Referring to fig. 11, a circular groove is formed in the upper end surface of the bottom sealing plate 107, the inner diameter of the circular groove is larger than the outer diameter of the primary filter basket 100, a grid plate having a circular structure is clamped in the circular groove, when the bottom sealing plate 107 is separated from the primary filter basket 100 by the transverse electric slider 109, a small amount of coolant in the primary filter basket 100 flows downward along the bottom sealing plate 107, and when the circular groove is formed, the coolant flowing along the bottom sealing plate 107 flows into the circular groove and flows into the secondary filter basket 110 through the grid plate, the grid plate can intercept waste in the coolant, and after the coolant flows out, the grid plate is manually removed and waste attached to the upper end surface of the grid plate is removed.
