When the hydraulic rod 410 continues to extend, the first depth shaft 420 continues to move rightward, so that the top pressing plate 430 is inserted between the two flat pressing rods 612, the two flat pressing rods 612 are gradually separated under the action of the conical surface of the top pressing plate 430, and the two top pressing plates 430 drive the two first hinging shafts 331 to be away from each other. When the two first hinge shafts 331 are spaced apart from each other, the two second hinge shafts 332 are urged to approach each other, so that the second end of the tilting lever 343 is rotated downward about the first end thereof, the tilting lever 343 pushes the second form 310 leftward when rotated downward, and the second form 310 abuts against the first form 320 when moved leftward.
When the two flat pressing rods 612 slide to be in contact with the plane of the top pressing plate 430, the distance between the two flat pressing rods 612 is kept unchanged, and at the moment, the upper friction wheel 333 and the lower friction wheel 333 are respectively in contact with the upper cliff opening and the lower cliff opening of the friction opening 321, so that the relative position of the vertical rod 341 and the first template 320 in the horizontal direction is not changed, namely the first template 320 and the second template 310 are relatively fixed, and no matter the relative position of the first template 320 and the second template 310 moving leftwards or rightwards is not changed, no gap is generated between the first template and the second mold core. At this time, the angle between the inclined bar 343 and the horizontal plane is the same as the angle between the inclined groove 313 and the vertical plane. When the hydraulic rod 410 is further extended rightward, the coupling spring 450 is compressed (as shown in fig. 10), and the operation of the hydraulic mechanism 400 is stopped until the first depth shaft 420 is pushed into the preset position.
Then, the polymer raw material melted by the feeding melting mechanism 100 is injected into the mold cavity from the injection port 312 through the injection mechanism 200, and after the mold cavity of the polymer raw material is filled, the polymer raw material is shaped and cooled in a mold for manufacturing a flowerpot. After the shaping is completed, the hydraulic mechanism 400 is operated to contract the hydraulic rod 410, the connecting spring 450 is reset, the top pressure plate 430 is gradually separated from the two flat pressure rods 612, the two first articulated shafts 331 drive the two horizontal rods 342 to reset under the action of the reset springs 336 and the reset forces of the connecting spring 450, the upper friction wheel 333 and the lower friction wheel 333 are respectively separated from the shoulder mouth of the friction mouth 321, the vertical rod 341 can move in the horizontal direction relative to the first template 320 until the state shown in fig. 9 is restored, and then the first template 320 is restored to the initial position under the pulling of the connecting spring 450 when the hydraulic rod 410 is continuously contracted. The first mold plate 320 is separated from the second mold plate 310, and the molded flowerpot is released.
