And the shape of the sac cavity is annular, and compared with the method that the spherical air bag directly extrudes the vaginal wall, the plurality of annular sac cavities form a cylindrical extrusion surface which can be better attached to the shape of the vagina (compared with the spherical extrusion surface) to apply pressure for compression hemostasis.
And a gap is reserved between the annular air bags arranged at intervals, and the gap can accommodate a part of vaginal wall to enter between the two annular air bags during extrusion, so that the extrusion pressure degree during compression is reduced, and the hemostasis compression process is relatively comfortable.
And fourthly, the gap between the capsule cavities can enable the dilator to have an anti-skidding effect and prevent the dilator from falling out of the vagina.
Fifth, in the preferred scheme, the medicine injection holes are formed in the tube body, the medicine injection holes are distributed in a large number, the surface of the covered vaginal wall is wide, medicine can be applied to a plurality of positions, and even if the vaginal wall is pressed, the medicine can be absorbed.
And a pressure gauge is arranged on the catheter, so that the pressure condition (pressure intensity and pressure intensity change) in the bladder cavity can be directly observed, if the pressure intensity is continuously increased, the bleeding and swelling conditions of the vaginal wall are not relieved, other treatment needs to be further carried out on the bleeding position, and if the pressure is reduced, the bleeding and swelling conditions of the vagina are relieved.
Seventh, this case has add and has held the pipe ware, utilizes the last movable rod of holding the pipe ware to control outer stay board and to expand outward and fold up, and the body of rod is used for the extension, when the expander is put into women's patient's vagina, can utilize and hold the pipe ware to fix the expander, and is easier during the operation, especially when the expander is inside the vagina, under the assistance of holding the pipe ware, the taking out and the position adjustment of expander are easier.
And eighthly, the inserter is arranged at the front end of the tube holder, is integrally conical, and has a round spherical front end, and is mainly used for assisting the dilator to enter the vagina.
The patient does not need to manually insert the dilator into the vagina, the dilator can be automatically sent into the vagina only by pressing the tube holder arranged in the movable rod, the insert plays a role in protecting the vagina, the operation of the patient is simple and convenient, the manual adjustment and positioning are not needed, the convenience is brought to the elderly and the people who have difficulty in moving, and the design of the front section can make the patient more comfortable and can not cause any uncomfortable feeling caused by the foreign body entering the vagina.
Meanwhile, in the process of putting and taking out the dilator, the tube holder is adopted for taking, so that an operator does not need to stretch hands into the vaginal opening, the psychology of a patient is easier to accept, and risks such as occupational exposure and the like possibly brought by hand operation are avoided.
