In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 10, the operation of the hot-rolled non-woven fabric cooling apparatus and the cooling method thereof according to this embodiment is as follows:
step 1: the first conveying table 3 drives the hot-rolled non-woven fabric to move, when the hot-rolled non-woven fabric passes through the first air pipe 5, the heaters 8 are started, the heaters 8 are set to be different in temperature from high to low, then the air blower 6 and the suction fan 10 are started, the air blower 6 blows air to the first conveying table 3, the air is subjected to layering treatment at different temperatures through the heaters 8, and the air is enabled to cool the hot-rolled non-woven fabric gradually;
step 2: the hot-rolled non-woven fabric is conveyed onto the support table 11 by the first conveying table 3, and is bent by the first pressing roller 13 and the second pressing roller 14, so that the non-woven fabric can be adhered to the surface of the support table 11;
and step 3: starting a double-head spindle motor 16, driving a driven disc 15 to rotate on a support table 11 through a transmission disc 17, starting a refrigerator 21, refrigerating a shaping roller 19 on the driven disc 15 through the refrigerator 21, extruding the shaping roller 19 through an arc-shaped limiting frame 23 arranged on the support table 11 when the driven disc 15 drives a plurality of shaping rollers 19 to rotate, and shaping and cooling the non-woven fabric attached to the support table 11 through the shaping rollers 19 under the conveying of a first conveying table 3 and the rotation of the driven disc 15;
and 4, step 4: the shaped and cooled nonwoven is transported out of the second transport table 44 and is flattened by the third press roll 38.
