under a normal working state, when the internal pressure of the sealed box body is higher than the external pressure by a certain numerical value, the second constant-pressure one-way vent valve 401 is opened under the action of pressure difference, the internal air is discharged through the sixth vent hole, and the discharged air does not pass through the waterproof breathable film 104, so that the discharged air cannot be dehumidified by the waterproof breathable film 104; when the pressure is balanced again, the second constant-pressure one-way vent valve 401 is closed again, and the air vent valve plays a role at the moment;
when the pressure in the sealed box body rises sharply due to an emergency, the piston 1 is pushed open by the internal gas, so that the rapid pressure relief is realized, and the explosion caused by the overlarge pressure in the sealed box body is prevented; meanwhile, the barrier sheet 402 below the sixth vent bends under the action of strong airflow to cover the sixth vent, so as to prevent dust generated by explosion from blocking the sixth vent.
