On the other hand, the invention also provides a use method of the plastic wood processing and conveying equipment with the environment-friendly function, which comprises the operation steps of:
s1, when loading, opening the movable cover 131, adding raw materials required by plastic wood processing into the feed hopper 13, closing the movable cover 131, enabling the raw materials to flow to the feed inlet 111 along the inner wall of the feed hopper 13, then switching on the power supply to enable the second motor 14 to operate and drive the stirring shaft 141 to rotate, enabling the stirring shaft 141 to drive the stirring blades 142 to rotate, enabling the stirring blades 142 to stir and mix the raw materials, and then enabling the uniformly mixed raw materials to enter the conveying pipe 11 through the feed inlet 111;
s2, when processing, the first motor 121 operates to drive the rotating shaft of the spiral conveying blade 12 to rotate, so that the spiral conveying blade 12 rotates in the conveying pipe 11, the spiral conveying blade 12 pushes the raw material at the feed inlet 111 towards the extrusion head 112, during the pushing process, the raw material is heated by the electric heating pipe in the base 1 to generate hot melting, and then the hot melted raw material is pushed to the extrusion head 112, and the raw material is extruded and molded by the extrusion head 112;
s3, when discharging, the section extruded by the extrusion head 112 moves to the upper side of the conveying frame 22, the third motor 243 operates to drive the rightmost conveying roller 24 to rotate clockwise, the conveying roller 24 drives the gears 241 to rotate, the gears 241 are in meshing transmission through the chain 242, all the conveying rollers 24 rotate clockwise to continuously convey the section to the right, in the section conveying process, the control valve is opened, tap water flows into the spray pipe 26 through the water inlet pipe 262, water is sprayed out through the atomizing spray head 261 to cool the section, then, the water continues to flow downwards and flows into the water storage area 23 after being filtered by the filter plate 211, then the water pump 264 operates to convey the filtered water into the spray pipe 26, the water is recycled, then, the section after being cooled and formed is conveyed to the discharge port 25, and the section is conveyed to the outer side of the box body 2 through the discharge frame 251.

2.
