Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of rubber products for livestock breeding, and provides a rubber plate, a preparation method thereof and application thereof in a cattle bed. The rubber plate provided by the invention comprises a foaming layer, a reinforcing layer and a bed surface layer which are sequentially laminated; the preparation raw materials of the bed layer comprise isoprene rubber; the reinforcing layer is a gum dipping nylon grid cloth; the foaming layer is prepared from natural rubber, butadiene rubber and foaming agent H. The rubber plate is manufactured by adopting the design of the bed surface layer and the foaming layer, the structure is reasonable, the wear resistance of the bed surface layer is good, the rebound resilience of the foaming layer is good, the rubber plate is durable and comfortable, the overall tear resistance of the rubber plate can be further improved by adding the impregnated nylon gridding cloth, the phenomenon of stepping on pits of the rubber plate is avoided, and the service life of the cattle bed rubber plate is prolonged; in addition, the foaming agent H is adopted for foaming, so that a closed-cell foaming structure can be obtained, cow dung is not easy to permeate into a foaming layer, and the service life of the rubber plate is longer.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of rubber products for livestock breeding, in particular to a rubber plate, a preparation method thereof and application thereof in a cattle bed.
Background
When the cattle farm is designed, the two sides are generally bedridden (namely, a cattle bed), the middle is a channel, and the bedridden is 50 cm higher than the ground, so that the cattle farm is a place for lying on the ground. The cattle bed is of a connected structure, is generally two meters long and one meter wide, and is separated by a steel pipe in the middle. Cattle rest on bed every day, requiring wear resistance and comfort.
At present, cattle beds used at home and abroad are formed by wrapping sponge with the thickness of 20 mm by using a rubber plate with the thickness of 4 mm, and fixing the rubber plate and the sponge by using expansion bolts. Because the sponge hardness is low, the cattle bed will be concave when the cattle is prone down, the knees and the rear legs need to be moved down when the cattle is prone down, a larger pit can be formed in the stepping place, the action is slow when the cattle is caused, the comfort is poor when the cattle is at rest, and the phenomenon of stumbling and falling injury easily occurs when the cattle walks on the cattle bed.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention provides a rubber plate, a preparation method thereof and application thereof in a cow bed.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides the following technical solutions:
a rubber plate comprises a foaming layer, a reinforcing layer and a bed surface layer which are sequentially laminated; the preparation raw materials of the bed layer comprise isoprene rubber; the reinforcing layer is a gum dipping nylon grid cloth; the foaming layer is prepared from natural rubber, butadiene rubber and a foaming agent H; the consumption of the foaming agent H is 18-25% of the total mass of the natural rubber and the butadiene rubber.
Preferably, the preparation raw materials of the bed surface layer comprise the following components in parts by weight: 90-110 parts of isoprene rubber, 30-45 parts of carbon black, 10-25 parts of cotton seed oil, 1-4 parts of anti-aging agent, 4-6 parts of zinc oxide, 1-3 parts of stearic acid, 0.8-1.2 parts of accelerator and 2-3 parts of sulfur.
Preferably, the surface of the bed surface layer is a cloth grain surface.
Preferably, the gum dipping nylon mesh cloth is obtained by dipping nylon mesh cloth, and the gum dipping glue solution comprises the following preparation raw materials in parts by weight: 8-12 parts of carboxyl latex, 35-50 parts of natural latex, 30-45 parts of casein, 8-15 parts of phenolic resin, 1-4 parts of polyisocyanate and 180-220 parts of soft water.
Preferably, the preparation method of the glue solution comprises the following steps: mixing the preparation raw materials of the glue solution to perform condensation reaction to obtain the glue solution; the temperature of the condensation reaction is room temperature and the time is 6-8 h.
Preferably, the preparation raw materials of the foaming layer comprise the following components in parts by weight: 50-65 parts of natural rubber, 30-45 parts of butadiene rubber, 20-35 parts of foaming agent H, 10-25 parts of carbon black, 20-35 parts of light calcium carbonate, 20-35 parts of engine oil, 3-6 parts of zinc oxide, 2-5 parts of stearic acid, 1-2.5 parts of accelerator CZ, 0.5-1.5 parts of accelerator DM and 1.5-2.5 parts of sulfur.
Preferably, the mesh number of the nylon mesh cloth is 10-15 meshes.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the rubber plate, which comprises the following steps:
sequentially carrying out first glue mixing and first calendaring on the preparation raw materials of the foaming layer to obtain a foaming layer film;
spreading the gum dipping nylon gridding cloth on the foaming layer film;
sequentially carrying out second glue mixing and second calendaring on the bed surface raw materials to obtain a bed surface film;
and (3) placing the bed surface layer film on the upper surface of the gum dipping nylon mesh cloth, and vulcanizing the obtained layered material to obtain the rubber plate.
Preferably, the vulcanization is carried out in a press vulcanizer; when the vulcanizing is carried out, the temperature of an upper plate of the flat vulcanizing machine is 145-155 ℃ and the temperature of a lower plate is 175-185 ℃; the vulcanizing time is 28-32 min.
The invention also provides the application of the rubber plate prepared by the scheme or the preparation method of the scheme in the cattle bed.
The invention provides a rubber plate, which comprises a foaming layer, a reinforcing layer and a bed surface layer which are sequentially laminated; the preparation raw materials of the bed layer comprise isoprene rubber; the reinforcing layer is a gum dipping nylon grid cloth; the foaming layer is prepared from natural rubber, butadiene rubber and a foaming agent H, wherein the consumption of the foaming agent H is 18-25% of the total mass of the natural rubber and the butadiene rubber. In the invention, the bed surface layer of the rubber plate adopts isoprene rubber, which is a rubber synthesized by isoprene, is closest to natural rubber, has water resistance and electrical insulation exceeding natural rubber, is nontoxic and tasteless, and is suitable for cattle farms. The invention adopts the gum dipping nylon mesh cloth as the reinforcing layer, the nylon mesh cloth has high strength, good impact resistance, high elasticity and good fatigue resistance, and the nylon mesh cloth is used as the supporting layer of the rubber plate, so that the service life can be prolonged, and the situation that the cattle does not collapse when stepping down can be ensured. In the invention, the foaming layer of the rubber plate combines natural rubber and butadiene rubber, the natural rubber has good elasticity, high tensile strength, good technological property of the butadiene rubber, uniform foaming pore diameter and high recovery rate, and the foaming agent H is adopted for foaming, so that the obtained foaming rubber has good elasticity, the rubber plate has the feel of sponge, the comfort level is similar to that of the sponge, and the use requirement of users is completely met.
In addition, the sponge used in the existing cattle beds is of an open-cell structure, in the use process, once the rubber covered outside is damaged, excrement and urine are naturally sucked, so that the whole cattle bed is wasted.

Detailed Description
The invention provides a rubber plate, which comprises a foaming layer, a reinforcing layer and a bed surface layer which are sequentially laminated; the preparation raw materials of the bed layer comprise isoprene rubber; the reinforcing layer is a gum dipping nylon grid cloth; the foaming layer is prepared from natural rubber, butadiene rubber and foaming agent H.
All the raw materials used in the present invention are commercially available unless otherwise specified.
The rubber plate provided by the invention comprises a foaming layer. In the invention, the preparation raw materials of the foaming layer comprise natural rubber, butadiene rubber and foaming agent H; the consumption of the foaming agent H is 18-25% of the total mass of the natural rubber and the butadiene rubber, and is preferably 19-22%; in the invention, the preparation raw materials of the foaming layer more preferably comprise the following components in parts by weight: 50 to 65 parts, preferably 55 to 62 parts, more preferably 60 parts, 30 to 45 parts, preferably 35 to 42 parts, more preferably 40 parts, 20 to 35 parts, preferably 25 to 32 parts, more preferably 30 parts, 10 to 25 parts, preferably 15 to 22 parts, more preferably 20 parts, 20 to 35 parts, preferably 25 to 33 parts, more preferably 30 parts, 20 to 35 parts, preferably 25 to 32 parts, more preferably 30 parts, 3 to 6 parts, preferably 4 to 5 parts, more preferably 5 parts, 2 to 5 parts, preferably 3 to 4 parts, more preferably 4 parts, of stearic acid, preferably 1 to 2.5 parts, more preferably 0.5 to 2 parts, more preferably 2 parts, 0.5 to 1.5, preferably 0.8 to 1.2 parts, more preferably 1 part, 1.5 to 2.5 parts, preferably 1.8 to 2.2 parts, more preferably 1.2.2 parts, more preferably 1 to 2.2 parts, preferably 1.8 to 2 parts, and 2.2 parts of sulfur. In the present invention, the carbon black in the raw material for producing the foamed layer is preferably 774 carbon black.
In the invention, the foaming agent H is dinitroso pentamethylene tetramine, has no odor and generates gas mainly N by decomposition 2 In addition, contains a small amount of NO and CO 2 And O 2 No pollution.
In the foaming layer, the dispersibility and the gas forming amount of the foaming agent directly influence the density and the pore diameter structure of the product, the foaming agent H is selected, and the weight part of the foaming agent H is preferably controlled in the range, so that the consistency of the vulcanization speed and the foaming rate can be ensured, a good foaming rubber product is obtained, and the elasticity and the comfort of the rubber plate are further improved.
The foaming rubber plate is provided with open pores, closed pores and mixed pores, the open pores are connected with each other, the closed pores are isolated from each other, the foaming agent needs to start foaming before sizing material is shaped, at the moment, the pore cavity is not firm, the inner pressure effect of gas generated by decomposition of the foaming agent damages the pore wall to form an open pore structure, otherwise, if the pore plate is closed, the foaming agent which starts to act near the shaping point is selected, at the moment, the pore wall has enough strength to prevent gas from expanding and breaking through, and thus the pore plate is closed. The air holes of the closed-pore plates are mutually isolated, the elasticity is durable, and the compression resistance, the heat preservation and the buffer performance are good. According to the invention, the accelerator CZ, the accelerator DM and the sulfur are selected as a foaming system, and the foaming agent H is matched, so that a foaming layer with a closed-pore structure can be obtained, and the obtained rubber plate can avoid absorbing manure and prolonging the service life of the cattle bed.
In the present invention, the thickness of the foaming layer in the finished rubber sheet is preferably 9.5 to 10.5mm, more preferably 10mm.
In the invention, the bottom of the foaming layer is preferably provided with the cloth grain surface, and the invention can play a role in astringing and skid resistance by setting the bottom of the foaming layer as the cloth grain surface.
The rubber plate provided by the invention comprises a reinforcing layer arranged on the upper surface of the foaming layer. In the invention, the reinforcing layer is a gumming nylon mesh cloth, and the gumming nylon mesh cloth is obtained by dipping nylon mesh cloth; nylon is also called nylon, is one of the existing synthetic fibers with high strength, the strength can reach 0.56N/tex (6.4-9.5 gf/den), the elasticity is high, the fatigue resistance is good, the rebound rate is 98-100%, and the wear resistance is superior to other fibers; the nylon mesh cloth is used as the reinforcing layer, so that the strength and tear resistance of the rubber plate can be improved, and the service life of the rubber plate can be prolonged.
In the invention, the mesh number of the nylon mesh cloth is preferably 10-15 meshes, more preferably 10 meshes; the thickness of the nylon mesh fabric is preferably 0.6mm, and the gram weight is preferably 200g/m 2 . The mesh number of the nylon mesh cloth is controlled to be 10-15 meshes, so that the penetration of glue solution is facilitated; according to the invention, the nylon mesh cloth is subjected to gum dipping treatment, so that the nylon mesh cloth and rubber are firmly adhered into a whole, and the effect of preventing pit collapse by stepping on the nylon mesh cloth by a cow is achieved.
In the invention, the gum dipping glue solution preferably comprises the following preparation raw materials in parts by weight: 8 to 12 parts, preferably 9 to 11 parts, more preferably 10 parts, 35 to 50 parts, preferably 40 to 48 parts, more preferably 45 parts, 30 to 45 parts, preferably 35 to 42 parts, more preferably 40 parts, 8 to 15 parts, preferably 9 to 13 parts, more preferably 12 parts, 1 to 4 parts, preferably 2 to 3 parts, more preferably 3 parts, 180 to 220 parts, preferably 190 to 210 parts, more preferably 200 parts of a carboxyl latex, preferably a natural latex. In the present invention, the polyisocyanate preferably includes one or both of diisocyanate and triisocyanate; the carboxylated latex is preferably a carboxylated butadiene latex.
The dipping is to attach a layer of adhesive film on the surface of the fabric fiber by dipping so as to improve the adhesive force between the fabric and the rubber. In the invention, the adhesion between rubber and nylon is mainly based on intermolecular force and chemical bonding, nylon fiber contains amide bond, belonging to polar bond, and casein in the glue solution adopted in the invention contains polar amino and nonpolar hydrocarbon chain, which can be combined with hydroxyl of nylon fiber and adsorbed by rubber molecule, thereby improving adhesive force; the polyisocyanate is used as a gum dipping additive, has strong reaction capability, can react with hydroxyl in nylon fiber and double bonds of rubber, and has bonding strength exceeding the cohesive force of the rubber; the phenolic resin contains active hydrogen atoms, can generate a crosslinking effect with rubber, can be combined with hydroxyl groups in nylon fibers, improves the bonding strength, and increases the modulus of an adhesive layer on the surface of the nylon fibers; the carboxyl butadiene latex transmits load stress between the rubber and the nylon fiber, and the load stress is between the natural rubber, the butadiene rubber and the nylon fiber, and can be bridged by hydrogen bonding and methylene, so that the load stress and the nylon fiber are mutually influenced; the natural latex can also provide active reaction points to participate in sulfur crosslinking, and form covalent bonds with the natural rubber and butadiene rubber in the foaming layer, so that the bonding effect of nylon fiber and rubber is improved.
In the present invention, the preparation method of the glue solution preferably comprises the following steps: mixing the preparation raw materials of the glue solution to perform condensation reaction to obtain the glue solution. In the present invention, the temperature of the condensation reaction is preferably room temperature, and the time is preferably 6 to 8 hours.
In the invention, the specific operation of the gum dipping is preferably as follows: soaking nylon mesh cloth in the glue solution, fishing out and drying to obtain dipped nylon mesh cloth; the soaking time is preferably 10min; the drying is preferably natural drying.
The rubber plate provided by the invention comprises a bed layer arranged on the upper surface of the reinforcing layer, wherein the preparation raw materials of the bed layer comprise isoprene rubber; the isoprene rubber is named cis-1, 4-polyisoprene rubber, and is high cis (cis structure content is 92% -97%) synthetic rubber prepared from isoprene, and is also called synthetic natural rubber because of its structure and performance similar to natural rubber. The isoprene rubber has excellent comprehensive performance, is nontoxic and tasteless, and is very suitable for cattle farms.
In the invention, the preparation raw materials of the bed surface layer preferably comprise the following components in parts by weight: 90 to 110 parts, preferably 95 to 105 parts, more preferably 100 parts, 30 to 45 parts, preferably 38 to 42 parts, more preferably 40 parts, 10 to 25 parts, preferably 12 to 20 parts, more preferably 15 parts, 1 to 4 parts, preferably 1.5 to 3.5 parts, more preferably 2 parts, 4 to 6 parts, preferably 4.5 to 5.5 parts, more preferably 5 parts, 1 to 3 parts, preferably 1.5 to 2.5 parts, more preferably 2 parts, of stearic acid, 0.8 to 1.2 parts, preferably 0.9 to 1.1 part, more preferably 1 part, 2 to 3 parts, preferably 2.2 to 2.8 parts, more preferably 2.5 parts, of sulfur, of accelerator CZ.
In the invention, in the preparation raw material of the bed surface layer, the carbon black is preferably 330 carbon black; the accelerator is preferably accelerator CZ (N-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazole sulfenamide), the antioxidant is preferably antioxidant MB, and the chemical name of the antioxidant MB is 2-mercaptobenzimidazole, and the chemical formula is C 7 H 6 N 2 S, the anti-aging agent MB is nontoxic, does not harm the skin of the cattle when contacted, and is suitable for the cattle bed rubber plate.
In the invention, the surface of the bed surface layer is preferably a cloth grain surface; the invention sets the surface of the bed surface layer into the cloth grain surface, which can play a role of skid resistance, can lighten the reflection of light, does not show ice in winter, does not stimulate the bull's eyes, and has strong comfort for the bull.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the rubber plate, which comprises the following steps:
sequentially carrying out first glue mixing and first calendaring on the preparation raw materials of the foaming layer to obtain a foaming layer film;
spreading the gum dipping nylon gridding cloth on the foaming layer film;
sequentially carrying out second glue mixing and second calendaring on the bed surface raw materials to obtain a bed surface film;
and (3) placing the bed surface layer film on the upper surface of the gum dipping nylon mesh cloth, and vulcanizing the obtained layered material to obtain the rubber plate.
According to the invention, the preparation raw materials of the foaming layer are subjected to first glue mixing and first calendaring in sequence to obtain the foaming layer film. The specific method of the first glue mixing and first rolling is not particularly required, and the glue mixing process and the rolling process which are well known to the person skilled in the art are adopted. In a specific embodiment of the present invention, the first adhesive mixture preferably includes: plasticating natural rubber, adding butadiene rubber for first mixing, sequentially adding a foaming agent H and stearic acid for second mixing, adding 774 carbon black, light calcium and engine oil for weight mixing, lifting weight, adding zinc oxide, an accelerator and sulfur, stirring uniformly, and discharging to obtain sizing material; in the invention, the time of the first mixing is preferably 5-7 min, the time of the second mixing is preferably 3min, and the time of the weight kneading is preferably 3min. After the sizing material is obtained, the sizing material is preferably parked for 24 hours and then rolled.
In the present invention, the thickness of the rolled sheet of the foamed layer obtained by rolling is preferably 4.5 to 5.5mm, more preferably 5mm.
After the foaming layer film is obtained, the gum dipping nylon mesh cloth is paved on the foaming layer film. The present invention has no special requirements for the tiling method, and the method known to those skilled in the art can be adopted.
The invention sequentially carries out second glue mixing and second calendaring on the bed surface layer raw materials to obtain the bed surface layer film. The invention has no special requirement on the second glue mixing and the second rolling process, and the glue mixing process and the rolling process which are well known to the person skilled in the art can be adopted. In a specific embodiment of the present invention, the second adhesive mixture preferably includes: adding isoprene rubber into a kneader, placing a weight for plasticating, adding 330 carbon black, an antioxidant MB and cotton seed oil, placing the weight for kneading, then lifting the weight, adding zinc oxide, stearic acid, a promoter CZ and sulfur, uniformly stirring, and discharging to obtain the sizing material. The time of the mound plastication is preferably 5-7 min, and the time of the mound kneading is preferably 3min. After the sizing material is obtained, the sizing material is preferably parked for 24 hours and then rolled.
In the present invention, the thickness of the bed surface layer film is preferably 5.8 to 6.2mm, more preferably 6mm. After the bed surface layer film is obtained, the bed surface layer film is placed on the upper surface of the gum dipping nylon grid cloth, and the obtained layered material is vulcanized to obtain the rubber plate. In the present invention, the vulcanization is preferably carried out in a press vulcanizer; in the vulcanization, the upper plate temperature of the flat vulcanizing machine is preferably 145-155 ℃, more preferably 150 ℃, and the lower plate temperature is preferably 175-185 ℃, more preferably 180 ℃; the vulcanizing time is preferably 28 to 32 minutes, more preferably 30 minutes. In the present invention, the upper surface and/or the lower surface of the mold of the press vulcanizer is preferably provided with a pattern surface shape so that the upper surface of the vulcanized bed layer and/or the lower surface of the foaming layer presents a pattern surface. In the vulcanization process, the foaming agent acts, the foaming layer film expands, and after the foaming layer film is vulcanized into a product, the foaming layer expands from 4.5-5.5 mm to 9.5-10.5 mm.
The invention also provides the application of the rubber plate prepared by the scheme or the preparation method of the scheme in the cattle bed. The rubber plate provided by the invention has no special requirements on a specific application method, and can be used by a method well known by a person skilled in the art, and the rubber plate provided by the invention has excellent wear resistance and wet skid resistance, is good in elasticity, is not easy to step on pits, is good in comfort, is not easy to enter a foaming layer, has long service life, and is suitable for being applied to a cattle bed.
The technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described in the following in connection with the embodiments of the present invention.
Examples 1 to 4
According to the foaming layer formulation in table 1, the preparation raw materials of the foaming layer are mixed by using a kneader, specifically: plasticating natural rubber, adding butadiene rubber, mixing for 5min, sequentially adding a foaming agent H and stearic acid for mixing, adding 774 carbon black, light calcium and engine oil after 3min, kneading for 3min, adding zinc oxide, an accelerator and sulfur into a lifting weight, stirring uniformly, and discharging to obtain sizing material; standing the obtained sizing material for 24 hours, and then starting to roll to obtain a foaming layer film with the thickness of 5 mm;
according to the formula of the glue solution in Table 2, the preparation raw materials of the glue solution are mixed and condensed for 12 hours at room temperature to obtain the glue solution; placing 10-mesh nylon mesh into the glue solution, soaking for 10min, fishing out, and naturally drying to obtain a gum-dipped nylon mesh fabric;
according to the formulation of the bed layer in table 3, the raw materials for preparing the bed layer are mixed by using a kneader, specifically: adding isoprene rubber into a kneader, placing a lump for plasticating for 5min, then adding 330 carbon black, an antioxidant MB and cotton seed oil, placing the lump for kneading for 3min, then lifting the lump, adding zinc oxide, stearic acid, an accelerator CZ and sulfur, stirring uniformly, and discharging to obtain sizing materials; after the obtained sizing material is parked for 24 hours, rolling is started to obtain a bed surface layer film with the thickness of 6 mm;
according to the sequence of the foaming layer film, the gum dipping nylon net cloth and the bed surface layer film, paving the foaming layer film, the gum dipping nylon net cloth and the bed surface layer film from bottom to top (the paving state is shown in fig. 1-2), then entering a die of a flat vulcanizing machine for vulcanization, wherein the upper plate temperature is 150 ℃, the lower plate temperature is 158 ℃, and after die assembly and vulcanization for 30min, unloading the die to obtain a rubber plate, wherein the physical sectional view of the rubber plate is shown in fig. 3, and observing the split foaming layer, so that the foam holes of the foaming layer are closed holes.
Comparative examples 1 to 2
The preparation method is the same as that of examples 1-4, and the formulas of the bed layer, the foaming layer and the glue solution are only changed, and the specific formulas are shown in tables 1-3; the components omitted in tables 1 to 3 were omitted from the preparation.

Test case
The results of the properties of the individual bed layers in each of the examples and comparative examples are shown in Table 4, the results of the properties of the foam layers are shown in Table 5, and the results of the overall properties of the rubber sheet for a cattle bed are shown in Table 6. In tables 4 to 6, the detection criteria for each performance were:
hardness: shore A hardness, GB/T531.1-2008 Shore hardness meter method;
tensile strength at break: measurement of tensile stress strain properties of GB/T528-2009 vulcanized rubber or thermoplastic rubber;
elongation rate: measurement of tensile stress strain properties of GB/T528-2009 vulcanized rubber or thermoplastic rubber;
tear strength: GB/T529-2008 determination of tear strength of vulcanized rubber or thermoplastic rubber;
acle abrasion: GB/T1689-1998 determination of abrasion resistance of vulcanized rubber (with an Aldrich abrasion machine);
nylon fiber and rubber adhesion: GB/T2942-2009 test for static adhesion strength of vulcanized rubber to fiber cords by the H extraction method.
Rebound rate: GB/T1681-2009 determination of the rebound resilience of vulcanized rubber.

As can be seen from the data in tables 4 to 6, the bed layer prepared by using isoprene rubber according to the present invention has various properties, except for tearing properties, superior to those of comparative examples 1 to 2; in addition, the foaming layer is prepared by combining the natural rubber and the butadiene rubber, the obtained foaming layer has excellent performance and high elongation, and the extraction force of the foaming layer rubber and the nylon mesh cloth is obviously higher than that of comparative examples 1-2, so that the foaming layer and the nylon mesh cloth have better binding force; in addition, as can be seen from the data of the comprehensive properties of the rubber sheet in table 6, after the foaming layer, the nylon mesh cloth and the bed surface layer are compounded, the obtained rubber sheet has high hardness, tensile strength at break, tear strength and elongation, good wear resistance, very high rebound resilience and good comfort.
The cattle bed rubber plate designed and manufactured by the bed surface layer and the foaming layer has reasonable structure, the bed surface layer adopts isoprene rubber as a main body, the wear resistance is good, the rebound resilience of the rubber plate after the foaming layer is added is good, the comfort level is improved, meanwhile, the addition of 10-mesh nylon mesh cloth improves the overall tear resistance of the product, thoroughly solves the phenomenon that the cattle bed is broken by the rubber plate and is wasted, and prolongs the service life of the cattle bed rubber plate.
The foregoing is merely a preferred embodiment of the present invention and it should be noted that modifications and adaptations to those skilled in the art may be made without departing from the principles of the present invention, which are intended to be comprehended within the scope of the present invention.
Claims (6)
1. The rubber plate for the cattle bed is characterized by comprising a foaming layer, a reinforcing layer and a bed surface layer which are sequentially laminated; the preparation raw materials of the bed layer comprise isoprene rubber; the reinforcing layer is a gum dipping nylon grid cloth; the foaming layer is prepared from natural rubber, butadiene rubber and a foaming agent H; the consumption of the foaming agent H is 18-25% of the total mass of the natural rubber and the butadiene rubber; the mesh number of the nylon mesh cloth is 10-15 meshes; the gum dipping nylon mesh cloth is obtained by gum dipping the nylon mesh cloth, and the gum dipping glue solution comprises the following preparation raw materials in parts by weight: 8-12 parts of carboxyl latex, 35-50 parts of natural latex, 30-45 parts of casein, 8-15 parts of phenolic resin, 1-4 parts of polyisocyanate and 180-220 parts of soft water; the preparation raw materials of the bed layer comprise the following components in parts by weight: 90-110 parts of isoprene rubber, 30-45 parts of carbon black, 10-25 parts of cotton seed oil, 1-4 parts of anti-aging agent, 4-6 parts of zinc oxide, 1-3 parts of stearic acid, 0.8-1.2 parts of accelerator and 2-3 parts of sulfur; the preparation raw materials of the foaming layer comprise the following components in parts by weight: 50-65 parts of natural rubber, 30-45 parts of butadiene rubber, 20-35 parts of foaming agent H, 10-25 parts of carbon black, 20-35 parts of light calcium carbonate, 20-35 parts of engine oil, 3-6 parts of zinc oxide, 2-5 parts of stearic acid, 1-2.5 parts of accelerator CZ, 0.5-1.5 parts of accelerator DM and 1.5-2.5 parts of sulfur.
2. The rubber sheet for a cattle bed according to claim 1, wherein the surface of the bed layer is a cloth-grain surface.
3. The rubber sheet for a cattle bed according to claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the glue solution comprises the following steps: mixing the preparation raw materials of the glue solution to perform condensation reaction to obtain the glue solution; the temperature of the condensation reaction is room temperature and the time is 6-8 h.
4. A method for producing a rubber sheet for a cattle bed according to any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising the steps of:
sequentially carrying out first glue mixing and first calendaring on the preparation raw materials of the foaming layer to obtain a foaming layer film;
spreading the gum dipping nylon gridding cloth on the foaming layer film;
sequentially carrying out second glue mixing and second calendaring on the bed surface raw materials to obtain a bed surface film;
and (3) placing the bed surface layer film on the upper surface of the gum dipping nylon mesh cloth, and vulcanizing the obtained layered material to obtain the rubber plate for the cattle bed.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the vulcanization is performed in a press vulcanizer; when the vulcanizing is carried out, the temperature of an upper plate of the flat vulcanizing machine is 145-155 ℃ and the temperature of a lower plate is 175-185 ℃; the vulcanizing time is 28-32 min.
6. Use of the rubber sheet for a cattle bed according to any one of claims 1 to 3 or the rubber sheet for a cattle bed according to any one of claims 4 to 5 in a cattle bed.
