Abstract
The invention discloses a carbon cup heating body and an aerosol generating product containing the same, wherein the carbon cup heating body (1) is provided with a bottom wall and a side wall, a ferromagnetic metal heating body (11) is filled between the outer surface and the inner surface of the carbon cup heating body (1), and a metal foil (12) is arranged on the inner surface of the carbon cup heating body (1). When the aerosol generating product is used, open fire is not ignited, a ferromagnetic metal heating body is filled between the outer surface and the inner surface of the carbon cup heating body (1), the carbon cup heating body can be easily ignited integrally by utilizing an electromagnetic heating mode, the aerosol generating product can be used independently after the carbon cup heating body is ignited, whether the electric quantity of heating equipment is sufficient or not is not considered, the aerosol generating product is not limited by the heating equipment, combustion waste gas generated when the carbon cup heating body is combusted is isolated by metal foil and cannot be inhaled by a human body, and the harm reduction effect is good.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of aerosol generating products, and particularly relates to a carbon cup heating body and an aerosol generating product comprising the same.
Background
Existing aerosol-generating articles have sought the consumers for heating non-combustible aerosol-generating articles by heating the aerosol-generating substrate without burning it, primarily by electrical heating or carbon heating, to reduce the content of harmful substances in the aerosol and thereby improve the safety and health of smoking of the aerosol-generating article.
However, existing aerosol-generating articles are generally problematic in terms of ease of use. Electrically heated aerosol-generating articles require use with a heating device during use, are limited by the power consumption of the heating device, and are less convenient to use. And when the carbon heating type aerosol generating product is used, no additional heating equipment is needed, but in the heating process of the product, the carbon heat source is ignited from the outside by using open fire, so that ignition is difficult, and when the carbon heat source is ignited, the carbon heat source can only be locally combusted, carbon heating is not uniform, heat conduction capability is poor, and meanwhile, the problem that waste gas generated by combustion of the carbon heat source is easily inhaled by a user in the using process is also existed, and the harm reduction effect is not obvious.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a carbon cup heating body and an aerosol generating product comprising the same, which are used for improving the convenience of the aerosol generating product in the using process.
The invention provides a carbon cup heating body, which is provided with a bottom wall and a side wall, wherein a ferromagnetic metal heating body 11 is filled between the outer surface and the inner surface of the carbon cup heating body 1, and a metal foil 12 is arranged on the inner surface of the carbon cup heating body 1.
The carbon cup heating body 1 can be ignited by an electromagnetic heating mode.
Preferably, the ferromagnetic metal heating body 11 is a ferromagnetic metal particle or a ferromagnetic metal layer.
Preferably, the metal foil 12 has no holes and covers the entire inner surface of the sidewall or the entire inner surface of the bottom wall of the carbon cup heating body 1, or covers the entire inner surface of the sidewall and the entire inner surface of the bottom wall of the carbon cup heating body 1, and functions as a gas barrier.
In a second aspect, the invention provides an aerosol-generating article comprising a carbon cup heater according to the first aspect of the invention, the carbon cup heater 1 being fitted over an aerosol-generating substrate 21 of the aerosol-generating article.
Preferably, the aerosol-generating substrate 21 further comprises downstream a hollow section 22 and/or a cooling section 23 and/or a filter section 24. That is, the aerosol-generating substrate 21 may comprise any one or two or three of the hollow section 22, the cooling section 23 and the filter section 24 downstream, although it is most preferred to include these three in sequence.
Preferably, the hollow section 22 is provided with an air inlet hole 222 communicated with the outside; the number of the air inlet holes can be 1 or more.
Preferably, the carbon cup heater 1 is integrally connected to the aerosol-generating substrate 21.
Preferably, the carbon cup heater 1 and aerosol-generating substrate 21 are detachably connected to each other.
Preferably, the aerosol-generating article further includes a wrapping layer 3 wrapping the carbon cup heating body 1, and having a temperature-dependent color developing material, the temperature-dependent color developing material being a composite material composed of a color former selected from, but not limited to, bromocresol green, fluorane compounds, triarylmethane compounds or schiff base compounds, a color developer selected from, but not limited to, rare earth ions, phenolic hydroxyl compounds and derivatives thereof, or carboxyl compounds and derivatives thereof, and a solvent selected from, but not limited to, melting compounds, alcohols, higher aliphatic ketone compounds, ester compounds, ether compounds, amide compounds or carboxylic acid compounds.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the carbon cup heating body is provided with the bottom wall and the side wall, the ferromagnetic metal heating body is filled between the outer surface and the inner surface of the carbon cup heating body, when the carbon cup heating body is placed in heating equipment capable of generating an alternating electromagnetic field, the ferromagnetic metal heating body can be heated by an electromagnetic heating mode, the ferromagnetic metal heating body easily ignites the whole carbon cup heating body from the inside, the carbon cup heating body heats an aerosol generating substrate to generate aerosol for being sucked by consumers, an aerosol generating product containing the carbon cup heating body can be independently used after the carbon cup heating body is ignited, the heating equipment is only used for a moment when the carbon cup heating body is ignited, and the continuous use is not needed, so whether the electric quantity of the heating equipment is sufficient or not does not need to be considered, and the carbon cup heating body is not limited by the heating equipment. In addition, potential safety hazards caused by open fire ignition can be avoided by electromagnetic heating ignition.
2. The inner surface of the carbon cup heating body is provided with the metal foil which separates the carbon cup heating body from the aerosol generating substrate, when the carbon cup heating body is burnt, the waste gas generated by the burning of the carbon cup heating body can not enter the aerosol generating substrate due to the blocking of the metal foil, so that the aerosol generated by heating the aerosol generating substrate can not be doped with the waste gas, the waste gas generated by burning the carbon cup heating body can not be inhaled by a human body, and the harm reduction effect is good.
3. The carbon cup heating body is sleeved on the aerosol generating substrate, when the carbon cup heating body is integrally ignited by an electromagnetic heating mode, heat generated after the carbon cup heating body burns can be uniformly guided to the aerosol generating substrate through the metal foil on the inner side of the carbon cup heating body, heating is uniform and rapid, and the user experience is good.
4. The carbon cup heater of the present invention is detachably connected to the aerosol-generating substrate of an aerosol-generating article, thereby adapting to existing aerosol-generating articles.
5. When the inner surface of the whole bottom wall and the inner surface of the whole side wall of the carbon cup heating body are provided with the metal foils and the metal foils are not provided with holes, the carbon cup also plays a role of isolating the aerosol generating substrate from air, so that the aerosol generating substrate is heated to release aerosol under the condition of no external air, and as no external air passes through, one item of oxygen in three burning elements (combustible substances, oxygen and temperature higher than an ignition point) is eliminated, so that the aerosol generating substrate can not burn even when being heated to a high temperature (for example, higher than 350 ℃), various harmful aerosol components and burnt gas generated by burning can be avoided, the released aerosol flavor is purer, the aerosol release amount can be improved by heating to a higher temperature, the utilization rate of the aerosol generating substrate is improved, and the fragrance components which cannot be released originally and have the release temperature of more than 350 ℃ can be released, rich in fragrance. When a hollow section 22 with air inlet holes 222 is used, this ambient air entering from the air inlet holes may also act to cool and carry the aerosol downstream, thereby acting to promote the downstream diffusion of the aerosol within the aerosol-generating substrate.

Detailed Description
For a better understanding of the objects, structure and function of the invention, reference should be made to the following detailed description taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
As used herein, "upstream" to "downstream" is a relative term, and the direction of aerosol flow within an aerosol-generating article is from "upstream" to "downstream" when the aerosol-generating article is heated for smoking.
The carbon cup heating body is provided with a bottom wall and a side wall, ferromagnetic metal particles are filled between the outer surface and the inner surface of the carbon cup heating body, and a heat-permeable and air-impermeable metal foil 12 is arranged on the inner surface of the carbon cup heating body.
The metal foil 12 has no holes and covers the entire inner surface of the side wall and the entire inner surface of the bottom wall of the carbon cup heating body 1, and functions as a gas barrier.
The aerosol generating product comprises the carbon cup heating body 1, wherein the carbon cup heating body 1 is sleeved on an aerosol generating substrate 21 of the aerosol generating product and is separated from the aerosol generating substrate by a metal foil 12; the aerosol-generating substrate 21 is capable of being atomised to form an aerosol.
The carbon cup heater 1 is located upstream of the aerosol-generating substrate 21.
A hollow section 22, a cooling section 23 and a filter section 24 are connected in sequence downstream of the aerosol-generating substrate 21; the hollow section 22 is provided with an air inlet hole 222 communicated with the outside.
Before the aerosol generating product is used, the carbon cup heating body 1 is ignited by using the heating starting device 4, the heating starting device 4 can be an electromagnetic heating device, ferromagnetic metal particles in the carbon cup heating body are heated by using an electromagnetic heating mode, so that the whole carbon cup heating body 1 is ignited and can automatically maintain combustion, then the aerosol generating product can be independently used, the heating device is not required to be continuously used, whether the electric quantity of the heating device is sufficient or not is not considered, the limitation of the heating device is avoided, and the carbon cup heating body 1 can be easily ignited without open fire.
The heat that produces when carbon cup heating member 1 burns can continuously heat aerosol generation substrate 21, makes aerosol generation substrate 21 be heated and releases aerosol, and the waste gas that produces when carbon cup heating member 1 burns is kept apart by carbon cup heating member 11 and the metal foil 12 between the aerosol generation substrate 21, can not inhaled by the user, reduces the harm to the human body.
The carbon cup heating body 1 and the aerosol-generating substrate 21 are integrally connected, or the carbon cup heating body 1 and the aerosol-generating substrate 21 are separably connected.
The aerosol-generating article further includes a wrapping layer 3 wrapping the carbon cup heater 1, and having a temperature-sensitive color developing material which is a composite material composed of a color former selected from bromocresol green, a color developer selected from rare earth ions, and a solvent selected from a meltable compound. The temperature-change color-developing material plays a role in displaying temperature near the carbon cup heating body 1, and the temperature-change color-developing material of the wrapping layer 3 can display different colors along with the change of the temperature so as to transmit approximate temperature information to a user.
The existing aerosol-generating article is generally used when the carbon cup heater 1 and aerosol-generating substrate 21 are detachably connected to each other.
It is to be understood that the present invention has been described with reference to certain embodiments, and that various changes in the features and embodiments, or equivalent substitutions may be made therein by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. In addition, many modifications may be made to adapt a particular situation or material to the teachings of the invention without departing from the essential scope thereof. Claims (9)
1. A carbon cup heater, which has a bottom wall and a side wall, is characterized in that,
a ferromagnetic metal heating body (11) is filled between the outer surface and the inner surface of the carbon cup heating body (1), and a metal foil (12) is arranged on the inner surface of the carbon cup heating body (1).
2. The carbon cup heating body according to claim 1, wherein the ferromagnetic metal heating body (11) is a ferromagnetic metal particle or a ferromagnetic metal layer.
3. Carbon cup heating body according to claim 2, characterized in that the metal foil (12) is free of holes and covers the entire side wall inner surface and/or the entire bottom wall inner surface of the carbon cup heating body (1).
4. An aerosol-generating article comprising a carbon cup heater according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the carbon cup heater (1) is fitted over an aerosol-generating substrate (21) of the aerosol-generating article.
5. An aerosol-generating article according to claim 4, characterized in that the aerosol-generating substrate (21) further comprises downstream a hollow section (22) and/or a cooling section (23) and/or a filter section (24).
6. An aerosol-generating article according to claim 5, wherein the hollow section (22) is provided with an air inlet (222) communicating with the outside.
7. An aerosol-generating article according to claim 4, wherein the carbon cup heater (1) is integrally connected with the aerosol-generating substrate (21).
8. An aerosol-generating article according to claim 4, wherein the carbon cup heater (1) and aerosol-generating substrate (21) are detachably connected to each other.
9. The aerosol-generating article according to claim 4, further comprising a wrapping layer (3) wrapping the carbon cup heater (1) and having a temperature-dependent color developing material, wherein the temperature-dependent color developing material is a composite material composed of a color former selected from bromocresol green, fluorane compounds, triarylmethane compounds or schiff base compounds, a color developer selected from rare earth ions, phenolic hydroxyl compounds and derivatives thereof or carboxyl compounds and derivatives thereof, and a solvent selected from melting compounds, alcohols, higher aliphatic ketones, esters, ethers, amides or carboxylic acids.
