Referring to fig. 1 to 12, a filter element assembly 100 according to a first embodiment of the present invention includes a housing 110, a rear end cap 120, and a handle member 130.
The housing 110 has a first receiving chamber 112 formed therein for receiving a filter member, and in order to ensure a large size and a filtering path of the filter member, the housing 110 has a rectangular parallelepiped structure or a cylindrical structure formed with opposite first and second ends.
The first end of the housing 110 is formed with a mounting portion 114, and the mounting portion 114 protrudes from the end surface of the housing 110 and is used for connecting a water supply and drainage structure of the water purifying device. The mounting portion 114 and the housing 110 may be an integrally formed structure, and an end portion of the housing 110 protrudes outward to form the mounting portion 114, so that the housing 110 has better sealing performance and lower manufacturing cost. The mounting portion 114 and the housing 110 may be independent components, and the mounting portion 114 is mounted on the housing 110 by a locking member and is connected to the housing 110 in a sealing manner. The housing 110 and the mounting portion 114 are separate bodies, which facilitates assembly of the internal structure of the filter cartridge assembly 100.
A water guide port 116 communicating with the first accommodation chamber 112 is formed in the mounting portion 114, and the first accommodation chamber 112 communicates with the outside of the housing 110 through the water guide port 116.
In some embodiments, an elastic water stop valve 118 is disposed in the water guide opening 116, and the elastic water stop valve 118 has an open position and a closed position, so that the water guide opening 116 can be switched between a water guide state and a water stop state. In the open position, the water guide port 116 is in a water guide state; in the closed position, the water guide opening 116 is in a water blocking state.
It can be understood that, when the filter element assembly 100 is replaced, the elastic water stop valve 118 is in the closed position, the water guide port 116 is in the water blocking state, the residual water in the filter element assembly 100 cannot leak, the cabinet is prevented from being polluted or the residual water is prevented from being scattered on the user, and the filter element assembly 100 is cleaner and more sanitary and is more convenient to use. The elastomeric water stop valve 118 is located in the mounting portion 114, and the filter element assembly 100 needs to be removed to avoid touching the elastomeric water stop valve 118, so as to avoid leakage of residual water along the water guide opening 116. Therefore, the end of the elastic water stop valve 118 away from the first receiving cavity 112 is recessed or flush with the end surface of the mounting portion 114.
The first receiving chamber 112 is formed with an opening at the second end of the housing 110, and a filter member, a center tube, and the like may be placed at a position along the opening. The second end of the housing 110 is provided with a rear cover for sealing the opening of the first accommodating cavity 112.
In some embodiments, the second end of the housing 110 is further provided with a rear cover 120, and the rear cover 120 serves as a decoration and can cover the rear cover and the opening of the housing 110.
In other embodiments, the rear cover of the housing 110 and the rear end cover 120 may be a unitary structure or a single component.
The rear end cap 120 includes an end plate 122 and a cylindrical end wall 124, the end plate 122 is configured and dimensioned to fit the second end of the housing 110, the end wall 124 is disposed along an edge of the end plate 122, and the end wall 124 is disposed outside the second end and connected to the second end.
It will be appreciated that the rear end cap 120 is removably attached to the second end of the housing 110 to facilitate assembly and manufacture of the filter cartridge assembly 100.
The end wall 124 has a handle member 130 rotatably attached thereto, so that a user can apply an action force to the filter element assembly 100 through the handle member 130 when carrying, installing or removing the filter element assembly 100, which is convenient in use.
The filter element assembly 100 is installed in the body 200 of the water purifying apparatus, and the filter element assembly 100 needs to be replaced after being used for a period of time. In the related art, when the filter element assembly 100 is removed from the body 200, the handle member 130 is easily detached, which may cause the housing 110 to remain in the body 200 and cannot be removed, thereby affecting the use of the water purifying apparatus.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, at least one of the handle member 130 and the end wall 124 is provided with a release preventing member 132, and the release preventing member 132 can limit the release of the handle member 130 from the end wall 124.
It will be appreciated that the release preventing member 132 prevents the handle member 130 from falling off the end wall 124, and when the filter element assembly 100 is removed from the housing 200, the handle member 130 can apply a force to the filter element assembly 100, which facilitates the removal of the filter element assembly 100 and facilitates the use of the user.

The anti-slip member 132 may be disposed on the end wall 124, a movable groove is formed between the anti-slip member 132 and the end wall 124, an end of the handle member 130 is rotatably connected to the end wall 124, and an end of the handle member 130 is located in the movable groove. The living slot may allow the handle member 130 to rotate but may limit the change in distance between the handle member 130 and the end wall 124, thereby limiting the disengagement of the handle member 130 from the end wall 124.
The anti-slip member 132 may also be disposed on the handle member 130, and the end of the handle member 130 is provided with a pin 134, and the pin 134 is inserted into the pin hole 126 of the end wall 124. The end of the pin 134 remote from the handle member 130 is provided with a head or pin or the like having a dimension greater than the pin aperture 126.
In some embodiments, pin holes 126 are provided on both sides of the end wall 124, with two pin holes 126 being concentrically disposed. The handle part 130 is provided with two pins 134 at two ends thereof, the two pins 134 are oppositely arranged and respectively corresponding to the two pin holes 126, and the anti-falling part 132 is arranged at one end of the pin 134 far away from the handle part 130.
It is understood that the handle member 130 has a semi-circular structure, which may be a semi-circular structure, a semi-rectangular structure, or a semi-trapezoidal structure, and the two ends of the handle member 130 may be clamped on the two sides of the end wall 124, and the sides of the two ends of the handle member 130 close to each other are provided with the pin 134. The end of the pin 134 remote from the handle member 130 is provided with a retaining member 132, and the retaining member 132 and the end of the handle member 130 are located on the inner and outer sides of the end wall 124, thereby restricting the handle member 130 from being separated from the end wall 124.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the anti-slip member 132 is a stopper protrusion disposed at an end of the pin 134 remote from the handle member 130. The edge of the pin hole 126 is provided with a notch 128, the shape and the size of the notch 128 are matched with the shape and the size of the limiting bulge, and the notch 128 is used for enabling the limiting bulge to pass through.
It will be appreciated that when the handle member 130 is mounted to the end wall 124, the handle member 130 may be mounted to the end wall 124 with the retention tabs corresponding to the location of the notches 128. The handle member 130 includes an open position in which a force can be applied to the handle member 130 to enable handling, installation, and removal of the filter cartridge assembly 100, and a closed position. At the same time, in the open position, the stop tab avoids notch 128, i.e., the stop tab prevents hands-free hand piece 130 from disengaging from end wall 124.
In some embodiments, end wall 124 is formed with two escape slots 140, with slot bottoms 142 of two escape slots 140 arranged in parallel, with pin holes 126 at slot bottoms 142.
It will be appreciated that the two relief grooves 140 are recessed relative to the surface of the end wall 124, and the two ends of the handle member 130 are clamped at the two relief grooves 140. The escape slot 140 allows the handle member 130 to have a rotational angle that allows the handle member 130 to be switched between an open position and a closed position. Meanwhile, the avoiding groove 140 can accommodate the end of the handle part 130, so as to prevent the end of the handle part 130 from protruding out of the end wall 124, thereby reducing the volume of the filter element assembly 100 and the water purifying device, and facilitating the installation and use of users.
In some embodiments, a side of the end plate 122 away from the housing 110 is formed with a receiving groove 150, and the receiving groove 150 is used for receiving the handle member 130.
It will be appreciated that in the open position, the handle member 130 is rotated to the side of the end plate 122 remote from the housing 110, and force may be applied to the filter cartridge assembly 100 by the handle member 130. In the closed position, the handle member 130 is engaged in the receiving groove 150, and the receiving groove 150 has a shape and a size corresponding to those of the handle member 130. The handle member 130 is placed in the receiving groove 150 without increasing the volume of the filter cartridge assembly 100.
When the filter element assembly 100 is located in the body 200 of the water purifying apparatus, the filter element assembly 100 can be removed from the body 200 by switching the handle member 130 from the closed position to the open position. When the filter element assembly 100 is installed, the filter element assembly 100 is installed in the machine body 200 through the handle part 130, and then the handle part 130 is switched to the closed position, so that the handle part 130 can be prevented from occupying the space in the machine body 200, and the size of the filter element assembly 100 and the water purifying device can be reduced.
In some embodiments, in the closed position, an orthographic projection of the handle member 130 in the plane of the end panel 122 is flush with the edge of the end panel 122.
It is understood that in the closed position, the outer edge of the handle member 130 is flush with the edge of the end plate 122, which makes the structure of the filter element assembly 100 more compact and beautiful, and the outer edge of the handle member 130 does not protrude beyond the edge of the housing 110, which does not increase the volume of the filter element assembly 100.
In some embodiments, the handle member 130 is provided with a reinforcement 136. The reinforcement 136 may be provided along the semi-annular edge of the handle member 130, thereby increasing the resistance to deformation of the handle member 130. In the open position, when a user applies a pulling force to the handle member 130, the handle member 130 deforms less, thereby preventing the handle member 130 from separating from the end wall 124 and improving the structural stability of the filter element assembly 100.
According to the embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention, the water purifying device comprises a machine body 200 and the filter element assembly 100 according to the embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention, wherein the filter element assembly 100 is arranged in the machine body 200.
When the elastic water stop valve 118 is disposed at the first end of the housing 110, the elastic water stop valve 118 has an open position and a closed position, and the water guide port 116 can be switched between the water guide state and the water stop state.
The elastomeric water stop valve 118 is located in the mounting portion 114 and needs to be prevented from touching the elastomeric water stop valve after the filter element assembly 100 is disassembled to prevent residual water from leaking along the water guide opening 116. Therefore, the end of the elastic water stop valve 118 away from the first receiving cavity 112 is recessed or flush with the end surface of the mounting portion 114.
When at least one of the handle member 130 and the end wall 124 is provided with the escape preventing member 132, the escape preventing member 132 can restrict the handle member 130 from escaping from the end wall 124.
In some embodiments, a second receiving cavity 210 is formed in the machine body 200, a mounting opening 202 communicating with the second receiving cavity 210 is formed at a side of the machine body 200, and the filter cartridge assembly 100 is mounted in the second receiving cavity 210 along the mounting opening 202.
It can be understood that the installing port 202 is arranged at the side part of the machine body 200, when the filter element assembly 100 is installed and disassembled, the whole water purifying device is not required to be disassembled or disassembled, the installing port 202 at the side part of the machine body 200 is only required to be opened, and the filter element assembly 100 is installed in the machine body 200 through a lateral drawing mode, so that the operation difficulty of a user is reduced, the use is more convenient, and the popularization and the use of the water purifying device are facilitated.
In some embodiments, the number of filter cartridge assemblies 100 is plural, and the number of mounting ports 202 is set to correspond to the number of filter cartridge assemblies 100. The plurality of mounting ports are arranged at intervals along the height direction of the side of the machine body 200, and the plurality of filter element assemblies 100 are correspondingly mounted in the second accommodating cavity 210 side by side from the plurality of mounting ports 202.
It can be understood that a plurality of filter element assemblies 100 are installed in the machine body 200, the flux of the water purifying apparatus can be increased when the models of the filter element assemblies 100 are the same, and the water purifying apparatus can combine the advantages of various filter assemblies when the models of the filter element assemblies 100 are different, thereby providing more water use options for users.
It should be noted that, by connecting a plurality of filter element assemblies 100 in parallel, the embodiment of the present invention can achieve the ultra-thin goal by reducing the volume of a single filter element assembly 100. For example, one filter element assembly 100 with the maximum diameter of 150mm is designed as two filter element assemblies 100 with the maximum diameter of 90mm, please refer to fig. 12, and then a plurality of filter element assemblies 100 are arranged in parallel, so that not only the thickness of the whole water purifier can be obviously reduced, but also the flux of the water purifier can be further increased, and the maximum capacity expansion of 1200G is supported.
In summary, according to the filter element assembly and the water purifying device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the filter element assembly 100 includes the housing 110, the rear end cap 120 and the handle part 130, the housing 110 is formed with the first end and the second end which are opposite, the rear end cap 120 includes the end plate 122 and the cylindrical end wall 124 which is arranged along the edge of the end plate 122, the end wall 124 is sleeved outside the second end and connected to the second end, and the handle part 130 is rotatably connected to the end wall 124. The filter element assembly 100 can be transported and installed by applying a force to the filter element assembly 100 through the handle member 130, which is convenient for use. The handle member 130 or the end wall 124 is provided with a release preventing member 132, and the release preventing member 132 can restrict the handle member 130 from being released from the end wall 124. When the cartridge assembly 100 is removed from the water purifying apparatus, the anti-slip member 132 prevents the hands-free member 130 from slipping off the end wall 124, thereby preventing the housing 110 from being left in the water purifying apparatus.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like that fall within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included therein.
