The temperature indicator layer is prepared from the following raw materials:
the thickening agent is selected from pectin, and the adhesive is selected from carboxymethyl cellulose;
the temperature indicator is obtained by uniformly mixing raw materials of the temperature indicator layer.
The preparation method of the temperature indicating film comprises the following steps:
1) printing a temperature indicator on the base layer;
2) compounding an intermediate layer on the temperature indicator by adopting acrylic latex;
3) compounding a heat sealing layer on the middle layer by adopting a hot pressing method, drying by adopting hot air at the temperature of 80-90 ℃, and cooling;
4) and cutting to obtain the temperature indicating film.
The detection shows that the temperature indicating film shows red at 0-10 ℃, purple at 10-20 ℃, purple at 30-40 ℃, bluish purple at 40-50 ℃, blue at 50-60 ℃, uniform color and no pigment flocculation or agglomeration.
The air permeability of the temperature indicating film under the condition of 0.045MPa is 8mL/cm2.s。
The temperature indicating film prepared in example 1 has temperature indicating and ventilating functions and can be used in the production of deoxidizers for food.
Because there is a time of air-out in the production or use of the deoxidizer, the deoxidizer will react and generate heat when the air-out is empty, the higher the heating temperature is, the more rapid the performance loss of the deoxidizer is, and the heating temperature is controlled within 50 ℃ when the deoxidizer is produced or used. The temperature indicating film is adopted for packaging, the temperature range of a product can be visually known by observing the color change of the temperature indicating film, and a corresponding operation process can be implemented according to the temperature range. If the deoxidizer is produced, the temperature indicating film shows bluish purple, which indicates that the product is sealed as soon as possible, and avoids the product performance from increasing and losing; if the temperature indicating film shows blue color, which indicates that the deoxidizer has large loss, the product needs to be isolated and evaluated whether the performance of the product meets the use requirement.
