Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 5, in the embodiment, a left opening 126 is disposed on the left fixing portion 12, the left opening 126 is disposed on the left first fixing area 122, the left second fixing area 123 and the left third fixing area 124, a plurality of left cutting lines 127 are disposed on a local inner edge of the left opening 126 toward an edge of the left third fixing area 124 to form a plurality of left positioning elastic pieces 129, and the plurality of left positioning elastic pieces 129 can be bent toward the edge of the left third fixing area 124; the right fixing portion 13 is also provided with a right opening 136, the right opening 136 is disposed on the right first fixing region 132, the right second fixing region 133 and the right third fixing region 134, the edge direction of the right third fixing region 134 is disposed at a local inner edge of the right opening 136, and a plurality of right cutting lines 137 are disposed to form a plurality of right positioning elastic pieces 139, the plurality of right positioning elastic pieces 139 can be bent toward the edge direction of the right third fixing region 134, and under the condition that the board body is folded into the packaging structure 1, the local area of the left opening 126 can be communicated with the local area of the right opening 136.
Referring to fig. 5 and fig. 8 to 10, in the embodiment, an accommodating space 19 is formed between the main body 11 and the left and right fixing portions 12 and 13, and the plurality of left positioning resilient pieces 129 and the plurality of right positioning resilient pieces 139 extend to the top position of the accommodating space 19 (i.e., the plurality of left positioning resilient pieces 129 and the plurality of right positioning resilient pieces 139 are located at the top position of the accommodating space 19), and a positioning opening 10 is defined between the plurality of left positioning resilient pieces 129 and the ends of the plurality of right positioning resilient pieces 139, and the positioning opening 10 can be in a polygonal shape (but not limited thereto) and is communicated with the accommodating space 19. In a state that the product 2 extends from the positioning opening 10 into the accommodating space 19, as shown in fig. 8, a neck 23 is formed between the body 21 and the base 22 of the product 2 due to the change of the outer diameters thereof, and the outer edge corresponding to the neck 23 forms an indent space 230, for example, when the top side of the base 22 is smaller than the bottom side of the body 21 and the bottom side of the base 22 is larger than the top side of the base 22, the area of the base 22 adjacent to the top side forms a space that is indented toward the central axis direction of the product 2, i.e., the area of the base 22 adjacent to the top side forms the neck 23 and also forms the indent space 230, however, in other embodiments of the present application, the neck 23 is not limited to be formed on the base 22, and can be formed on the body 21, or the housing of the product 2 can be an integrally molded object, the product 2 is the product 2 referred to in the present application without having two separate components, namely the main body 21 and the base 22, but as long as the product 2 has the neck 23 to form the concave space 230, and the left positioning resilient pieces 129 and the right positioning resilient pieces 139 can be embedded into the concave space 230, and in addition, the portion of the product 2 located under the left positioning resilient pieces 129 and the right positioning resilient pieces 139 is equivalent to the base 22 mentioned above.
As shown in fig. 5 and fig. 8 to fig. 10, the base 22 of the product 2 is larger than the positioning opening 10, so as to push the left positioning resilient sheets 129 and the right positioning resilient sheets 139 to bend and deform toward the bottom side of the packaging structure 1 (as shown in fig. 9), when the base 22 passes through the ends of the left positioning resilient sheets 129 and the right positioning resilient sheets 139, the left positioning resilient sheets 129 and the right positioning resilient sheets 139 will displace upward due to their own restoring force (i.e. returning to the positions before deformation), so that the ends can be embedded into the concave space 230 between the base 22 and the main body 21 of the product 2 (as shown in fig. 10) to position the product 2 on the packaging structure 1, so that when the product 2 is subjected to a downward or peripheral (front, back, left, and right) moving force, it will be directly blocked by the packaging structure 1, moreover, when the product 2 is forced to move upward, the base 22 is blocked by the left positioning resilient pieces 129 and the right positioning resilient pieces 139, so that the product 2 cannot be separated from the packaging structure 1, and therefore, the packaging structure 1 has only a small amount of buffer space to achieve the protection effect, and during the transportation of the product 2, the packaging structure 1 can effectively achieve the protection of preventing the product 2 from falling (i.e., being separated from the packaging structure 1) and preventing vibration.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5 again, in the embodiment, in order to conveniently take the packaging structure 1 out of the packaging box, the left third fixing area 124 and the right third fixing area 134 are respectively provided with a cutting line 120, 130, the two cutting lines 120, 130 are semicircular, and the two cutting lines 120, 130 are respectively arranged at the joints of the left fixing portion 12 and the right fixing portion 13 and the two connecting portions 14 to respectively form an extraction portion 1201, 1301, and the extraction portions 1201, 1301 can be respectively bent and formed in a direction away from the accommodating space 19, so that a user can apply force to the two extraction portions 1201, 1301 to take the packaging structure 1 out of the packaging box. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, manufacturers can adjust the shapes (e.g., rectangular) of the two cutting lines 120, 130 according to the product requirements, as long as the package structure 1 can be bent to form the extraction portions 1201, 1301, so that the user can conveniently take the package structure 1 out of the package box by means of the two extraction portions 1201, 1301.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5 again, in the embodiment, in order to facilitate the consumer to disassemble the packaging structure 1, the left third fixing area 124 and the right third fixing area 134 are respectively provided with an opening 1241, 1341, and the two openings 1241, 1341 are respectively disposed at opposite ends of the left third fixing area 124 and the right third fixing area 134, for example, when one opening 1241 is disposed at the front end of the left third fixing area 124, the other opening 1341 is disposed at the rear end of the right third fixing area 134, and conversely, when one opening 1241 is disposed at the rear end of the left third fixing area 124, the other opening 1341 is disposed at the front end of the right third fixing area 134, and the partial areas of the panels 16 corresponding to the two openings 1241, 1341 are exposed, so that the user can easily remove the panels 16 from the left assembly opening 125 and the right assembly opening 135 by means of the two openings 1, 1341, the packaging structure 1 is released from the fixed state.
In summary, referring to fig. 1 to 5, the present application mainly uses an integrally formed plate body to fold the left fixing portion 12 and the right fixing portion 13 respectively toward the main body 11, and then the plurality of inserts 16 are inserted into the left assembling opening 125 and the right assembling opening 135 respectively to form the packaging structure 1, so that the packaging structure 1 can be formed by folding, without using any adhesive or nailing component, so that an operator can simply form the packaging structure 1, the cost of the overall package is effectively reduced, the user can easily disassemble the packaging structure 1, and the packaging structure 1 can be recycled.

Claims (10)

1. A packaging structure with a positioning elastic sheet is formed by bending an integrally formed plate body, and the plate body comprises:
the left side and the right side of the main body part are respectively connected with one side edge of a connecting part, the two connecting parts can be bent towards the direction of the main body part, the front side and the rear side of the main body part are respectively provided with a turnover part outwards, the two turnover parts can also be bent towards the direction of the main body part, the two turnover parts are respectively provided with two embedded sheets outwards, and the two embedded sheets of the same turnover part are separated by a distance;
the left fixing part is connected with the other side edge of one connecting part, two pressing lines are arranged on the left fixing part, the two pressing lines are separated by a certain distance, so that the left fixing part can be turned towards the main body part direction along the two pressing lines, a left opening is further formed in the left fixing part, a plurality of left cutting lines are arranged on the local inner edge of the left opening towards the edge direction of the left fixing part, a plurality of left positioning elastic sheets are formed, and the left positioning elastic sheets can be bent towards the edge direction of the left fixing part; and
the right fixing part is connected with the other side edge of the other connecting part, two pressing lines are arranged on the right fixing part, the two pressing lines are separated by a certain distance, so that the right fixing part can be turned over towards the main body part along the two pressing lines, a right opening is also arranged on the right fixing part, a plurality of right cutting lines are distributed on the local inner edge of the right opening towards the edge direction of the right fixing part to form a plurality of right positioning elastic sheets, and the right positioning elastic sheets can be bent towards the edge direction of the right fixing part;
the packaging structure comprises a main body part, a left fixing part, a right fixing part, a left positioning elastic sheet, a plurality of right positioning elastic sheets, a plurality of left positioning elastic sheets, a plurality of right positioning elastic sheets, a plurality of left positioning elastic sheets and a plurality of right positioning elastic sheets, wherein under the condition that the plate body is folded into the packaging structure, the left fixing part can be bent and formed on the left half part of the top surface of the main body part, the right fixing part can be bent and formed on the right half part of the top surface of the main body part, the area between the two press lines of the left fixing part can be abutted against the area between the two press lines of the right fixing part, the local area of the left opening can be communicated with the local area of the right opening, so that an accommodating space is formed among the main body part, the left fixing part and the right fixing part, the plurality of left positioning elastic sheets and the plurality of right positioning elastic sheets, and the positioning openings can be communicated with the accommodating space.
2. The packaging structure of claim 1, wherein when a product is inserted into the accommodating space through the positioning opening, the base of the product pushes the left positioning resilient pieces and the right positioning resilient pieces to bend and deform downward until the base passes through the ends of the left positioning resilient pieces and the right positioning resilient pieces, and the left positioning resilient pieces and the right positioning resilient pieces can rebound and be embedded into an indent space between the base and the main body of the product, so as to position the product on the packaging structure.
3. The packaging structure of claim 1, wherein said positioning port is polygonal in shape.
4. The packaging structure according to claim 1, wherein, in a case where the left fixing portion and the right fixing portion are respectively formed by bending and forming on the top surface of the main body portion, the left fixing portion and the front and rear ends of one of the connecting portions respectively form a left assembling opening, the right fixing portion and the front and rear ends of the other connecting portion respectively form a right assembling opening, and the left assembling opening and the right assembling opening at the same end can be separated from each other by a distance.
5. The packaging structure according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of U-shaped cut lines are provided on the main body portion to form a plurality of supporting members, and free ends of the plurality of supporting members are respectively bent away from the accommodating space in a state where the board body is folded into the packaging structure.
6. The packaging structure as claimed in claim 5, wherein both ends of the plurality of U-shaped cutting lines are respectively located at the junctions of the main body part and the plurality of connecting parts, or at the junctions of the main body part and the plurality of folded parts.
7. The packaging structure of claim 5, wherein at least one U-shaped cut is provided adjacent a middle region of the body portion, and a press line is provided between two ends of the U-shaped cut, such that the support member formed by the U-shaped cut is bent away from the accommodating space along the press line.
8. A packaging arrangement according to any one of claims 5 to 7, wherein, in a condition in which the packaging arrangement is received in a pack, the bottom ends of the support members abut against the inner side of the pack, such that at least a bottom space is defined between the body portion and the inner side of the pack.
9. The packaging structure according to claim 8, wherein a cutting line is provided on each of the left fixing portion and the right fixing portion to form a plurality of extracting portions, and the plurality of extracting portions are respectively formed by bending in a direction away from the accommodating space in a state where the board body is folded into the packaging structure.
10. The packaging structure according to claim 9, wherein at least the front end or the rear end of the left fixing portion has an opening, and at least the rear end or the front end of the right fixing portion has another opening, when the board body is folded into the packaging structure, the two openings are respectively disposed at two opposite ends of the packaging structure, and the partial areas of the insert corresponding to the two openings are exposed.
