In the embodiment of the present invention, it should be noted that the filtering tank 210 is used for filtering and removing suspended insoluble substances in the sewage of the clarification tank, and the filtering tank 210 filters the sewage of the clarification tank by using a filter material, in this embodiment, the filter material is a filter plate; the stirring tank 220 is used for stirring and aerating the sewage discharged by the clarification tank to uniformly mix the sewage discharged by the clarification tank, and the stirring tank 220 adopts a pump and compressed air for mixing the sewage discharged by the clarification tank; the pH adjusting tank 230 is used for adjusting the pH value of the sewage discharged from the clarification tank, the pH value of the desulfurization process water is generally 6-9, and the pH value of the sewage discharged from the clarification tank is adjusted by adding an acid/alkali solution into the pH adjusting tank 230, so that the pH value of the sewage discharged from the clarification tank meets the water quality standard of the desulfurization process water;
further, referring to fig. 2, the pretreatment module 200 further includes a reaction tank 240 and a flocculation tank 250, the reaction tank 240 is communicated with the pH adjustment tank 230 and the flocculation tank 250, and the flocculation tank 250 is communicated with the clean water tank 260, in this embodiment, the reaction tank 240 and the flocculation tank 250 are added between the pH adjustment tank 230 and the clean water tank 260, so that sewage passes through the reaction tank 240 and the flocculation tank 250 to complete coagulation and flocculation reactions, it can be understood that an inclined plate sedimentation tank is further disposed between the flocculation tank 250 and the clean water tank 250, the sewage after flocculation reaction enters the inclined plate sedimentation tank to complete separation of floccules from water, and clean water at the upper portion of the inclined plate sedimentation tank automatically flows into the clean water tank 260;
further, it should be noted that after entering the clean water tank 260, the wastewater after flocculation reaction and precipitation needs to be subjected to pH adjustment, so that the acidity/basicity of the wastewater discharged from the clarification tank meets the water quality standard of the desulfurization process water.
Referring to fig. 3, in the embodiment of the present invention, the manner of reducing the mass concentration of chloride ions in the wastewater by the secondary treatment tank 320 includes: precipitating salt by reacting Ag + or Hg + with Cl-, and filtering to remove Cl-; in the separation and interception mode, Cl & lt- & gt is separated and removed by adopting methods such as evaporation concentration, electric adsorption, membrane filtration, solvent extraction, composite flocculant flocculation and the like, in the embodiment, the mass concentration of chloride ions in the sewage is preferably reduced by adopting a precipitated salt mode, so that the mass concentration of the chloride ions in the sewage meets the water quality standard of the desulfurization process water;
the ways of reducing the mass concentration of sulfate ions in the tertiary treatment tank 330 include: chemical precipitation, barium chloride, calcium chloride, barium carbonate, etc.; ion exchange method and membrane separation method to make the mass concentration of sulfate ion in sewage meet the water quality standard of desulfurization process water.
Referring to fig. 1-3 again, in the embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus further includes a detection module 500, a feeding module 600, and a circulation processing module 700, wherein:
the detection module 500 is connected with the pretreatment module 200, the comprehensive treatment module 300 and the water quality sensors arranged in the desulfurization process water storage tank 400, and is used for acquiring the water quality information of the sewage in the pretreatment module 200, the comprehensive treatment module 300 and the desulfurization process water storage tank 400;
the feeding module 600 is connected to the pretreatment module 200 and the comprehensive treatment module 300, and is used for feeding a reactant into the pretreatment module 200 and the comprehensive treatment module 300, wherein the reactant includes a flocculant fed into the reaction tank 240, an acid/alkali solution fed into the pH adjustment tank 230, Ag + or Hg + fed into the secondary treatment tank 320, barium ions fed into the tertiary treatment tank 330, and the like;
the circulating treatment module 700 comprises a circulating pump, the water inlet end of the circulating pump is connected with the desulfurization process water storage tank 400, and the water outlet end of the circulating pump is connected with the pretreatment module 200 or the comprehensive treatment module 300, and is used for pumping sewage which does not reach the standard into the pretreatment module 200 or the comprehensive treatment module 300 for circulating treatment.
Referring to fig. 4, the embodiment of the invention is different from embodiment 1 in that: the detection module 500 includes a data receiving unit 510, a data processing unit 520, a display unit 530 and an instruction sending unit 540, wherein:
a data receiving unit 510, configured to receive the water quality information sent by the water quality sensor, and send the water quality information data to the data processing unit 520;
a data processing unit 520, configured to receive the water quality information data sent by the data receiving unit 510, perform data processing on the water quality information data to obtain a data processing result, and send the data result to the display unit 530 and the instruction sending unit 540;
the instruction sending unit 540 receives the data processing result sent by the data processing unit 520, sends an instruction to the feeding module 600 and/or the circulation processing module 700 according to the data result, and controls the feeding module 600 to feed the pretreatment module 200 and/or the comprehensive processing module 300 or controls the circulation processing module 700 to circulate the sewage.
Referring to fig. 5, a method for reusing clarifier effluent in desulfurization process water includes the following steps:
s100, collecting and storing sewage discharged by a clarification tank;
s200, pretreating sewage discharged from the clarification tank, wherein the pretreatment method comprises the following steps: filtering, stirring, aerating, flocculating and adjusting pH to obtain pretreated sewage;
s300, carrying out comprehensive treatment on the pretreated sewage, wherein the comprehensive treatment method comprises the following steps: removing inert substances, reducing the concentration of chloride ions and reducing the concentration of sulfate ions to obtain comprehensively treated sewage;
s400, discharging the comprehensively treated sewage into a desulfurization process water storage pool for storage, performing water quality detection on the comprehensively treated sewage, and comparing the water quality of the comprehensively treated sewage with the water quality data of the desulfurization process water to obtain a comparison result;
s500, returning to S200 when the comparison result does not meet the water quality standard of the desulfurization process water, performing circulating treatment on the comprehensive treatment sewage, and adjusting the feeding amount during pretreatment and comprehensive treatment; and (4) introducing the comprehensively treated sewage into a desulfurization system when the comparison result meets the water quality standard of the desulfurization process water.

the comprehensive treatment module (300) comprises a primary treatment tank (310), a secondary treatment tank (320) and a tertiary treatment tank (330), wherein the primary treatment tank (310) is used for removing inert substances in sewage, the secondary treatment tank (320) is used for reducing the mass concentration of chloride ions in the sewage, and the tertiary treatment tank (330) is used for reducing the mass concentration of sulfate ions so as to convert the sewage in the clarification tank into desulfurization process water conforming to a desulfurization process after treatment.

s300, carrying out comprehensive treatment on the pretreated sewage, wherein the comprehensive treatment method comprises the following steps: removing inert substances, reducing the concentration of chloride ions and reducing the concentration of sulfate ions to obtain comprehensively treated sewage;
s400, discharging the comprehensively treated sewage into a desulfurization process water storage pool for storage, performing water quality detection on the comprehensively treated sewage, and comparing the water quality of the comprehensively treated sewage with the water quality data of the desulfurization process water to obtain a comparison result;
