The presentation method according to the embodiment of the present application is applicable to the presentation apparatus 10. Wherein, the determining module 11 and the control module 12 are respectively used for executing the step 01 and the step 03. Namely, the determining module 11 is configured to determine the prompt level according to the collected information. The control module 12 generates a prompt instruction according to the prompt level to control the vehicle 200 and/or the terminal 300 to execute an operation corresponding to the prompt instruction, where the operations corresponding to different prompt levels are different.
Referring to fig. 3, a prompt system 1000 is further provided in the present embodiment. The prompt system 1000 includes a cloud server 100, a vehicle 200, and a terminal 300. The cloud server 100 comprises a first processor 101, the vehicle 200 comprises a second processor 201, and the terminal 300 comprises a third processor 301. The prompting method of the embodiment of the application can be applied to the vehicle 200, the terminal 300 and/or the cloud server 100.
For example, the hint method can be executed by the cloud server 100, that is, the hint method can be executed by the first processor 101, and the first processor 101 can be configured to execute step 01 and step 03. That is, the first processor 101 may be configured to, after acquiring the collected information of the vehicle 200 and the terminal 300, determine a prompt level according to the collected information, thereby generating a prompt instruction according to the prompt level, and send the prompt instruction to the vehicle 200 or the terminal 300, or to both the vehicle 200 and the terminal 300, thereby controlling the vehicle 200 or the terminal 300, or the vehicle 200 and the terminal 300 to perform an operation corresponding to the prompt instruction.
For another example, the prompting method may be performed by the vehicle 200, i.e., the prompting method may be performed by the second processor 201, and the second processor 201 may be used to perform steps 01 and 03. The second processor 201 can be according to the information collection of vehicle 200 to acquire the information collection of terminal 300, thereby confirm the suggestion level according to the information collection of vehicle 200 and terminal 300, and generate the suggestion instruction according to the suggestion level, second processor 201 accessible suggestion instruction control vehicle 200 carries out the operation that corresponds with the suggestion instruction, can directly send the suggestion instruction again for terminal 300, carry out the operation that corresponds with the suggestion instruction with control terminal 300, still can send the suggestion instruction to the cloud server 100, terminal 300 accessible cloud server 100 acquires the suggestion instruction, thereby carry out the operation that corresponds with the suggestion instruction. The vehicle 200 and the terminal 300 can be directly connected in a communication manner, the second processor 201 can directly receive the collected data sent to the vehicle 200 by the terminal 300, the vehicle 200 and the terminal 300 can also not be connected in a communication manner, and the second processor 201 can acquire the collected information uploaded to the cloud server 100 by the terminal 300 through the cloud server 100.
Also for example, the prompting method may be performed by the terminal 300, i.e. the prompting method may be performed by the third processor 301, which third processor 301 may be adapted to perform steps 01 and 03. The vehicle 200 and the terminal 300 can be in communication connection, the third processor 301 can acquire the acquired information of the vehicle 200 according to the acquired information of the terminal 300, so that the level is accurately prompted according to the acquired information of the vehicle 200 and the terminal 300, and a prompt instruction is generated according to the prompt level, the third processor 301 can control the terminal 300 to directly execute the operation corresponding to the prompt instruction through the prompt instruction, and can also directly send the prompt instruction to the vehicle 200 to control the vehicle 200 to execute the operation corresponding to the prompt instruction, and can also send the prompt instruction to the cloud server 100, and the vehicle 200 can acquire the prompt instruction through the cloud server 100, so that the operation corresponding to the prompt instruction is performed. When the vehicle 200 and the terminal 300 are directly in communication connection, the third processor 301 may directly receive the collected data sent to the terminal 300 by the vehicle 200, the vehicle 200 and the terminal 300 may not be in communication connection, and the third processor 301 may obtain the collected information uploaded to the cloud server 100 by the vehicle 200 through the cloud server 100.
In the presentation system 1000 according to the embodiment of the present application, the cloud server 100 is used to implement step 01 and step 03. That is, the first processor 101 implements step 01 and step 03.
The vehicle 200 may be an automobile, an electric vehicle, an unmanned vehicle 200, or the like. The terminal 300 may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a display device, a notebook computer, a teller machine, a gate, a smart watch, a head-up display device, a game console, etc. The present application will be described taking an example in which the vehicle 200 is an electric vehicle and the terminal 300 is a mobile phone. It is to be understood that the vehicle 200 of the present application is not limited to an electric vehicle, and the terminal 300 is not limited to a mobile phone.
Specifically, during driving, a target object (e.g., a user) may be at risk due to influences of weather, road conditions, and the like. For example, when the weather is rainy or snowy, the front road section is a slippery road section, the driving speed of the user is high, and the risk of skidding of the vehicle 200 exists, and for example, when the front road is crowded, the driving speed of the user is high, the risk of rear-end collision exists.
Therefore, the first processor 101 may determine a prompt level according to the collected information, and generate a prompt instruction according to the prompt level to control the vehicle 200 or the terminal 300, or simultaneously control the vehicle 200 and the terminal 300 to perform an operation corresponding to the prompt instruction to perform a safety prompt for the user, so as to ensure driving safety of the user.
The collected information includes at least one of weather information, positioning information, schedule information, road condition information, and collected images of the vehicle 200. The collected information may be information collected by the vehicle 200, information collected by the terminal 300, or information collected by both the vehicle 200 and the terminal 300. Different prompt levels can be divided according to different collected information, and different prompt levels can generate different prompt instructions, so that when the first processor 101 controls the vehicle 200 and/or the terminal 300 to execute the operation corresponding to the prompt instruction, different operations can be executed according to different prompt levels.
For example, when the collected information includes weather information and road condition information, if the weather information shows non-disaster weather, such as sunny days and cloudy days, or the road condition information shows that a road ahead is a frequently-occurring-accident road section, the first processor 101 determines that the prompt level is the first level, and the prompt level of the first level is a level suggested to the user, then the first processor 101 generates a prompt instruction according to the prompt level of the first level, and controls the vehicle 200 and/or the terminal 300 to perform an operation corresponding to the prompt instruction of the first level, as shown in fig. 4, only a prompt of "frequently-occurring-accident road section ahead, and paying attention to deceleration" is displayed to the user on the second display screen 202 of the vehicle 200 or the first display screen 302 of the terminal 300. That is, the operation corresponding to the first-stage presentation instruction is only a display operation. Wherein the prompt may also be displayed on the second display 202 of the vehicle 200 and the first display 302 of the terminal 300 simultaneously.
For another example, when the collected information includes weather information and road condition information, if the weather information is displayed as disaster weather, such as thunderstorm, foggy weather, or the road condition information is an accident section, such as road landslide, traffic accident, etc., the first processor 101 determines that the prompt level is the second level, and the prompt level of the second level is a level which needs to be ensured to be known by the user, the first processor 101 generates a prompt instruction according to the prompt level of the second level, and controls the vehicle 200 and/or the terminal 300 to perform an operation corresponding to the prompt instruction of the second level, as shown in fig. 5, the first processor 101 may control the second display 202 of the vehicle 200 or the first display 302 of the terminal 300 to display a prompt of "accident occurs on the road ahead, please note" to the user, and display a "confirm" button a, at this time, the prompt requires the user to click the button a displayed on the second display 202 of the vehicle 200 or the first display 302 of the terminal 300, will disappear on the second display 202 of the vehicle 200 or the first display 302 of the terminal 300 to ensure that the user is informed of the prompt. Wherein the prompt may also be displayed on the second display 202 of the vehicle 200 and the first display 302 of the terminal 300 simultaneously.
For example, when the collected information includes an image collected by the vehicle 200, the first processor 101 may determine whether the vehicle 200 has a dangerous driving behavior through the image collected by the vehicle 200, for example, the first processor 101 may find that a mobile phone is used when the user drives the vehicle through the image collected by the vehicle 200, and thus, when the first processor 101 determines that the vehicle 200 has a dangerous driving behavior, the prompt level is determined to be the third level. Then, the first processor 101 generates a prompt instruction according to the prompt level of the third level, and controls the vehicle 200 and/or the terminal 300 to execute an operation corresponding to the prompt instruction of the third level, if the first processor 101 determines that the user is using the terminal 300 (mobile phone), the first processor 101 may control the terminal 300 to stop working, so as to ensure that the user is attentive to driving, and if the first processor 101 determines that the user is using the terminal 300 (mobile phone), the first processor 101 may control the vehicle 200 to stop working, and when it determines that the user is no longer using the terminal 300, the vehicle 200 is restarted, so as to ensure the driving safety of the user.
The prompting method, the prompting device 10 and the prompting system 1000 according to the embodiment of the application determine the prompting level by collecting information, and generate the prompting instruction according to the prompting level, so that the vehicle 200 and/or the terminal 300 are controlled to execute corresponding operations according to the prompting instruction. Because the corresponding operations of different prompt levels are different, the vehicle 200 and/or the terminal 300 can give different prompt operations to the user in a targeted manner according to different collected information, namely different situations, so that the driving safety of the user is ensured more intelligently.
Referring to fig. 2, 3, and 6, in some embodiments, step 01: determining a prompt level according to the acquired information, comprising the steps of:
011: when the position contained in the weather information, the positioning information and/or the schedule information is in the accident-prone road section contained in the road condition information or the abnormality of the signal lamp in front of the vehicle 200 is determined according to the collected image, determining that the prompting level is the first level;
013: when the weather is disaster weather or the position contained in the positioning information or the schedule information is located in the accident road section contained in the road condition information, determining the prompting level as a second level; and
015: when it is determined from the captured image that there is a dangerous driving behavior of the vehicle 200, the prompt level is determined to be the third level.
In some embodiments, the determination module 11 is configured to perform step 011, step 013, and step 015. That is, the determining module 11 is configured to determine the prompting level as the first level when the position included in the weather information is non-disaster weather, the positioning information and/or the schedule information is located in an accident-prone road section included in the road condition information, or it is determined according to the collected image that the signal lamp in front of the vehicle 200 is abnormal; when the weather is disaster weather or the position contained in the positioning information or the schedule information is located in the accident road section contained in the road condition information, determining the prompting level as a second level; and determining the prompt level as a third level when it is determined that the vehicle 200 has dangerous driving behavior according to the captured image.
In some embodiments, the first processor 101 is configured to perform step 011, step 013, and step 015. That is, the first processor 101 is configured to determine that the prompt level is the first level when the position included in the weather information is non-disaster weather, the positioning information and/or the schedule information is located in an accident-prone section included in the road condition information, or it is determined that a signal lamp in front of the vehicle 200 is abnormal according to the collected image; when the weather is disaster weather or the position contained in the positioning information or the schedule information is located in the accident road section contained in the road condition information, determining the prompting level as a second level; and determining the prompt level as a third level when it is determined that the vehicle 200 has dangerous driving behavior according to the captured image.
Specifically, the collected information may include at least one of weather information, positioning information, schedule information, road condition information, collected images of the vehicle 200, and the like. The collected information may be information collected by the terminal 300, information collected by the vehicle 200, or information collected by the terminal 300 and the vehicle 200. The collected information may be uploaded to the cloud server 100 through the second processor 201 and/or the third processor 301, so as to be acquired by the first processor 101. The prompting level can be divided into a first level, a second level and a second level according to different acquisition information.
Therefore, when the first processor 101 determines the prompting level according to the collected information, if the weather information in the collected information is non-disaster weather (such as sunny days, cloudy days, etc.), or the current position of the user displayed in the positioning information is located in the accident-prone section in the road condition information, or the position included in the schedule information passes through the accident-prone section in the road condition information, or the collected image of the vehicle 200 determines that the signal light of the vehicle 200 is abnormal, if there should be a traffic light in the section, but the traffic light is damaged, the first processor 101 may determine that the prompting level is the first level.
If the first processor 101 determines that the current position of the user is located in the accident section of the traffic information according to the weather information in the collected information, the accident section may be a traffic accident section, a road damage section, or the like, or determines that the position included in the schedule information passes through the accident section of the traffic information according to the schedule information, the first processor 101 may determine that the prompt level is the second level.
If the first processor 101 determines that the vehicle 200 has dangerous driving behaviors according to the collected image in the collected information, the dangerous driving behaviors include, but are not limited to, speeding the vehicle 200, using the terminal 300 while the user is driving, and the like, if the first processor 101 finds that the user is playing a mobile phone (the terminal 300) according to the collected image, the first processor 101 may determine that the prompt level is the third level.
In some embodiments, the collected information may further include travel information, and the first processor 101 determines that the user stays in a restaurant, a bar, or the like for a long time, such as 1 hour, 2 hours, or the like, according to the travel information, thereby determining that the user may drink, so as to determine that the prompt level is the third level, and prompts the user not to drink through the terminal 300 and/or the vehicle 200, and calls up a driver application in the terminal 300, so that the user can quickly call a driver.
In some embodiments, the collected information may further include vehicle speed information, and the first processor 101 may determine whether the vehicle 200 is overspeed or not according to the vehicle speed information, and determine the prompting level as a third level when it is determined that the user is overspeed, so as to control the vehicle 200 to decelerate to ensure safe driving of the user. The determination of whether the user is speeding may be that the first processor 101 determines according to an average vehicle speed of the surrounding vehicle 200, and if the vehicle speed in the vehicle speed information is much greater than the average vehicle speed of the surrounding vehicle 200, it determines that the vehicle 200 is speeding.
Thus, for different collected information, the first processor 101 may determine different prompt levels to control the vehicle 200 and/or the terminal 300 to perform operations corresponding to the different prompt levels, so as to intelligently prompt the user, and ensure driving safety of the user.
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 7, in some embodiments, step 03: according to the prompt level, a prompt instruction is generated to control the vehicle 200 and/or the terminal 300 to execute the operation corresponding to the prompt instruction, wherein the operation corresponding to different prompt levels is different, and the method comprises the following steps:
031: according to the first level, generating a suggestion instruction to control the vehicle 200 and/or the terminal 300 to send out first prompt information;
033: according to the second level, generating a guarantee-to-know instruction to control the vehicle 200 and/or the terminal 300 to send out second prompt information, wherein the second prompt information comprises a confirmation button, and the second prompt information is closed after the input operation of clicking the confirmation button is received; and
035: according to the third stage, a forced execution instruction is generated to control the vehicle 200 and/or the terminal 300 to stop operating, and the vehicle 200 and/or the terminal 300 is resumed after the dangerous driving behavior disappears.
In certain embodiments, the control module 12 is configured to perform steps 031, 033, and 035. That is, the control module 12 is configured to generate a recommendation instruction according to the first level, so as to control the vehicle 200 and/or the terminal 300 to send out the first prompt message; according to the second level, generating a guarantee-to-know instruction to control the vehicle 200 and/or the terminal 300 to send out second prompt information, wherein the second prompt information comprises a confirmation button, and the second prompt information is closed after the input operation of clicking the confirmation button is received; and generating a forced execution instruction according to the third stage to control the vehicle 200 and/or the terminal 300 to stop running, and resuming running the vehicle 200 and/or the terminal 300 after the dangerous driving behavior disappears.
In certain embodiments, the first processor 101 is configured to perform steps 031, 033, and 035. That is, the first processor 101 is configured to generate a recommendation instruction according to the first level to control the vehicle 200 and/or the terminal 300 to issue the first prompt message; according to the second level, generating a guarantee-to-know instruction to control the vehicle 200 and/or the terminal 300 to send out second prompt information, wherein the second prompt information comprises a confirmation button, and the second prompt information is closed after the input operation of clicking the confirmation button is received; and generating a forced execution instruction according to the third stage to control the vehicle 200 and/or the terminal 300 to stop running, and resuming running the vehicle 200 and/or the terminal 300 after the dangerous driving behavior disappears.
As can be seen from the above, the first processor 101 may divide the hint levels into a first level, a second level, and a third level for different situations of collected information. Thus, the first processor 101 may also determine different hint instructions based on different hint levels. The prompt instruction comprises a suggestion instruction, a guarantee learning instruction and a forced execution instruction.
Specifically, the processor may generate a recommendation instruction to control the vehicle 200 and/or the terminal 300 to issue the first prompt message according to the prompt level of the first level. That is, the first prompt information may be issued by the vehicle 200, may be issued by the terminal 300, or may be issued by the vehicle 200 and the terminal 300.
For example, when the first processor 101 controls the terminal 300 to send the first prompt message, the indicator 303 of the terminal 300 may flash to prompt the user, the speaker 304 of the terminal 300 may send a prompt tone, or when the first processor 101 determines that the target object is detected in the captured image of the terminal 300, that is, when the user determines that the first prompt message is displayed on the first display 302 of the terminal 300. As shown in fig. 4, when the first prompt message indicates that the front is a road section with multiple accidents and please note deceleration, if the first processor 101 determines that the user is detected in the captured image of the terminal 300, the first prompt message may be directly displayed on the first display 302 of the terminal 300, or the first prompt message may be broadcasted through the speaker 304 of the terminal 300.
Similarly, the first processor 101 may also control the vehicle 200 to issue the first prompt message, for example, when the first processor 101 detects a target object (i.e., a user) according to the captured image of the vehicle 200, the first processor 101 may control the mood light 203 of the vehicle 200 to flash, may also control the speaker 204 of the vehicle 200 to issue a prompt sound, and may also control the second display 202 of the vehicle 200 to display the first prompt message. As shown in fig. 4, when the first prompt message is "the front is the accident-prone road section, please pay attention to deceleration", the first prompt message may be displayed on the second display 202 of the vehicle 200, or the first prompt message may be broadcasted through the speaker 204 of the vehicle 200.
It should be noted that the first processor 101 may further control the terminal 300 and the vehicle 200 to simultaneously issue the first prompt message, such as displaying the first prompt message on the second display 202 of the vehicle 200, and broadcasting the first prompt message through the speaker 304 of the terminal 300.
The first processor 101 may generate an assured learning instruction according to the second level of the prompt level, thereby controlling the vehicle 200 and/or the terminal 300 to issue the second prompt message. That is, the second prompt message may be issued by the vehicle 200, may be issued by the terminal 300, or may be issued by the terminal 300 together with the vehicle 200. The second prompt message includes a confirmation button, and the first processor 101 closes the second prompt message after receiving an input operation of clicking the confirmation button. It will be appreciated that the second level of prompting requires ensuring that the user is informed of the prompt.
For example, when the first processor 101 controls the terminal 300 to send the second prompt message, the indicator 303 of the terminal 300 may be controlled to flash to prompt the user, the speaker 304 of the terminal 300 may be controlled to send a prompt tone, or the first display 302 of the terminal 300 may be controlled to display the second prompt message when the first processor 101 determines that the target object is detected in the captured image of the terminal 300, that is, when the user is determined. As shown in fig. 5, when the second prompt message is "accident occurs on the road ahead, please note" and the confirmation button a, if the first processor 101 determines that the user is detected in the captured image of the terminal 300, the second prompt message may be directly displayed on the first display 302 of the terminal 300, or the second prompt message may be broadcasted through the speaker 304 of the terminal 300. And only after the user clicks the confirmation button a, the second prompt message on the first display 302 of the terminal 300 is turned off, or the broadcasting of the speaker 304 of the terminal 300 is stopped.
Similarly, the first processor 101 may also control the vehicle 200 to issue the second prompt message, for example, when the first processor 101 detects the target object (i.e., the user) according to the captured image of the vehicle 200, the first processor 101 may control the mood light 203 of the vehicle 200 to flash, may also control the speaker 204 of the vehicle 200 to issue the prompt tone, and may also control the second display 202 of the vehicle 200 to display the second prompt message. As shown in fig. 5, when the first prompt message is "accident occurs on the road ahead, please note" and the confirmation button a, the second prompt message may be displayed on the second display 202 of the vehicle 200, or the second prompt message may be broadcasted through the speaker 204 of the vehicle 200. And only after the user clicks the confirmation button a, the second prompt message on the first display 302 of the terminal 300 is turned off, or the broadcasting of the speaker 304 of the terminal 300 is stopped.
It should be noted that the first processor 101 may also control the terminal 300 and the vehicle 200 to simultaneously issue the second prompt message, such as displaying the second prompt message on the second display 202 of the vehicle 200, and broadcasting the second prompt message through the speaker 304 of the terminal 300.
The first processor 101 may further generate a forced execution instruction according to the prompt level of the third level, thereby forcibly controlling the vehicle 200 and/or the terminal 300 to stop operating, and resuming the operation of the vehicle 200 and/or the terminal 300 after the dangerous driving behavior disappears. That is, the first processor 101 may forcibly stop operating the vehicle 200, may forcibly stop operating the terminal 300, and may forcibly stop operating the vehicle 200 and the terminal 300.
For example, when the first processor 101 determines that the user is drunk according to the third level of the prompt level, the first processor 101 may forcibly stop the operation of the vehicle 200 to prevent the user from drunk driving, and call the designated driving application in the terminal 300 to call the designated driving for the user, thereby ensuring the driving safety of the user.
For another example, when the first processor 101 determines that the user uses the terminal 300 while driving according to the prompt level of the third level, the first processor 101 may forcibly stop the operation of the vehicle 200 and the terminal 300, and resume the operation of the vehicle 200 and the terminal 300 when the user no longer uses the terminal 300, so as to prevent the user from using the terminal for two purposes at a glance when driving, thereby ensuring the driving safety of the user.
Therefore, through different prompt instructions, the information prompt can be performed for the user more intelligently, and the driving safety of the user is guaranteed.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 8, the prompting method according to the embodiment of the present application further includes the steps of:
05: determining prompt content of first prompt information according to the first-level acquisition information; and
07: and determining the prompting content of the second prompting information according to the second-level acquisition information.
In some embodiments, the prompting device 10 further includes a first determining module 13 and a second determining module 14, the first determining module 13 is configured to perform step 05, and the second determining module 14 is configured to perform step 07. Namely, the first determining module 13 is configured to determine the prompt content of the first prompt message according to the collected information of the first level. The second determining module 14 is configured to determine prompt content of the second prompt message according to the second-level collected information.
In certain embodiments, the first processor 101 is configured to perform step 05 and step 07. That is, the first processor 101 determines the prompt content of the first prompt message according to the first-level acquisition message; and determining the prompting content of the second prompting information according to the second-level acquisition information.
Specifically, according to the above embodiment, the prompt level of the first level may be determined according to a plurality of different collected information, for example, the weather information is non-disaster weather, the current position of the user displayed in the positioning information is located in an accident-prone road section of the road condition information, and the like. Similarly, the prompting level of the second level can be determined according to various different collected information, such as whether the weather information is disaster weather, and the position included in the schedule information passes through the accident multi-sending section in the road condition information.
Therefore, the prompting content of the first prompting message is determined according to the specific first-level acquisition information, and the prompting content of the second prompting message may be determined according to the specific second-level acquisition information.
For example, when the first processor 101 determines that the current position of the user in the positioning information is located in the accident-prone road section in the traffic information, the first processor 101 may determine that the prompting level is the first level, and the prompting content of the first prompting information is: "currently located on the accident-prone section, please note". As shown in fig. 9, the first processor 101 may control the second display screen 202 of the vehicle 200, or the first display screen 301 of the terminal 300, or the second display screen 202 of the vehicle 200 and the first display screen 301 of the terminal 300 to display the first prompt message of "currently located in the accident-prone road section, please note".
For another example, when the first processor 101 determines that the weather information is cloudy, the first processor 101 may determine that the prompt level is a first level, and the prompt content of the first prompt information is: "today is cloudy". The first processor 101 may control the speaker 204 of the vehicle 200 or the speaker 304 of the terminal 300 to broadcast the first prompt message "today is cloudy".
