Abstract

The inlet of the special-shaped spray pipe is fixedly connected with the air source pipeline of the tester through the adapter section, the inner runner surface of the outlet of the spray pipe is provided with the baffle, the baffle and the outlet of the inner runner surface are in sleeve joint and have a sleeve joint gap, airflow with certain temperature and flow of the tester flows in from the inlet of the adapter section and flows out from the sleeve joint gap, and the static pressure of the air on the inner wall surface of the casing is increased due to the blockage of the runner caused by the sharp reduction of the sectional area of the runner. A pressure sensing device is arranged on the switching section to measure the static pressure on the inner wall of the switching section, and a tester is used for adjusting the flow in the pipeline to control the wall static pressure, so that the special-shaped casing pressure strength test is realized. Technical Field

Background
The special-shaped spray pipe has poor pressure bearing capacity, and the strength test of the special-shaped spray pipe needs to be carried out to determine the reasonability of the design in order to verify whether the structural design of the special-shaped spray pipe meets the strength use requirement.
The conventional compression test method is to fixedly connect the adapter sections at two ends of a typical casing to form a closed cavity with the typical casing, and to compress by injecting water or oil with a certain pressure.
Unlike a typical casing, the special-shaped spray pipe only has a mounting edge structure at an inlet and can be fixedly connected with the adapter section, and does not have a mounting edge structure at an outlet, so that a conventional pressing test method cannot be adopted.

The invention mainly aims to provide a test method and a tool for verifying the strength of a special-shaped spray pipe of an aero-engine, and aims to solve the technical problems.

The function of the adapter casing 21 is to connect the simulation casing 22 and the air source pipeline of the tester, the strength and rigidity are obviously higher than those of the simulation casing 22, the material of the adapter casing 21 is stainless steel, the thickness of the front mounting edge 211 is 40mm, the thickness of the shell of the adapter casing 21 is 15mm, the thickness of the flange edge connected with the simulation casing 22 is 10mm, and the flow channel and the mounting size need to be consistent with the pipeline interface of the tester and the interface of the simulation casing 22. The adapter casing 21 can be manufactured by casting, machining, welding and other traditional processing modes, and can also be manufactured by adopting a novel laser additive manufacturing method.
The baffle 3 acts to block the gas flow and withstand greater gas pressure. The baffle 3 is made of stainless steel, the thickness of the baffle is not less than 20mm, the back of the baffle is provided with cross-shaped reinforcing ribs 301 for improving the transverse and longitudinal strength of the baffle 3, the thickness of the reinforcing ribs 301 is 30mm, and the height of the reinforcing ribs is 50 mm. Rear end connecting plate 302 is square plate-like structure, and the effect is to carry out fixed connection with square board 401 of support 4, and connecting plate 302 length of side is 200mm, and thickness 25mm, baffle 3, strengthening rib 301 and connecting plate 302 can adopt traditional processing methods such as casting, machine and add, welding to make.
The bracket 4 is used for fixing and supporting the baffle 3, and the material of the bracket 4 is stainless steel.
