Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following examples:
example 1
In a first aspect, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, the present invention provides a method for manufacturing water resistant bobbin paper, comprising the steps of:
s1, preparing paper pulp, specifically:
step A1: sequentially adding raw materials such as waste paper, straws and bagasse to be processed into a crusher, then controlling the crusher to operate, setting the crushing time to be 3MIN, and completing the crushing treatment of the raw materials;
step A2: then, the crushed raw materials are subjected to air blowing separation treatment by using an air channel impurity removal device, and impurities with lighter internal weight of the raw materials are blown out;
step A3: then add the raw materials to the inside of regularly separating the stirring pond, according to 1: 1, injecting tap water in proportion, standing for 2 hours, stirring the raw materials every 20 minutes in the standing process, wherein the stirring time is set to 1MIN, so that impurities such as metal and the like in the raw materials, which are heavy in weight, can be precipitated and separated;
step A4: and finally, moving the mixture to the interior of a refiner, grinding the mixture into paper pulp through the operation of the refiner, and filtering out part of water in the paper pulp so that the ratio of the water to the raw materials is 1: 3.5 or so, namely completing the preparation of the paper pulp;
s2, screening and removing the blocky paper pulp, which specifically comprises the following steps:
step B1: adding paper pulp into the vibrating screening device, controlling the vibrating screening device to work, and screening the completely crushed paper pulp to the next stage, wherein the blocky paper pulp is reserved in the vibrating screening device to complete the function of separating the blocky paper pulp in the paper pulp, so that the problem that the quality of bobbin paper is influenced in the forming process of the blocky paper pulp is avoided;
step B2: then, the massive paper pulp in the vibration screening device is fished out and stored in the material box, and is added into the crusher together with raw materials such as straws and the like when next processing is carried out, so that the massive paper pulp is recycled, the waste of the raw materials is reduced, and the production cost of bobbin paper is reduced;
s3, final molding treatment, specifically:
step C1: firstly, paper pulp is flatly laid on the top of an extrusion table, water in the paper pulp is extruded out by using an extrusion roller, and then the paper pulp is rolled and extruded on the top of the paper pulp by using a printing roller, so that the paper pulp is processed into bobbin paper;
step C2: then, drying the bobbin paper by using a drying device;
step C3: then, cutting off the overflowing part at the edge of the bobbin paper by using a cutting device, recycling the cut materials, and finally controlling a winding device to work to wind and store the bobbin paper;
s4, performing outer surface waterproof treatment, specifically:
step D1: preparing a waterproof emulsion: adding 62 wt% of PFA plastic, 5 wt% of polytetrafluoroethylene and 8 wt% of polyurethane into a high-temperature mixing stirrer at the same time, setting the internal temperature of the high-temperature mixing stirrer to be 80 +/-10 ℃ for working, setting the stirring time to be 20MIN, adding 9 wt% of purified water and 1 wt% of glycerol emulsifier after the mixed material is cooled to room temperature for mixing, finishing mixing after 10MIN, finally adding 7 wt% of dimethyl siloxane, 5 wt% of fluorinated polyethylene and 3 wt% of fluorocarbon wax into the high-temperature mixing stirrer, controlling the mixing time to be 10MIN and the mixing temperature to be 50 +/-5 ℃, and finishing the preparation of waterproof emulsion;
step D2: preparing waterproof wax coating: sequentially adding 40 wt% of low-density OPE wax, 40 wt% of polyethylene, 12 wt% of emulsified asphalt, 5 wt% of epoxy resin and 3 wt% of rosin into a temperature-controlled smashing mixer, controlling the internal temperature to be 55 +/-2 ℃, and setting the stirring time to be 15MIN, so as to obtain the waterproof wax;
step D3: waterproof emulsion and waterproof coating wax are sequentially coated on the outer surface of the bobbin paper, so that waterproof treatment of the bobbin paper is finished, a double-layer waterproof layer can be formed on the outer surface of the bobbin paper, water molecule groups are separated, the water molecule groups cannot pass through the waterproof layer to be contacted with the bobbin paper, and a waterproof function is further achieved.
Example 2
In a second aspect, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, the invention further provides a manufacturing apparatus of water-resistant bobbin paper, which comprises a painting processing box 1, wherein a fixed support 2 is fixedly installed on the left side of the painting processing box 1, a rolling support 3 is fixedly installed on the right side of the painting processing box 1, a rolling motor 4 is fixedly installed on the front side of the rolling support 3, guide frames 11 are fixedly installed on both sides of the painting processing box 1, a guide roller 12 is rotatably connected to the top of each guide frame 11, a liquid storage cylinder 5 is fixedly installed on the top of the painting processing box 1, an automatic painting mechanism 6 is arranged on the left side of the liquid storage cylinder 5, the automatic painting mechanism 6 comprises an extraction pump 61, the extraction pump 61 is fixedly installed on the left side of the liquid storage cylinder 5, an input pipe of the extraction pump 61 is fixedly connected to the left side of the liquid storage cylinder 5, a flow distribution plate 62 is fixedly installed on the back side of an inner cavity of the painting processing box 1, the output tube of the extraction pump 61 extends to the inner cavity of the smearing treatment box 1 and is fixedly connected with the top of the flow distribution plate 62, the front surface of the flow distribution plate 62 is detachably connected with the flow distribution rod 63, the overflow discharge receiving mechanism 7 is arranged in the inner cavity of the smearing treatment box 1, the overflow discharge receiving mechanism 7 comprises a closed frame 71, the closed frame 71 is fixedly installed in the inner cavity of the smearing treatment box 1, the bottom of the closed frame 71 is fixedly connected with a collection hopper 72, a polyethylene layer 721 is arranged on the inner wall of the collection hopper 72, and a fixing cylinder 722 is fixedly installed at the bottom of the collection hopper 72.
The suction pump 61 is controlled to work, the waterproof material in the inner cavity of the liquid storage cylinder 5 can be conveyed to the inner cavity of the flow distribution plate 62 through the output pipe, the waterproof material overflowing from the surface of the bobbin paper can be collected through the design of the closed frame 71 and the collection hopper 72, and the smoothness of the inner wall of the collection hopper 72 can be improved due to the addition of the polyethylene layer 721.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, on the basis of embodiment 2, the present invention provides a technical solution: preferably, the delivery cavity 631 is provided in the branch rod 63, the extension hose 632 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the branch rod 63, the hollow rubber tube 633 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the extension hose 632, the sponge pad 634 is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the hollow rubber tube 633, and the liquid outlet hole 635 is provided at the bottom of the hollow rubber tube 633.

When overflowing the material and depositing up to certain quantity after, control separation motor 726 work and drive the material and rotate, the material can get into the inner chamber of extension pipe 727 under the effect of centrifugal force, then through vertical filter plate 7271 with the inside wastepaper filtering of waterproof material in the inner chamber of extension pipe 727, waterproof material after the filtration can flow in the inner chamber of recovery container, accomplish the recycle to waterproof material promptly, the waterproof material in the transport chamber 631 inner chamber can get into the inner chamber of hollow rubber tube 633 through extension hose 632, finally permeate the inside of liquid leak hole 635 through foam-rubber cushion 634, by the even surface of scribbling to the spool paper of liquid leak hole 635, realize the automatic function of scribbling waterproof material.
The operation of the method and apparatus for producing water-resistant bobbin paper will be described in detail below.
As shown in fig. 1-6, when in use, waterproof material is added into the inner cavity of the liquid storage cylinder 5 in advance, the bobbin paper mounting roller to be coated is arranged at the inner side of the fixed bracket 2, then the wind-up roll is arranged at the inner side of the wind-up support 3, the end part of the bobbin paper passes through the inner cavity of the smearing treatment box body 1 and is fixedly connected to the wind-up roll at the inner side of the wind-up support 3, the wind-up motor 4 is controlled to work, can drive the bobbin paper to transfer, simultaneously control the pumping pump machine 61 to work, pump the waterproof material in the inner cavity of the liquid storage cylinder 5, then the water is sprayed out from the bottom of the hollow rubber tube 633 and is evenly coated on the surface of the bobbin paper through the liquid outlet hole 635, the overflowed waterproof material can be collected through the closed frame 71 and the collecting hopper 72, and then the separation motor 726 is controlled to match with the vertical filter plate 7271 to filter the waterproof material, so as to recover the overflowing material.
The present invention has been described in general terms in the foregoing, but it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that modifications and improvements can be made thereto based on the present invention. Therefore, modifications or improvements are within the scope of the invention without departing from the spirit of the inventive concept.
Claims (9)
1. A method for manufacturing water-resistant bobbin paper, which is characterized in that: the manufacturing method of the water-resistant bobbin paper comprises the following steps:
s1, preparing paper pulp;
s2, screening and removing the blocky paper pulp;
s3, final molding treatment;
and S4, performing outer surface waterproofing treatment.
2. The method for producing a water-resistant bobbin paper according to claim 1, characterized in that: the step of S1 further includes:
step A1: sequentially adding raw materials such as waste paper, straws and bagasse to be processed into a crusher, then controlling the crusher to operate, setting the crushing time to be 3MIN, and completing the crushing treatment of the raw materials;
step A2: then, the crushed raw materials are subjected to blowing separation treatment by using an air channel impurity removal device, and impurities with lighter internal mass of the raw materials are blown out;
step A3: then add the raw materials to the inside of regularly separating the stirring pond, according to 1: 1, injecting tap water in proportion, standing for 2 hours, stirring the raw materials every 20 minutes in the standing process, wherein the stirring time is set to 1MIN, so that impurities such as metal and the like in the raw materials, which are heavy in weight, can be precipitated and separated;
step A4: and finally, moving the mixture to the interior of a refiner, grinding the mixture into paper pulp through the operation of the refiner, and filtering out part of water in the paper pulp so that the ratio of the water to the raw materials is 1: about 3.5, namely completing the preparation of the paper pulp.
3. The method for producing a water-resistant bobbin paper according to claim 1, characterized in that: the step of S2 further includes:
step B1: adding paper pulp into the vibrating screening device, controlling the vibrating screening device to work, and screening the completely crushed paper pulp to the next stage, wherein the blocky paper pulp is remained in the vibrating screening device;
step B2: then the blocky paper pulp in the vibration screening device is fished out and stored in the material box, and the blocky paper pulp is added into the crusher together with the straw and other raw materials when the next processing is carried out, so that the blocky paper pulp is recycled.
4. The method for producing a water-resistant bobbin paper according to claim 1, characterized in that: the step of S3 further includes:
step C1: firstly, paper pulp is flatly laid on the top of an extrusion table, water in the paper pulp is extruded out by using an extrusion roller, and then the paper pulp is rolled and extruded on the top of the paper pulp by using a printing roller, so that the paper pulp is processed into bobbin paper;
step C2: then, drying the bobbin paper by using a drying device;
step C3: and then, cutting the overflowing part at the edge of the bobbin paper by using the cutting device, recycling the cut materials, and finally controlling the winding device to work to wind and store the bobbin paper.
5. The method for producing a water-resistant bobbin paper according to claim 1, characterized in that: the step of S4 further includes:
step D1: preparing a waterproof emulsion: adding 62 wt% of PFA plastic, 5 wt% of polytetrafluoroethylene and 8 wt% of polyurethane into a high-temperature mixing stirrer at the same time, setting the internal temperature of the high-temperature mixing stirrer to be 80 +/-10 ℃ for working, setting the stirring time to be 20MIN, adding 9 wt% of purified water and 1 wt% of glycerol emulsifier after the mixed material is cooled to room temperature for mixing, finishing mixing after 10MIN, finally adding 7 wt% of dimethyl siloxane, 5 wt% of fluorinated polyethylene and 3 wt% of fluorocarbon wax into the high-temperature mixing stirrer, controlling the mixing time to be 10MIN and the mixing temperature to be 50 +/-5 ℃, and finishing the preparation of waterproof emulsion;
step D2: preparing waterproof wax coating: sequentially adding 40 wt% of low-density OPE wax, 40 wt% of polyethylene, 12 wt% of emulsified asphalt, 5 wt% of epoxy resin and 3 wt% of rosin into a temperature-controlled smashing mixer, controlling the internal temperature to be 55 +/-2 ℃, and setting the stirring time to be 15MIN, so as to obtain the waterproof wax;
step D3: and (3) sequentially coating the waterproof emulsion and the waterproof coating wax on the outer surface of the bobbin paper, namely finishing the waterproof treatment of the bobbin paper.
