The invention relates to a pulley mechanism for loading and unloading parts of a car trolley, which consists of four winches, four fixed pulleys and four movable pulleys, wherein the car trolley is provided with two layers of platforms, a plurality of loading and unloading trolleys with the parts can be dragged to the two layers of platforms of the car trolley through a ramp by utilizing the matching of the four winches, the four fixed pulleys and the four movable pulleys, the plurality of loading and unloading trolleys are connected through hooks, two fixed pulleys are respectively connected with the two winches, the two movable pulleys are connected with one end of the loading and unloading trolleys through the hooks, the two fixed pulleys which are respectively connected with the other two winches are also installed on a field, and the other end of the loading and unloading trolleys is also connected with the other two movable pulleys through the hooks. The pulley mechanism for loading and unloading parts of the car trolley has the advantages of small modification on the original site and the car trolley, simple operation and more convenient and faster loading and unloading of the parts; the operation cost of logistics companies can be effectively reduced, the energy consumption is reduced, the carbon emission is reduced, and the loading and unloading efficiency of parts on the car transport vehicle is improved.

Background
At present, trailers are mainly adopted for transporting commodity vehicles, and van trucks are mainly adopted for transporting parts. In such a transportation mode, the sedan car is frequently in idle running in the return process, and great waste of resources is caused. Meanwhile, the chassis of the car transporting vehicle is not very flat, which is not beneficial to directly stacking parts.
The observation and analysis on the structure of the car transport vehicle show that the structure of the first-layer platform is very uneven and has large fluctuation in order to reduce the gravity center and load commodity vehicles as much as possible, but the second-layer platform is relatively flat, and the second-layer platform can be adjusted to be relatively horizontal through the screw and nut mechanism. When the two-layer platform is lowered to the lowest point, the tail part of the two-layer platform is matched with the inclined plane cab apron to form a ramp of about 10 degrees to be connected with the ground, and the ramp can be used for loading and unloading the trolley with parts.
In the existing loading and unloading method, parts are stacked in a standard container by a forklift, and the standard container is hoisted on a two-layer platform (the two-layer platform is sunk to the lowest point and is attached to a one-layer platform) of a car transport vehicle by a gantry crane. However, the method needs to carry out large-scale transformation on the existing car transport vehicle, disassemble the trailer upright post, install the gantry crane on the loading and unloading site, and greatly transform the original site.

Two fixed pulleys and two movable pulleys are arranged on the upper surface of the two-layer platform, wherein the two fixed pulleys are arranged at the pulley fixing points on the front end of the car transport frame in the direction of the car head and are respectively connected with the winch C and the winch D, and the movable pulleys are connected with one end of the loading and unloading trolley through hooks.
Two fixed pulleys connected with the winch A and the winch B respectively are further installed on the field, and the other end of the loading and unloading trolley is also connected with two movable pulleys through a hook.
The winch can provide enough torque to ensure that the loading and unloading trolley has strong power to walk on the ramp; the synchronous rotation of the winch can be ensured through electrical components such as an encoder and the like, and the loading and unloading trolley is ensured not to deviate from the direction.
The invention utilizes the loading and unloading trolley to load and unload parts by transforming the car trolley.
The invention relates to a quick loading and unloading of parts on a car transport vehicle, which comprises the following steps:

6. when the passenger car arrives at the destination, a cab apron is laid at the tail part of the car carrier, and a pulley and a rope are connected;
7. the winch C and the winch D synchronously rotate to prevent the rear trolley from deviating from the direction;
8. after the loading and unloading trolleys all reach the ground, the pulleys and the ropes are folded, the trolleys are dragged to a unloading area by the tractor, and the forklift carries out unloading.
