Abstract
The invention relates to a method for treating ammonia-containing tail gas and simultaneously reducing nitrogen oxides in coke oven flue gas, which comprises the following steps: 1) collecting ammonia-containing tail gas generated by a storage tank of a gas purification system, and conveying the collected ammonia-containing tail gas to an acid washing tower through a pipeline for acid washing; 2) sending the tail gas after acid washing into an alkaline washing tower through a pipeline for alkaline washing, and then conveying the tail gas to a coke oven main pipe through a draught fan; 3) conveying the coke oven flue gas treated by the desulfurization and denitrification system to a coke oven main pipe through a pipeline; 4) the tail gas containing ammonia and the coke oven flue gas are merged at a main pipe and then are sent into the original coke oven combustion air system; the invention can treat the ammonia-containing tail gas of the gas purification system, and can reduce the content of nitrogen oxide in the coke oven smoke, thereby achieving two purposes and generating obvious economic benefit and environmental protection benefit.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of coke oven production and operation, in particular to a method for treating ammonia-containing tail gas and reducing nitrogen oxides in coke oven smoke.
Background
During the production of the coke oven, coke oven gas or blast furnace gas is used as a combustion medium, and in the combustion process, because the temperature in a combustion chamber of the coke oven is high, the content of nitrogen oxides in the discharged flue gas reaches 500mg/m3, the processing load of a desulfurization and denitrification system is increased; on the other hand, in a gas purification system matched with coke oven production, the tail gas containing ammonia in the HPF desulfurization and ammonium sulfate part storage tanks is directly discharged, so that the environmental protection requirement cannot be met, and the equipment of the gas purification system is corroded.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems that the content of nitrogen oxides in the coke oven flue gas exceeds the standard and the ammonia-containing tail gas of a coal gas purification system is directly discharged, and provides a method for treating the ammonia-containing tail gas and reducing the nitrogen oxides in the coke oven flue gas.
The specific scheme of the invention is as follows: the method for treating ammonia-containing tail gas and simultaneously reducing nitrogen oxides in coke oven flue gas comprises the following steps:
1) collecting ammonia-containing tail gas generated by a storage tank of a gas purification system, and conveying the collected ammonia-containing tail gas to an acid washing tower through a pipeline for acid washing;
2) sending the tail gas after acid washing into an alkaline washing tower through a pipeline for alkaline washing, and then conveying the tail gas to a coke oven main pipe through a draught fan;
3) conveying the coke oven flue gas treated by the desulfurization and denitrification system to a coke oven main pipe through a pipeline;
4) the tail gas containing ammonia and the coke oven flue gas are merged and then sent into the original coke oven combustion air system.
In the step 4), the mixed gas after being converged is divided into two parts, one part is sent to the machine side of the coke oven, and the other part is sent to the coke side of the coke oven.
The ratio of the coke oven smoke to the tail gas containing ammonia is 2:1, and the ratio of the mixed gas to the air sucked by the original coke oven combustion-supporting air system is 1: 3.
The invention also provides a system for treating ammonia-containing tail gas and simultaneously reducing nitrogen oxides in coke oven flue gas by adopting the method, which comprises a gas purification system storage tank, an acid cleaning tower, an alkali cleaning tower, a desulfurization and denitrification system and a coke oven combustion chamber, wherein the gas purification system storage tank, the acid cleaning tower and the alkali cleaning tower are sequentially connected through a conveying pipeline A, the output end of the desulfurization and denitrification system is provided with a conveying pipeline B, the conveying pipeline A and the conveying pipeline B are jointly connected to a coke oven main pipe, the coke oven main pipe is provided with a flow meter, the conveying pipeline B is provided with an adjusting valve, the flow meter is in signal connection with the adjusting valve, and the flow meter monitors the flow of mixed gas input into the coke oven and feeds back to control the opening of the adjusting valve; the coke oven main pipe is provided with two branch pipes, the two branch pipes are respectively connected to the machine side and the coke side of the coke oven combustion system, the tail gas of the coke oven combustion system is provided with a drainage pipe, and the drainage pipe is connected to the input end of the desulfurization and denitrification system.
The coke oven main pipe is provided with a main pipe A and a main pipe B, one end of the main pipe A and one end of the main pipe B are connected with the coke oven main pipe together, the main pipe A is provided with two branch pipes A, the main pipe B is provided with two branch pipes B, the two branch pipes A are connected to the coke oven side and the coke side respectively, the two branch pipes B are connected to the coke oven side and the coke side respectively, the branch pipes A are connected with single-number combustion systems of the coke oven side and the coke side, the branch pipes B are connected with double-number combustion systems of the coke oven side and the coke side, a single-number valve is arranged on the main pipe A, and a double-number valve is arranged on the main pipe B.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages: 1. tail gas obtained after collection treatment of the ammonia-containing tail gas in the HPF desulfurization and ammonium sulfate partial storage tank and 20-30% of coke oven exhaust gas are conveyed into a coke oven heating system waste gas shutter through a pipeline and used as part of combustion-supporting air, so that the oxygen content of the combustion-supporting air of a combustion system is reduced, the combustion intensity during combustion is controlled, the generation amount of nitrogen oxides is reduced by 30% -40%, and the nitrogen oxide generation amount is reduced to below 300mg/m 3; 2. the treatment load of a desulfurization and denitrification system is reduced, the direct discharge of tail gas of a gas purification system is avoided, and the cost of an exhaust funnel is reduced; 3. the temperature of the flue gas is about 230 ℃, and after the flue gas is mixed with the tail gas of the coal gas purification system, the temperature of the partial mixed gas reaches more than 150 ℃, so that the waste heat of the flue gas is fully utilized.

Detailed Description
The method for treating ammonia-containing tail gas and reducing nitrogen oxides in coke oven flue gas comprises the following steps:
1) collecting ammonia-containing tail gas generated by a storage tank of a gas purification system, and conveying the collected ammonia-containing tail gas to an acid washing tower through a pipeline for acid washing;
2) sending the tail gas after acid washing into an alkaline washing tower through a pipeline for alkaline washing, removing impurities such as tar, naphthalene, ammonia, H2S and the like in the tail gas after acid washing and alkaline washing, and then conveying the tail gas to a coke oven main pipe through a draught fan;
3) conveying part of coke oven flue gas treated by the desulfurization and denitrification system to a coke oven main pipe through a pipeline;
4) the tail gas containing ammonia and the coke oven flue gas are merged and then sent into the original coke oven combustion air system.
In the step 4) of the embodiment, the mixed gas after being merged is divided into two parts, one part is sent to the machine side of the coke oven, and the other part is sent to the coke side of the coke oven.
In the embodiment, the ratio of the coke oven flue gas to the tail gas containing ammonia is 2:1, and the ratio of the mixed gas to the air sucked by the original coke oven combustion air system is 1: 3.
