the arc-shaped support plate 32 is parallel to the mounting platform 111; the second anchor ear 33 is sleeved outside the arc-shaped support plate 32, and the second anchor ear 33 is used for fastening the air filter 13 on the inner side surface of the arc-shaped support plate 32. Thus, the second fixing frame 113 can fix the air filter 13 in a horizontal posture, so as to clean the filter element of the air filter 13.
Here, the mounting bracket 31 shown in the present embodiment may be provided with at least two legs, and detachably connect the legs with the mounting platform 111 through a bolt locking assembly.
Meanwhile, the arc-shaped support plate 32 and the mounting bracket 31 shown in the embodiment are connected by adopting a welding mode, and the arc-shaped support plate 32 can be an arc-shaped plate with a central angle of 180 degrees specifically so as to ensure the reliability of supporting the air filter 13 by the arc-shaped support plate 32.
In addition, the second anchor ear 33 in this embodiment has a ring-shaped fastener, and the ring-shaped fastener is sleeved on the outer side of the arc-shaped support plate 32 and welded with the outer side arm of the arc-shaped support plate 32, and opposite ends of the ring-shaped fastener are connected by a bolt locking assembly. Here, in the present embodiment, by adjusting the interval between the opposite ends of the circular ring-shaped fastener, the second anchor 33 can be ensured to fasten the air cleaners 13 of different diameters.
As shown in fig. 11, the present embodiment also provides a working machine including an upper vehicle body, the outside of which is mounted with the air filter device 100 of the working machine as described above.
Specifically, since the working machine according to the present embodiment includes the air filtering device 100 of the working machine, and the specific structure of the air filtering device 100 of the working machine refers to the foregoing embodiments, the working machine according to the present embodiment includes all the technical solutions of the foregoing embodiments, and therefore, at least has all the beneficial effects brought by all the technical solutions of the foregoing embodiments, which are not described in detail herein.
The work machine shown in the present embodiment may be an excavator, a bulldozer, or the like, which are known in the art, and is not particularly limited herein.
In some embodiments, the cab 200, the engine compartment 300 and the fixed platform 400 are provided on the upper body of the working machine, and the present embodiment can effectively use the arrangement space on the working machine, and the fixed platform 400 is provided between the cab 200 and the engine compartment 300 along the traveling direction of the working machine.
Accordingly, the present embodiment mounts the air filtering device 100 on the fixed platform 400, and the other end of the second air pipe 15 on the air filtering device 100 communicates with the turbocharger in the engine compartment 300.
Further, the upper vehicle body in this embodiment is further provided with a first walking board 500, an inclined ladder 600 and a second walking board 700; the first deck 500, the fixed deck 400, and the second deck 700 are arranged in the width direction of the working machine, the first deck 500 is provided at one side of the working machine in the width direction, and the second end 132 of the air cleaner 13 extends to one side of the first deck 500; the first deck 500, the fixed deck 400, and the second deck 700 are sequentially increased in height along the height direction of the working machine; one end of the inclined ladder 600 is connected with the first walking board 500, and the other end is connected with the second walking board 700; the fixed platform 400 is positioned adjacent to the ramp 600.
In this way, when an operator maintains the prefilter 12 or the air cleaner 13 in the air filter device 100, the filter element can be directly replaced on the first walking board 500 or the inclined ladder 600, so that maintenance in a hot state inside the working machine is avoided, and convenience and comfort of maintenance operation are improved.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention, and are not limiting; although the invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical scheme described in the foregoing embodiments can be modified or some technical features thereof can be replaced by equivalents; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (14)

1. An air filter device for a work machine, comprising:
a prefilter, an air cleaner, and a first air duct;
the prefilter and the air filter are arranged on the upper side of the installation assembly, and the prefilter and the air filter are arranged side by side on the upper side of the installation platform of the installation assembly; the air outlet end of the prefilter is opposite to the first end of the air cleaner; one end of the first air pipe is communicated with the air outlet end of the prefilter, and the other end of the first air pipe is communicated with the first end of the air filter; the second end of the air cleaner is configured to face an outside of the work machine, and the second end of the air cleaner serves as a maintenance end.
2. The air filter device of a work machine of claim 1, wherein the third end of the air filter is an air outlet end of the air filter; the second end and the third end are opposite to each other along the axial direction of the air filter; the first end is disposed on a side of the air cleaner.
3. The work machine air filter device of claim 1, wherein the air filter device comprises a mounting assembly comprising a mounting platform and a first mount;
the mounting platform is connected with an upper vehicle body of the working machine; the first fixing frame is connected with the mounting platform; the prefilter is connected with the first fixing frame.
4. The air filter device of a work machine of claim 3, wherein the first mount comprises a base plate, a mounting bracket, and a first anchor ear;
the bottom plate is connected with the mounting platform; one end of the fixed support is connected with the bottom plate, and the other end of the fixed support is connected with the first anchor ear; the first hoop is encircling the outer side of the prefilter.
5. The air filter device of a work machine of claim 4, wherein the mounting bracket has a first mounting surface and a second mounting surface;
the first fixing surface and the second fixing surface are intersected with each other and are arranged in a back way; the first anchor ear is installed respectively to first fixed surface with the second fixed surface.
6. The air filter device of a work machine of claim 5, wherein the first anchor ear has two;
the two first anchor ears are respectively arranged on the first fixing surface and the second fixing surface so as to fix the two prefilters;
the first air pipe comprises a three-way pipe, a first port and a second port of the three-way pipe are communicated with the air outlet ends of the two prefilters in one-to-one correspondence, and a third port of the three-way pipe is communicated with the first end of the air filter.
7. The air filter device of a work machine of claim 5, wherein the fixed bracket includes a support plate and a fixed plate;
the supporting plate is vertically connected with the bottom plate;
the fixed plate is V-shaped, two ends of the fixed plate are respectively connected with the supporting plate, and two outer side surfaces of the fixed plate are respectively formed into the first fixed surface and the second fixed surface.
8. The air filter device of a work machine of claim 5, wherein the fixed bracket includes a first side plate and a second side plate;
the first side plate and the second side plate are respectively and vertically connected with the bottom plate; the first side plate and the second side plate are arranged in a V shape, a side surface of the first side plate, which is away from the second side plate, is formed into the first fixing surface, and a side surface of the second side plate, which is away from the first side plate, is formed into the second fixing surface.
9. The air filter device of a work machine of claim 4, wherein the mounting bracket has a third mounting surface and a fourth mounting surface;
the third fixing surface and the fourth fixing surface are parallel to each other and are respectively arranged on opposite sides of the fixing bracket; the first anchor ear is installed respectively to third fixed surface with the fourth fixed surface.
10. The air filter arrangement of a work machine of claim 9, wherein the fixed bracket includes a first structural member and a second structural member;
the bottom end of the first structural member and the bottom end of the second structural member are respectively connected with the bottom plate; the first side edge of the first structural member is connected with the first side edge of the second structural member, so that the fixing support forms a cylindrical structure;
the third fixing surface is arranged on one side of the first structural member, which is away from the second structural member, and the fourth fixing surface is arranged on one side of the second structural member, which is away from the first structural member.
11. The air filtration device of a work machine according to any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein the prefilter comprises an oil bath prefilter; the air filter comprises a two-stage dry air filter;
and/or the prefilter is provided with a sprayer;
and/or, further comprising: the air filtering blocking sensor is connected with the early warning module and is arranged at a third end of the air filter.
12. A work machine, comprising: an upper body, wherein an air filter device of the working machine according to any one of claims 1 to 11 is mounted on an outer side of the upper body.
13. The work machine of claim 12, wherein said upper body is provided with a cab, an engine compartment, and a stationary platform;
the fixed platform is arranged between the cab and the engine cabin along the advancing direction of the working machine, the air filtering device of the working machine is arranged on the fixed platform, and the other end of the second air pipe on the air filtering device of the working machine is communicated with the turbocharger in the engine cabin.
14. The work machine of claim 13, wherein the upper body is further provided with a first deck, a ramp, and a second deck;
the first walking platform, the fixed platform and the second walking platform are sequentially arranged along the width direction of the working machine; the first walking platform is arranged on one side of the working machine along the width direction, and the second end of the air filter faces one side of the first walking platform;
the first walking platform, the fixed platform and the second walking platform are sequentially increased in height along the height direction of the working machine; one end of the inclined ladder is connected with the first walking board, and the other end of the inclined ladder is connected with the second walking board.
