The invention selects the hydroxyl acrylic resin with high solid content and low viscosity, and polyurethane acrylic resin with high reaction rate and non-reactive monomer are needed; initiators with different absorption wavelengths are selected, so that the UV paint film curing process has the effects of deep curing, intermediate layer and surface layer photocuring which all reach an ideal state; the compatibility of the hydroxyl acrylic resin and the polyurethane acrylic resin is adjusted, and the proper aliphatic isocyanate is matched to be used as a curing agent, so that the polyurethane acrylic resin has low VOC, and has good construction property, storage stability and performance stability.

The PU/UV double-layer curing paint is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by mass: 6-10 parts of hydroxy acrylic resin, 21-25 parts of polyurethane tetraacrylate, 23-30 parts of aliphatic polyurethane tetraacrylate, 10-15 parts of color paste, 8-12 parts of ethoxylated trimethylolpropane triacrylate, 3-6 parts of ethyl acetate, 5-10 parts of butyl acetate, 3-6 parts of initiator, 0.5-2 parts of flatting agent, 8-12 parts of curing agent and 1-3 parts of boiled oil water.
2. The PU/UV dual-layer cured paint according to claim 1, wherein: the color paste is a semi-finished product of carbon black color paste, and the semi-finished product of carbon black color paste consists of 801 carbon black color chips and methyl ethyl ketone according to the mass ratio of 1: 4.
3. The PU/UV dual-layer cured paint according to claim 1, wherein: the initiator consists of 1-hydroxycyclohexyl phenyl ketone 184 initiator and phenyl bis (2,4, 6-trimethyl benzoyl) phosphine oxide 819 initiator according to the mass ratio of 4: 1.
4. The PU/UV dual-layer cured paint according to claim 1, wherein: the curing agent consists of N3390 curing agent and butyl ester according to the mass ratio of 4: 1.
5. The PU/UV dual-layer cured paint according to claim 1, wherein: the boiling water consists of ethyl acetate, butanone and propylene glycol methyl ether in the ratio of 5:3: 2.
6. The PU/UV dual-layer cured paint according to claim 1, wherein: the oil opening ratio of the curing paint is 10:1:2-3, and the construction viscosity is 9.5-10 seconds.
7. The PU/UV dual-layer cured paint according to claim 1, wherein: the drying conditions of the cured paint are as follows: preheating at 50-55 ℃ for 5-8min with energy of 900-1100mj/cm, and then baking at 80 ℃ for 60-120 min.
