Referring to fig. 1 to 5, as a concrete scheme, a rubber strip 31 is arranged between the box body 1 and the revolving door 30, the rubber strip 31 is of a square hollow structure, the rubber strip 31 is positioned at the edge of the opening 33, the opening 33 and the sealing plate 25 are positioned at the same side of the insulation box 2, the negative pressure pipe 22 at the bottom of the insulation box 2 is correspondingly arranged at the bottom of the opening 33, the rubber strip 31 is used for being attached to the edge of the opening 33, the insulation performance is improved, the revolving door 30 can be conveniently opened and the sealing plate 25 can be conveniently dismounted when being dismounted and maintained, and meanwhile, the negative pressure pipe 22 is conveniently connected with negative pressure equipment to realize the extraction of air in the insulation box 2.
The technical scheme of this application, high voltage insulation device adopts box 1 and insulation box 2 to carry out the installation and the insulation protection of high voltage transmission line 7 under the whole low temperature environment, insulation box 2 is installed fixedly through first insulator 3, realize the insulation protection between box 1 and the insulation box 2, and carry out the installation of connector 5 through second insulator 4 in insulation box 2, can further improve insulation protection effect, and after the shrouding 25 installation is accomplished, take out the air in the insulation box 2 through negative pressure pipe 22, realize vacuum treatment in the insulation box 2, insulation protection under the low temperature environment can be realized, make connecting pipe 16 and fixed pipe 17 in the negative pressure form after the air is taken out, the elasticity of pressure overcoming spring 19 drives piston 20 and moves to fixed pipe 17 top and separates this moment with touch switch 21, make spring 19 can resume the original state when the negative pressure effect disappears in insulation box 2, and realize the circuit intercommunication of alarm 18 through touch switch 21, realize the alarm processing of vacuum condition, the convenience is in time maintained, improve insulation protection effect.
Simultaneously have simple to operate function, can realize the installation of power transmission line 7 department through the cooperation of interior umbrella skirt 8 and outer umbrella skirt 9 when power transmission line 7 installs, and have good insulation protection, avoid producing circuit intercommunication and lead to the production of dangerous accident between box 1 and the power transmission line 7, be applicable to simultaneously and use under low temperature environment and bad weather, can effectively play insulation function, realize the connection between insulation box 2 and the power transmission line 7 through insulating sleeve 6, can play insulation protection between power transmission line 7 and the insulation box 2, set up opening 33 in box 1 one side and can realize the installation of each structure, convenient operation can seal the protection through closing of revolving door 30 after the construction is accomplished, avoid the production of humid environment in the box 1, be favorable to improving insulation protection performance.
