when the starting device 9 is closed, flour remaining in the conveying port 19 slides downwards to the interior of the recovery cover 7 through the conveying port 19 and flows back to the interior of the flour box 2 along the recovery slope 20 and the recovery pipe 6 in the recovery cover 7, so that redundant flour is conveniently recovered;
the shifting block 17 drives the driving shaft 16 to rotate through the driving motor 15, so that the flour on the stabilizing frame 12 is turned over through the rotation of the shifting block 17, the fluid form of the flour is changed through the rotation of the shifting block 17, and the probability of blockage when the flour is extruded into one channel at the same time is reduced.
