Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of papermaking equipment, and particularly relates to a paper stabilizing box capable of forming a two-stage vacuum zone and a papermaking machine, wherein the paper stabilizing box comprises a first baffle, a second baffle, a third baffle, a side baffle, two sealing plates, an air pipe and a fan; the upper end and the lower end of the side baffle are fixedly connected with the first end of the third baffle and the first end of the first baffle respectively; the side baffle is parallel to the dry net and is provided with a first air outlet and a second air outlet; the second baffle is positioned between the first baffle and the third baffle, and a gap is arranged between the first end part of the second baffle and the side baffle; the air pipe is horizontally arranged, and the middle part of the air pipe is fixedly connected with the second end part of the first baffle; the air pipe is provided with at least one third air outlet; the third air outlet faces the first air outlet; the air blown in through the third air outlet blows to the first air outlet and the gap along the first baffle plate and the second baffle plate; the air blown into the gap is blown to the dry wire through the second air outlet. The invention divides the vacuum area into a high vacuum area and a low vacuum area, so that the paper web runs more stably.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of papermaking equipment, and particularly relates to a paper stabilizing box capable of forming a two-stage vacuum zone and a papermaking machine.
Background
In the technical field of papermaking, an air supply type paper stabilizing system utilizes high-speed hot air to blow out to drive airflow of a dry web surface to move, and negative pressure is generated in an approximately closed area to enable wet paper to be attached to the dry web surface so as to stabilize a running paper web. The existing stabilizing box is provided with only one air outlet, so that the defects of insufficient vacuum degree or too fast pressure change are easily generated, and the paper web is unstable.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a paper stabilizing box capable of forming a double-stage vacuum zone, which is provided with two air outlets, so that the vacuum zone is divided into a high vacuum zone and a low vacuum zone, and a paper web runs more stably.
It is a further object of the invention to provide a paper machine having the advantage of smooth running of the paper web.
In order to solve the defects in the prior art, the technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows:
a carton capable of forming a two-stage vacuum zone comprises a first baffle, a second baffle, a third baffle, a side baffle, two sealing plates, an air pipe and a fan;
two side edges of the side baffle are fixedly connected with the side edges of the sealing plate respectively; the upper end and the lower end of the third baffle are fixedly connected with the first end of the first baffle and the first end of the first baffle respectively; the side baffle is parallel to the dry net and is provided with a first air outlet and a second air outlet;
two side edges of the first baffle are fixedly connected with the inner side surface of the sealing plate respectively;
two side edges of the third baffle are fixedly connected with the inner side surface of the sealing plate respectively;
the second baffle is positioned between the first baffle and the third baffle, the second end part of the second baffle is fixedly connected with the second end part of the third baffle, and a gap is arranged between the first end part and the side baffle; two side edges of the second baffle are fixedly connected with the inner side surface of the sealing plate respectively;
the air pipe is horizontally arranged, and the middle part of the air pipe is fixedly connected with the second end part of the first baffle; the air pipe is provided with at least one third air outlet; the third air outlet faces the first air outlet; the outer side surface of the air pipe is fixedly connected with the side edge of the sealing plate;
the air blown in through the third air outlet blows to the first air outlet and the gap along the first baffle plate and the second baffle plate; the air blown into the gap is blown to the dry net through the second air outlet.
Preferably, the first baffle plates are symmetrically arranged;
the two second baffles are symmetrically arranged;
the two third baffles are symmetrically arranged;
the two side baffles are symmetrically arranged;
two sides of the middle part of the air pipe are fixedly connected with the second end parts of the two first baffle plates respectively.
Preferably, the aperture of the first air outlet is larger than the aperture of the second air outlet.
Preferably, the aperture of the first air outlet is 10-80mm; the aperture of the second air outlet is 20-70mm.
Preferably, the hole spacing of the first air outlet is equal to the hole spacing of the second air outlet.
Preferably, the hole spacing of the first air outlet is 30-50mm; the hole spacing of the second air outlet is 30-50mm.
Preferably, the width of the gap is 100-150mm.
Preferably, the upper surface of the air pipe is provided with two air exhaust holes.
Preferably, the hole pitch of the third air outlet is equal to the hole pitch of the first air outlet.
A paper machine comprising a headbox capable of forming a twin stage vacuum zone as described above.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention divides the wind blown by the fan into two parts, most of the wind blown by the third air outlet blows to the first air outlet along the first baffle and the second baffle, the first air outlet blows to the dry net obliquely upwards, a low vacuum area is formed, and the paper web at the other side of the dry net is attached to the dry net; a small amount of wind blows from the second air outlet to the dry net, so that the wind speed between the second air outlet and the dry net is increased, a high vacuum area is formed, and the dry net is tightly attached to the paper web. The form of the low vacuum zone and the high vacuum zone makes the web run more smooth.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described below in connection with embodiments. The following embodiments are only for more clearly illustrating the technical aspects of the present invention, and should not be used to limit the scope of the present invention.
The embodiment of the invention provides a carton capable of forming a two-stage vacuum zone, referring to fig. 2, which comprises two first baffles 31, two second baffles 32, two third baffles 33, two side baffles 36, two sealing plates, an air pipe 4 and a fan. The two side baffles 36 are symmetrically arranged, and two side edges of the side baffles 36 are fixedly connected with the side edges of the sealing plate respectively; the upper end and the lower end are fixedly connected with the first end of the third baffle plate 33 and the first end of the first baffle plate 31 respectively; the side baffles 36 are parallel to the dry wire 6 and are provided with a first air outlet 34 and a second air outlet 35. The two first baffles 31 are symmetrically arranged, and two side edges of the first baffles 31 are fixedly connected with the inner side faces of the sealing plates respectively. The two third baffles 33 are symmetrically arranged, and two side edges of the third baffles 33 are fixedly connected with the inner side surfaces of the sealing plates respectively. The two second baffles 32 are symmetrically arranged, the second baffles 32 are positioned between the first baffle 31 and the third baffle 33, the second end part of the second baffles 32 is fixedly connected with the second end part of the third baffle 33, and a gap is arranged between the first end part and the side baffle 36; the two sides of the second baffle 32 are respectively fixedly connected with the inner side surfaces of the sealing plates. The air pipe 4 is horizontally arranged, and the middle part of the air pipe is fixedly connected with the second end part of the first baffle 31; the air pipe 4 is provided with at least one third air outlet; the third air outlet faces the first air outlet; the outer side surface of the air pipe 4 is fixedly connected with the side edge of the sealing plate; the wind blown in through the third air outlet blows toward the first air outlet 34 and the gap along the first baffle 31 and the second baffle 32; the air blown into the gap is blown towards the dry wire 6 via the second air outlet 35.
Most of the wind blown through the third air outlet is blown to the first air outlet 34 along the first baffle 31 and the second baffle 32, and the first air outlet 34 is blown obliquely upwards to the dry wire 6, forming a low vacuum zone, so that the paper web 5 on the other side of the dry wire 6 is attached to the dry wire 6. A small amount of wind is blown from the second air outlet 35 to the dry wire 6, increasing the wind speed between the second air outlet and the dry wire, forming a high vacuum zone, making the dry wire and the paper web tightly attached. The form of the low vacuum zone and the high vacuum zone makes the web run more smooth.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the aperture of the first air outlet is larger than the aperture of the second air outlet.
In an alternative embodiment of the invention, the aperture of the first air outlet is 10-80mm; the aperture of the second air outlet is 20-70mm.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the hole pitch of the first air outlet is equal to the hole pitch of the second air outlet.
In an alternative embodiment of the invention, the hole spacing of the first air outlet is 30-50mm; the hole spacing of the second air outlet is 30-50mm.
In an alternative embodiment of the invention, the width of the gap is 100-150mm.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 3, the upper surface of the air duct 4 is provided with two rows of third air outlets 41, and the two rows of third air outlets 41 face the first air outlets on two sides respectively.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the hole pitch of the third air outlet is equal to the hole pitch of the first air outlet.
When in use, as shown in fig. 1, the stabilizing box 3 capable of forming the two-stage vacuum zone is arranged between two first drying cylinders 1 and a vacuum roller 3, a dry wire is sequentially arranged on the outer sides of the first drying cylinders, the vacuum roller and the other second drying cylinder in a surrounding manner, and a paper web is laid on the dry wire.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a paper machine, which comprises the paper stabilizing box capable of forming the two-stage vacuum zone.

Claims (7)
1. The carton capable of forming the two-stage vacuum zone is characterized by comprising a first baffle, a second baffle, a third baffle, a side baffle, two sealing plates, an air pipe and a fan;
two side edges of the side baffle are fixedly connected with the side edges of the sealing plate respectively; the upper end and the lower end of the third baffle are fixedly connected with the first end of the first baffle and the first end of the first baffle respectively; the side baffle is parallel to the dry net and is provided with a first air outlet and a second air outlet;
two side edges of the first baffle are fixedly connected with the inner side surface of the sealing plate respectively;
two side edges of the third baffle are fixedly connected with the inner side surface of the sealing plate respectively;
the second baffle is positioned between the first baffle and the third baffle, the second end part of the second baffle is fixedly connected with the second end part of the third baffle, and a gap is arranged between the first end part and the side baffle; two side edges of the second baffle are fixedly connected with the inner side surface of the sealing plate respectively;
the air pipe is horizontally arranged, and the middle part of the air pipe is fixedly connected with the second end part of the first baffle; the air pipe is provided with at least one third air outlet; the third air outlet faces the first air outlet; the outer side surface of the air pipe is fixedly connected with the side edge of the sealing plate;
the air blown in through the third air outlet blows to the first air outlet and the gap along the first baffle plate and the second baffle plate; blowing air blown into the gap to the dry net through the second air outlet;
the aperture of the first air outlet is 10-80mm; the aperture of the second air outlet is 20-70mm;
the hole spacing of the first air outlet is 30-50mm; the hole spacing of the second air outlet is 30-50mm;
the two first baffles are symmetrically arranged;
the two second baffles are symmetrically arranged;
the two third baffles are symmetrically arranged;

2. The stabilizing box capable of forming a two-stage vacuum zone according to claim 1, wherein the aperture of the first air outlet is larger than the aperture of the second air outlet.
3. The carton of claim 1, wherein the first air outlet has a hole spacing equal to the hole spacing of the second air outlet.
4. The stabilizing box capable of forming a two-stage vacuum zone according to claim 1, wherein the width of the gap is 100-150mm.
5. The carton of claim 1, wherein the upper surface of the air duct is provided with two air outlets.
6. The carton of claim 1, wherein the third air outlet has a hole spacing equal to the hole spacing of the first air outlet.
7. A paper machine comprising a headbox according to any one of claims 1-6 which is configured to form a twin stage vacuum zone.
