Abstract
The invention relates to a drilling tool device for repairing pile foundation defects and a pile foundation defect repairing method, comprising the following steps: a housing having a hollow interior; at least two supporting legs which are obliquely arranged on the shell and uniformly distributed, and can be telescopically adjusted, so that the drilling tool device is supported in the pile foundation through the at least two supporting legs by extending the supporting legs; the telescopic piece is arranged in the shell and can be telescopically adjusted; a driving member installed under the telescopic member; the drill bit is arranged below the driving piece, the bottom end of the drill bit extends out of the bottom of the shell, and the driving piece can drive the drill bit to rotate. In the drilling process of the drill bit, the length of the supporting leg is continuously adjusted to enable the bottom end of the shell to be inclined towards the defect position of the pile foundation, so that the drill bit continuously stretches into the defect position of the pile foundation to drill, a grouting area to be grouted is formed on the pile foundation after the drill bit is crushed, so that the defect area of the pile foundation is compactly grouted and filled, and the construction for repairing the defect of the pile foundation is completed.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of buildings, in particular to a drilling tool device for repairing pile foundation defects and a pile foundation defect repairing method.
Background
Bored piles are a pile foundation form commonly used in constructional engineering, and pile body integrity is a comprehensive qualitative index reflecting relative change of pile body section size, pile body material compactness and continuity of the foundation pile of the constructional engineering. In the construction process of the bored pile, the problems of hole collapse, shrinkage and local mud clamping of the pile body due to improper control of a concrete pouring process and the like are caused by the influence of bad geological conditions such as fine sand layers, gravel layers and underground water runoffs, so that the integrity of the pile body cannot meet the design and specification requirements.
In the prior art, the pile foundation defect is usually solved by reinforcing the pile foundation by adopting a pile repairing method, namely, the pile is prefabricated or cast-in-situ at intervals in the region where the pile is driven, and reinforcing and complementing are carried out between piles, but the method increases the construction quantity and the construction cost, and has lower construction efficiency.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art, and provides a drilling tool device for repairing pile foundation defects and a pile foundation defect repairing method, so as to solve the problems that the pile foundation defects are repaired in a pile repairing mode in the prior art, the construction quantity and the construction cost are increased, and the construction efficiency is low.

a housing having a hollow interior;
at least two support legs which are obliquely arranged on the shell and uniformly distributed, and the drilling tool device is supported in the pile foundation through the support legs by stretching the support legs;
the telescopic piece is arranged in the shell and can be telescopically adjusted;
a driving member mounted below the telescoping member; and
the drill bit is arranged below the driving piece, the bottom end of the drill bit extends out of the bottom of the shell, and the driving piece can drive the drill bit to rotate.
According to the invention, the drilling tool device is hung in the sounding pipe, the length of the supporting legs is adjusted to support the drilling tool device in the pile foundation through at least two supporting legs, the length of the supporting legs is continuously adjusted in the drilling process of the drill bit, so that the bottom end of the shell is continuously inclined towards the defect position of the pile foundation, the drill bit is continuously extended into the defect position of the pile foundation to drill, a grouting area to be grouted is formed on the pile foundation after crushing, and the defect area of the pile foundation is compactly grouted and filled, so that the construction of repairing the defect of the pile foundation is completed.
The drilling tool device for repairing pile foundation defects is further improved by further comprising a miniature camera arranged at the bottom of the shell.
The drilling tool device for repairing pile foundation defects is further improved in that the drilling tool device further comprises a mounting seat which is mounted in the shell;
the side wall of the shell is provided with at least two perforations, the perforations are in one-to-one correspondence with the supporting legs, the top ends of the supporting legs are arranged on the mounting seats, and the bottom ends of the supporting legs extend out of the corresponding perforations.
The drilling tool device for repairing pile foundation defects is further improved by further comprising rollers arranged at the bottom ends of the supporting legs.
The drilling tool device for repairing pile foundation defects is further improved in that the telescopic piece is a hydraulic cylinder.
The drilling tool device for repairing pile foundation defects is further improved in that the supporting legs are electric telescopic rods.
The invention also provides a method for repairing the defect of the pile foundation, which comprises the following steps of:
providing the drilling tool device for repairing the defect of the pile foundation, and hanging the drilling tool device into the sounding pipe to enable the drill bit to be close to the defect position of the pile foundation;
starting the supporting legs to extend the supporting legs so as to prop the drilling tool device in a pile foundation through at least two supporting legs;
starting the driving piece and the telescopic piece, driving the drill bit to rotate through the driving piece, and pushing the drill bit out of the shell by stretching the telescopic piece to break the defect position of the pile foundation, and simultaneously continuously adjusting the length of the supporting leg to enable the bottom end of the shell to continuously incline towards the defect position of the pile foundation so as to enable the drill bit to continuously extend into the defect position of the pile foundation for drilling construction;
providing high-pressure pouring equipment, placing a pouring pipe of the high-pressure pouring equipment into the sounding pipe until the pouring pipe is close to the defect position of the pile foundation, and grouting the defect position of the pile foundation to fill a grouting area formed by crushing the pile foundation.
The drilling tool device for repairing pile foundation defects is further improved by providing a miniature camera and installing the miniature camera at the bottom of the shell before the drilling tool device is hung in the sounding pipe;
and in the drilling process of the drill bit, observing the drilling condition of the drill bit through the miniature camera.
A further improvement of the drilling device for repairing pile foundation defects of the invention is that,
before the drilling tool device is hung in the sounding pipe, an ultrasonic transmitter is provided, and the defect position of the pile foundation is detected by the ultrasonic transmitter.
A further improvement of the drilling device for repairing pile foundation defects of the invention is that,
before a pouring pipe of the high-pressure pouring equipment is lowered, a high-pressure water gun is provided, the high-pressure water gun is hung in the sounding pipe until the high-pressure water gun is close to the defect position of the pile foundation, and the high-pressure water gun is utilized to wash out the grouting area so as to remove residues in the grouting area.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
The invention provides a drilling tool device for repairing pile foundation defects and a pile foundation defect repairing method, which are used for breaking the defect position of the pile foundation 90 by extending into the pile foundation 90.
The drilling tool device for repairing pile foundation defects and the pile foundation defect repairing method are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, in the present embodiment, a drilling tool device for repairing pile foundation defects includes: a housing 10 having a hollow interior; at least two support legs 20 which are obliquely arranged on the shell 10 and uniformly distributed, wherein the support legs 20 can be telescopically adjusted, and the drilling tool device is supported in the pile foundation 90 through the at least two support legs 20 by extending the support legs 20; a telescopic member 30 installed in the housing 10, the telescopic member 30 being telescopically adjustable; a driving member 40 installed under the expansion member 30; the driving member 40 is capable of driving the drill 50 to rotate by the drill 50 installed under the driving member 40 with its bottom end protruding out of the bottom of the housing 10.
In this embodiment, the drilling tool device is hung in the sounding pipe 80, the pushing force is applied to the driving member 40 through the telescopic member 30 in the drilling process of the drill bit 50, so that the driving member 40 can push the drill bit 50, the drill bit 50 can continuously drill forward, the length of the supporting leg 20 is adjusted to support the drilling tool device in the pile foundation 90, the posture of the shell 10 can be adjusted, the bottom end of the shell 10 is continuously inclined towards the defect position of the pile foundation 90 in the drilling process of the drill bit 50, the drill bit 50 continuously stretches into the defect position of the pile foundation 90 to drill, the drilling tool device is utilized to completely break the defect position of the pile foundation 90 to form a grouting area, and the grouting area is compactly filled with grouting material to finish the construction of repairing the defect of the pile foundation 90.
Referring to fig. 1, in one embodiment, the drilling device further includes a miniature camera 60 mounted to the bottom of the housing 10, and the drilling of the drill bit 50 is observed by the miniature camera 60.
Referring to fig. 2, further, the drilling device further includes a mount 70 mounted within the housing 10; at least two through holes 11 are formed in the side wall of the shell 10, the through holes 11 are in one-to-one correspondence with the supporting legs 20, the top ends of the supporting legs 20 are arranged on the mounting seats 70, and the bottom ends of the supporting legs extend out of the corresponding through holes 11.
Referring to fig. 2, the mounting seat 70 is preferably located above the telescopic member 30, and the number of the legs 20 is three and the number of the perforations 11 is three.
Referring to fig. 2, in one embodiment, the drilling device further includes a roller 21 mounted to the bottom end of the leg 20.
Further, the telescopic member 30 is a hydraulic cylinder.
Further, the leg 20 is an electric telescopic rod.
Preferably, the driving member 40 is a motor.
The following describes the operation of the drilling tool device for repairing pile foundation defects according to the present invention.
Suspending the drilling tool device into the sounding pipe 80 so that the drill bit 50 is close to the defect position of the pile foundation 90; activating the legs 20 to extend the legs 20 to prop the drilling device within the pile foundation 90 via at least two of the legs 20; the driving piece 40 and the telescopic piece 30 are started, the drill bit 50 is driven to rotate through the driving piece 40, the telescopic piece 30 is extended to push the drill bit 50 out of the shell 10 to break the defect position of the pile foundation 90, meanwhile, the length of the supporting leg 20 is continuously adjusted to enable the bottom end of the shell 10 to be inclined towards the defect position of the pile foundation 90, the drill bit 50 is enabled to continuously extend into the defect position of the pile foundation 90 to drill, specifically, the drill bit drills the sounding pipe 80 firstly, the sounding pipe 80 is drilled through concrete at the defect position of the pile foundation 90, the defect position of the pile foundation 90 is completely broken through movement of the drill bit 50 in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction to form a grouting area, and the grouting area is tightly filled with grouting to complete construction of repairing the defect of the pile foundation 90.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the present invention further provides a method for repairing a defect of a pile foundation, wherein an intrinsic sounding pipe 80 is embedded in a pile foundation 90, comprising the steps of:
providing the drilling tool device for repairing the pile foundation defect, hanging the drilling tool device into the sounding pipe 80, and enabling the drill bit 50 to be close to the defect position of the pile foundation 90;
activating the legs 20 to extend the legs 20 to prop the drilling device within the pile foundation 90 via at least two of the legs 20;
starting the driving piece 40 and the telescopic piece 30, driving the drill bit 50 to rotate through the driving piece 40, and stretching the telescopic piece 30 to push the drill bit 50 out of the shell 10 to break the defect position of the pile foundation 90, and simultaneously continuously adjusting the length of the supporting leg 20 to enable the bottom end of the shell 10 to be continuously inclined towards the defect position of the pile foundation 90, so that the drill bit 50 continuously stretches into the defect position of the pile foundation 90 to carry out drilling construction;
providing high-pressure pouring equipment, placing a pouring pipe of the high-pressure pouring equipment into the sounding pipe 80 until the pouring pipe is close to the defect position of the pile foundation 90, and grouting the defect position of the pile foundation 90 to fill a grouting area formed by crushing the pile foundation 90.
In one embodiment, the miniature camera 60 is provided and the miniature camera 60 is mounted to the bottom of the housing 10 prior to the drill device being suspended within the sound tube 80;
during the drilling of the drill bit 50, the drilling of the drill bit 50 is observed by the miniature camera 60.
Further, before the drill device is suspended in the sound tube 80, an ultrasonic transmitter is provided, and the defective position of the pile foundation 90 is detected by the ultrasonic transmitter.
Further, before the pouring tube of the high-pressure pouring device is lowered, a high-pressure water gun is provided, the high-pressure water gun is hung in the sounding tube 80 until the high-pressure water gun is close to the defect position of the pile foundation 90, and the high-pressure water gun is utilized to flush the grouting area so as to remove residues in the grouting area.
Claims (5)
1. A method of repairing a pile foundation defect comprising a drilling device, the drilling device comprising:
a housing having a hollow interior;
at least two support legs which are obliquely arranged on the shell and uniformly distributed, and the drilling tool device is supported in the pile foundation through the support legs by stretching the support legs;
the telescopic piece is arranged in the shell and can be telescopically adjusted;
a driving member mounted below the telescoping member; and
the drill bit is arranged below the driving piece, the bottom end of the drill bit extends out of the bottom of the shell, and the driving piece can drive the drill bit to rotate;
the device also comprises a mounting seat arranged in the shell;
the side wall of the shell is provided with at least two perforations, the perforations are in one-to-one correspondence with the supporting legs, the top ends of the supporting legs are arranged on the mounting seats, and the bottom ends of the supporting legs extend out of the corresponding perforations;
the roller is arranged at the bottom end of the supporting leg; the supporting legs are electric telescopic rods;
the pile foundation defect repairing method comprises the following steps:
hanging the drilling tool device into a sounding pipe to enable the drill bit to be close to the defect position of the pile foundation;
starting the supporting legs to extend the supporting legs so as to prop the drilling tool device in a pile foundation through at least two supporting legs;
starting the driving piece and the telescopic piece, driving the drill bit to rotate through the driving piece, and pushing the drill bit out of the shell by stretching the telescopic piece to break the defect position of the pile foundation, and simultaneously continuously adjusting the length of the supporting leg to enable the bottom end of the shell to continuously incline towards the defect position of the pile foundation so as to enable the drill bit to continuously extend into the defect position of the pile foundation for drilling construction;
providing high-pressure pouring equipment, placing a pouring pipe of the high-pressure pouring equipment into the sounding pipe until the pouring pipe is close to the defect position of the pile foundation, and grouting the defect position of the pile foundation to fill a grouting area formed by crushing the pile foundation.
2. The method for repairing pile foundation defects according to claim 1, wherein the telescopic member is a hydraulic cylinder.
3. The pile foundation defect repair method of claim 1, wherein a miniature camera is provided and mounted to the bottom of said housing prior to the hoisting of said drilling device into said sound tube;
and in the drilling process of the drill bit, observing the drilling condition of the drill bit through the miniature camera.
4. The method for repairing pile foundation defects according to claim 1, wherein,
before the drilling tool device is hung in the sounding pipe, an ultrasonic transmitter is provided, and the defect position of the pile foundation is detected by the ultrasonic transmitter.
5. The method for repairing pile foundation defects according to claim 1, wherein,
before a pouring pipe of the high-pressure pouring equipment is lowered, a high-pressure water gun is provided, the high-pressure water gun is hung in the sounding pipe until the high-pressure water gun is close to the defect position of the pile foundation, and the high-pressure water gun is utilized to wash out the grouting area so as to remove residues in the grouting area.
