The invention relates to a method for treating ammonia-containing tail gas and simultaneously reducing nitrogen oxides in coke oven flue gas, which comprises the following steps: 1) collecting ammonia-containing tail gas generated by a storage tank of a gas purification system, and conveying the collected ammonia-containing tail gas to an acid washing tower through a pipeline for acid washing; 2) sending the tail gas after acid washing into an alkaline washing tower through a pipeline for alkaline washing, and then conveying the tail gas to a coke oven main pipe through a draught fan; 3) conveying the coke oven flue gas treated by the desulfurization and denitrification system to a coke oven main pipe through a pipeline; 4) the tail gas containing ammonia and the coke oven flue gas are merged at a main pipe and then are sent into the original coke oven combustion air system; the invention can treat the ammonia-containing tail gas of the gas purification system, and can reduce the content of nitrogen oxide in the coke oven smoke, thereby achieving two purposes and generating obvious economic benefit and environmental protection benefit.

During the production of the coke oven, coke oven gas or blast furnace gas is used as a combustion medium, and in the combustion process, because the temperature in a combustion chamber of the coke oven is high, the content of nitrogen oxides in the discharged flue gas reaches 500mg/m3, the processing load of a desulfurization and denitrification system is increased; on the other hand, in a gas purification system matched with coke oven production, the tail gas containing ammonia in the HPF desulfurization and ammonium sulfate part storage tanks is directly discharged, so that the environmental protection requirement cannot be met, and the equipment of the gas purification system is corroded.

The method for treating ammonia-containing tail gas and reducing nitrogen oxides in coke oven flue gas comprises the following steps:
1) collecting ammonia-containing tail gas generated by a storage tank of a gas purification system, and conveying the collected ammonia-containing tail gas to an acid washing tower through a pipeline for acid washing;
2) sending the tail gas after acid washing into an alkaline washing tower through a pipeline for alkaline washing, removing impurities such as tar, naphthalene, ammonia, H2S and the like in the tail gas after acid washing and alkaline washing, and then conveying the tail gas to a coke oven main pipe through a draught fan;
