Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the lithium battery processing industry, in particular to an inflatable film suspension roller.
Background
In the current lithium battery industry, coating is a critical process for lithium battery production. The quality of coating quality directly influences the quality and the service life of the lithium battery. However, in the coating process, one of the technical difficulties affecting the coating quality is the coating wrinkle problem, namely, a gap exists between the slurry on the whole pole piece, and the position with the slurry and the position without the slurry have a height difference, so that the pole piece and the suspension roller shake when moving relatively, thereby causing wrinkles. Particularly, after two surfaces of the double-layer high-speed coating machine are coated and before the double-layer high-speed coating machine enters the drying oven, the problem of wrinkling at the climbing position is the most common technical problem in the industry;
the most common method in the industry at present is to coat a roll surface with an adhesive tape, wherein the roll surface coated adhesive tape refers to a roll surface adhesive tape corresponding to a gap of a pole piece, so that the height difference is met, and the roll surface adhesive tape area needs to be aligned to a white area of the pole piece to support and lift the white area, so that the requirement on the centering property of the pole piece is higher, and once deviation and misalignment exist in the transmission process of the pole piece, the pole piece is wrinkled; the method for attaching the adhesive tape to the roller surface is only suitable for production scenes with pole pieces of specific widths and specific coating widths, and for producing pole pieces of various specifications and widths, the method is obviously not suitable for actual production scenes with diverse base material coating widths and blank widths, and has poor universality in the actual production process. In the later production of different products, the adhesive tape needs to be frequently replaced, the adhesive tape needs to be attached again, and the roller surface is easy to have adhesive residue, so that the roller surface is not cleaned completely, the product quality is influenced, and the production efficiency is not improved easily; the second method is a roller surface hoop, the principle is similar to that of a roller surface coated adhesive tape, the requirement on centering performance is high, the practical production scene of pole piece coating width diversity is not applicable to producing pole pieces with various specifications and widths, and the universality is poor; the third method is to use a large number of medium and high rollers, which are convenient to use and can ensure that the pole pieces are attached to the roller surface. But the centering performance is required to be very high, the width range of the pole piece and the coating thickness are limited, corresponding medium and high rollers are required to be replaced and used for different pole piece widths and coating thicknesses, and the universality is general; and the use cost of the medium and high roller is high, which is not beneficial to large-area production and popularization, and the later stage needs frequent level adjustment, which is not beneficial to the improvement of production efficiency.

Detailed Description
The conception, the specific structure, and the technical effects produced by the present invention will be clearly and completely described below in conjunction with the embodiments and the accompanying drawings to fully understand the objects, the features, and the effects of the present invention. It is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments, and those skilled in the art can obtain other embodiments without inventive effort based on the embodiments of the present invention, and all embodiments are within the protection scope of the present invention. In addition, all the connection/connection relations referred to in the patent do not mean that the components are directly connected, but mean that a better connection structure can be formed by adding or reducing connection auxiliary components according to specific implementation conditions.
As shown in fig. 1-2, an air-filled film levitation roller includes a levitation roller 02, an air-filled film 01, and a floating joint 32; the inflatable film 01 is coated on the roll surface of the suspension roll 02; the inflatable film 01 clings to the roll surface of the suspension roll 02.
The interior of the suspension roller 02 is of a hollow structure; the roll surface of the suspension roll 02 is provided with two axially symmetric air outlet holes 21 for realizing that air enters the inflatable film 01 from the air outlet holes 21, so that the inflatable film 01 is inflated.
And the inflatable film 01 is fixedly and hermetically connected with the two ends of the suspension roller 02.
One end of the suspension roller 02 is set as a short shaft end 03; the other end of the suspension roller 02 is set as a long shaft end 04.
An air inlet 31 is formed in the end face of the short shaft end 03 of the suspension roller 02; the floating joint 32 is provided at the air inlet 31.
And a communicating air passage is arranged inside the suspension roller 02 to realize the communication between the air inlet 31 and the air outlet 21.
The thickness of the inflatable film 01 is 0.05-0.1mm, and the length is 300-2000 mm; the inflatable film 01 has the characteristics of ultrathin thickness, good elasticity, wear resistance and the like.
The assembly process is applied to an inflatable film suspension roller, and comprises the following steps:
step S1, firstly, sleeving the inflatable film 01 on the roller surface of the suspension roller 02;
step S2, hermetically connecting the inflatable film 01 with the two ends of the suspension roller 02;
step S3, the floating joint 32 is installed at the intake port 31.
In the working process of the high-efficiency inflatable film suspension roller, a compressed air valve is firstly opened,the compressed air passes through the floating joint 32 and the air inlet 31 in sequence, passes through the air passage communicated with the interior of the roller body of the suspension roller 02, and then flows out of the air outlet 21 on the roller surface, so that the inflatable film 01 is inflated to enter a ready-to-work state. When the total width of the pole piece is 1000mm and the wrap angle with the roller surface of the suspension roller is 5 degrees, the lowest requirement of the elastic modulus of the inflatable film is 0.00229N/mm under the normal working state2。
As shown in fig. 3, 4, 7, 8 and 9, when the inflatable film 01 is in an uninflated state during the coating operation, the inflatable film 01 is tightly attached to the roll surface of the suspension roll 02 due to the self-tension; the dry surface of the pole piece 05 coated on one surface is contacted with the roller surface of the suspension roller 02; because the coating area 52 (with the thickness of 30-300 mu m) of the dry surface and the white space area 51 have the height difference of the coating thickness, the coating area 52 is directly contacted with the roller surface of the suspension roller 02, and the roller surface of the suspension roller 02 has a supporting function; and the blank area 51 is not in contact with the roller surface of the suspension roller 02, so that the blank area 51 is in a suspended state and has no supporting effect, and the wrinkles are serious. Therefore, the inflatable film 01 is equivalent to the pole piece coating condition before the optimization design in the uninflated state, and truly reflects a cause of the wrinkle phenomenon in the coating of the prior industry.
As shown in fig. 5, 6, 10, 11, and 12, when the inflatable film 01 is inflated during the coating operation, the inflatable film 01 inflates due to its good elasticity. The dry surface of the pole piece 05 coated on one surface is directly contacted with the roller surface of the suspension roller 02, and due to the tension action, the coating area 52 of the pole piece 05 is also pressed against the surface of the suspension roller 02, but the white area 51 has the supporting action of the inflatable film 01 on the pole piece under the inflation state, so that the coated area and the uncoated area of the pole piece 05 are effectively supported; in addition, only when the suspension roller 02 is in contact with the pole piece 05, the inflatable film 01 can be compressed by the pole piece under the action of the tension of the pole piece 05, the part which is not in contact with the pole piece 05 is in an inflatable expansion state, the inflatable film 01 is in the compressed and inflatable expansion state all the time because the suspension roller 02 is in a rotating state all the time during the work, and the pole piece 05 can obtain the effective supporting effect of the inflatable film 01 all the time, so that the problem of wrinkles of the pole piece is solved.
The inflatable film suspension roller has the characteristics of simple installation, simple operation, strong adjustability and the like; as shown in fig. 13 and 14, a plurality of air-filled film suspension rollers are combined to realize the coating operation of the pole piece; the inflatable film suspension roller can be suitable for different pole piece widths, pole piece types, pole piece coating widths and pole piece coating thicknesses, can be suitable for any production scene, and has strong universality; the suspension roller is simple in structure, the inflatable film is low in cost, good in effect, convenient to replace, capable of saving production cost, capable of improving production efficiency and capable of being widely used in the lithium battery industry.
