Abstract
The invention discloses a novel lipstick and a preparation method thereof, and aims to solve the problems that the existing lipstick has poor durability and moisture retention after being coated, and is easy to cause phenomena of lip dryness, peeling and the like. step four, cooling the mixture I to 60 ℃, adding the phase B, uniformly stirring, adding the phase C, uniformly heating to dissolve, and heating to 80-85 ℃ to obtain a mixture II;
step five, heating the phase D to 80-85 ℃ to dissolve the phase D to obtain a mixture III;
