The hinged cover plate 2 is connected to the upper edge of the seam blocking plate 1 through the rotating shaft 62, and on the basis that the seam blocking plate 1 is reliably fixed, the hinged cover plate 2 can also keep stable in position under the auxiliary supporting of the inner wall of the side top plate 81.
