Detailed Description
It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Referring to fig. 1-4, the present invention provides a background tone adjusting method based on a treadmill, comprising:
s1, acquiring the step frequency of the user within a set time length;
s2, acquiring the average stride of the user within the set time according to the step frequency and the set running speed;
s3, judging whether the absolute value of the difference between the average stride and the recommended stride is larger than a preset value or not;
and S4, if the absolute value of the difference between the average stride and the recommended stride is larger than the preset value, adjusting the playing speed of the background sound to enable the background sound to gradually reach a first playing speed corresponding to the step frequency corresponding to the recommended stride from the current playing speed.
In step S1, the step frequency of the user within the set time length may be obtained by the treadmill, the step frequency of the user may also be obtained by the terminal moving along with the user, and in some embodiments, the step frequency may be derived by obtaining the current amplitude variation data during the user' S movement; in other embodiments, the step frequency of the user within the set time length can be obtained by visually identifying the running condition of the user; the method is specifically determined according to actual conditions; in some embodiments, the step frequency may be obtained by calculation, for example, BMP ═ 60x1000/TGap, where TGap is the time interval between two touchdowns of the user, in ms milliseconds, and 60x1000 milliseconds is one minute, so the step frequency BMP is steps per minute.
In the step S2, the running speed is a known speed set on the treadmill, and in the treadmill, in order to keep up with the moving speed of the running belt, otherwise, the treadmill is separated, so the speed set on the treadmill is the running speed of the user, and in normal operation, the running speed is the running speed of the user, and therefore, the stride can be obtained by the known running speed and the known running frequency.
In the step S3, when the absolute value of the difference between the average stride and the recommended stride is greater than the preset value, it indicates that the average stride deviation of the user is large, the stride is too large or too small, the user may be injured by the user without adjustment, and the stride needs to be adjusted so as to reach a more scientific recommended stride; when the absolute value of the difference between the average stride and the recommended stride is less than or equal to a preset value, the average stride of the user is represented to be within an acceptable range, and no special adjustment is needed.
In step S4, the adaptive background sound is played to guide the user to gradually change the stride frequency and further gradually adjust the stride length. The adaptive background sound can be obtained by adjusting the playing speed of the background sound in some embodiments, and can also be obtained by replacing the background sound in some embodiments; when adaptive background sound is obtained by adjusting the playing speed of the background sound, the playing speed of the background sound is positively correlated with the step frequency, the change condition of the step frequency can be generally known through the sound transformation of the background sound, and then the step frequency can be self-adjusted in a tilting manner, so that the device has a guiding function, is interesting, and can disperse the attention to fatigue in the running process; in some embodiments, the speed of the background sound may vary in proportion to the difference between the standard pace frequency, which is related to the height of the user, the weight of the user, and the slope of the treadmill.
Further, the step S1 of obtaining the step frequency of the user within the set time span through the treadmill includes:
s11, acquiring the current amplitude of the brushless motor for driving the running belt in the user movement process;
s12, identifying that the foot lands once when the amplitude change of each current reaches the peak;
and S13, dividing the set time by the time interval between two landings to obtain the step frequency.
In the step S11, generally, the time is taken as the horizontal axis and the current is taken as the vertical axis, when the treadmill operates, the user selects the running speed, the user steps on the treadmill, when the running speed is stable, the user steps on the treadmill to generate a larger resistance (mainly composed of friction), and in order to maintain the stable running speed, the treadmill automatically increases the current and increases the power under a constant voltage, so the stepping condition of the user can be reflected by the current amplitude.
In the above step S12, whether the peak is reached is determined by the slope of the current amplitude change, for example, the slope K is (I2-I1)/(T2-T1), when K is greater than a certain value Ka, the current amplitude change is considered to reach the peak, the user performs a stepping action, and a foot landing is identified, wherein the specific value of Ka is related to the user' S weight, the treadmill slope, the treadmill roller damping and the treadmill belt material, and is a previously measured value.
In the above step S13, the setting time is a preset value, for example, one minute; in this embodiment, the step frequency can be obtained by calculation, for example, BMP ═ 60x1000/TGap, where TGap is the time interval between two times that the user lands on the ground, and the unit is ms milliseconds, and 60x1000 milliseconds is one minute.
Further, the step of judging that the current amplitude change reaches the peak comprises:
s121, obtaining the slope of the current amplitude change;
s122, judging whether the slope is larger than a preset slope or not;
and S123, if so, judging that the current amplitude change reaches a peak.
In the above steps S121 to S123, the slope of the current amplitude change is obtained by a formula, for example, the slope K is (I2-I1)/(T2-T1); the preset slope is Ka, when K is larger than a certain value Ka, the change of the current amplitude is considered to reach a peak, a user generates a trampling action, and the foot is identified as one-time foot landing; wherein the specific value of Ka is a pre-measured value related to the user's weight, running deck slope, running deck roller damping and running belt material.
Further, before the step S1 of obtaining the step frequency of the user within the set time length, the method includes:
s10, obtaining the height of the user;
s20, calculating a recommended stride according to the height of the user, wherein the recommended stride is 0.45 times of the height of the user;
and S30, dividing the moving speed by the recommended stride to obtain the step frequency of the user at the moving speed, wherein different step frequencies correspond to background sounds with different rhythms.
In the above steps S10-S30, the user may use the treadmill to input the height, or the height of the user in the terminal, wherein the formula is a calculation formula recommended for sports science, and the user' S body can be better protected according to the recommended stride exercise, so as to avoid the injury of the exercise; setting rules to be preset, for example, the change condition of the playing speed of the background sound can be in direct proportion to the difference between the step frequency and the standard step frequency, and the proportion is set according to the actual application environment; wherein, different rhythms of the background sounds can be obtained by adjusting the playing speed of the same background sound and can be realized by playing the background sounds with different rhythms.
Further, the step S4 of playing the adapted background sound includes:
s401, detecting whether a background sound generation command is received;
s402, if yes, obtaining a sound mixing selection parameter;
s403, generating a mixed sound according to the mixed sound selection parameter, and taking the mixed sound as background sound;
s404, acquiring a second playing speed of the background sound corresponding to the step frequency according to the set rule, and adjusting the playing speed of the background sound according to the second playing speed.
In step S401, the background sound generation command may be generated by the user actively, or may be generated according to a set rule when no background sound is detected.
In the above steps S402-S404, in order to deal with the situation that the terminal of the user does not have a corresponding APP, the mixing selection parameter is the selection of a preset series of audio paragraphs, each of which has a recorded beat; different audio mixing can be formed by selecting different audio frequency paragraphs, so that the interestingness is greatly increased; in some embodiments, the remix selection parameters may be obtained by questionnaires or other means, such as user input.
In some embodiments, the adaptive background sound can be played under the control of a terminal carried by a user, and the treadmill only provides the detected step frequency for the terminal; in some embodiments, when no APP is detected, a background sound is generated, that is, whether a set APP is connected is determined; if so, uploading the step frequency to the APP so that the APP can adjust the playing speed of the background sound according to the step frequency; if no APP is connected, a background sound generation command is generated. The set APP can be multiple types, whether the treadmill is in communication connection with the set APP can be judged in different modes, and whether the set APP exists can be judged according to the mode of monitoring whether the corresponding handshake protocol exists or not; the APP can adjust the playing speed of the background sound or replace the background sound through the acquired step frequency, and the APP is usually arranged in a mobile terminal of a user, such as a bracelet and a mobile phone.
Further, the step S4 of playing the adapted background sound includes:
s4001, generating a background tone rate mode and replacing a background tone mode selection instruction;
s4002, judging whether an instruction for selecting a background pitch rate mode is received;
s4003, if yes, dividing the absolute value of the difference between the average stride and the recommended stride by a set parameter to obtain a first numerical value;
s4004, acquiring an integer according to the first numerical value;
s4005, dividing the current playing speed to a first playing speed into a plurality of stages according to an integer, and gradually changing the playing speed of the background sound from the current playing speed to the first playing speed to obtain an adaptive background sound, wherein the first playing speed is a playing speed corresponding to a first step frequency, and the first step frequency is obtained by dividing a moving speed by a recommended step.
In the above steps S4001 to S4005, the generated background sound speed adjustment mode and the background sound replacement mode selection instruction may be displayed on the display screen in the form of an option, and after the user selects the corresponding mode, the user receives the instruction to select the corresponding mode, and obtains an integer through the first value, and in some embodiments, the integer in the first value may be directly obtained; in other embodiments, an integer may be obtained through a rounding rule, for example, a carry greater than 0.8 behind a decimal point is one, so as to obtain the integer, thereby avoiding that the music guide effect of step change is affected by too large change of the rhythm of the played background sound due to too few divided stages; the effect that the rhythm of the background sound changes along with the change of the playing speed is achieved.
Further, the step of gradually changing from the current play speed to the first play speed includes:
s40051, acquiring the playing speed of background sound corresponding to the current step frequency of the user;
s40052, judging whether the difference value between the playing speed of the background sound corresponding to the current step frequency and the current playing speed is within a preset range;
s40053, if yes, adjusting the playing speed of the background sound to enable the playing speed to enter the next stage until the difference value between the playing speed of the background sound corresponding to the current step frequency and the first playing speed is within the preset range.
In the above steps S40051 to S40053, the rhythm of the background sound may be gradually adjusted by gradually adjusting the playing speed of the background sound, so that the user gradually adjusts the step width and gradually approaches the recommended step width, thereby avoiding that the user cannot adapt to the background sound due to too large change in the playing speed, and further avoiding that the user cannot adapt to the background sound due to too large change in the playing speed by gradually determining whether the playing speed needs to be adjusted.
Further, in some embodiments, the step S4 of playing the adapted background sound comprises:
s4001, generating a background tone rate mode and replacing a background tone mode selection instruction;
s4006, judging whether an instruction for selecting a background pitch rate mode is received;
s4007, if yes, dividing the absolute value of the difference between the average stride and the recommended stride by a set parameter to obtain a first numerical value;
s4008, acquiring an integer according to the first numerical value;
s4009, generating a background sound replacement sequence according to the integer and the stride frequency-music comparison table, wherein the background sound replacement sequence comprises an integer number of background sounds which are sequentially arranged according to the rhythm change requirement;
s40010, gradually replacing the background sounds according to the background sound replacement sequence to obtain the adaptive background sounds.
In the above steps S4001 to S40010, the generated background sound speed adjustment mode and the background sound replacement mode selection instruction may be displayed on the display screen in the form of an option, and after the user selects the corresponding mode, the user receives the instruction to select the corresponding mode, and obtains an integer through the first value, and in some embodiments, the integer in the first value may be directly obtained; in other embodiments, an integer may be obtained through a rounding rule, for example, a carry greater than 0.8 behind a decimal point is one, and then the integer is obtained, so as to avoid that the music guidance effect of stride change is affected by too large change of tempo of playing background sound due to too small number of divided stages; the background sound can be preset or obtained by mixing sound according to a preset rule; the rhythm of the background sound can be gradually adjusted by gradually adjusting the playing of the background sound, so that the pace of the user is gradually adjusted and gradually approaches to the recommended pace, the situation that the user cannot adapt due to overlarge change of the playing speed of the background sound is avoided, whether the background sound needs to be adjusted or not can be gradually judged, and the situation that the user cannot adapt due to the overlarge change of the playing speed can also be avoided.
