The working principle and the using process of the invention are as follows: the prefabricated plate is placed on a conveying roller 13 of a conveying mechanism 1, a spring 173 of a guide assembly 17 pushes a guide frame 171 to enable a roller shaft 172 to move the prefabricated plate to the middle position, or the prefabricated plate directly moves to the lower side of a polishing mechanism 2, then a cylinder 52 of a fixing mechanism 5 pushes a support plate 51 to move relatively in a telescopic mode, a wedge block 53 pushes the prefabricated plate to be separated from the surface of the conveying roller 13 to be fixed, a hydraulic telescopic rod 24 of the polishing mechanism 2 stretches and pushes a frame 25 to move downwards, a rotating polishing roller 26 polishes the surface of the prefabricated plate, a first water pump 210 is used for spraying water in a water tank 34 to the polished surface through a water spraying pipe 28 to prevent flying dust from flying, meanwhile, an electric slide block 22 drives a support frame 23 to move on a slide rail 21 integrally to polish the whole upper surface of the prefabricated plate, then the cylinder 52 contracts, the prefabricated plate is placed on the conveying roller 13 to move forwards continuously, after the second water pump 33 of the washing mechanism 3 works, water liquid washes the polished surface through the water spraying head 36 of the washing pipe 31, and finally air is generated by the air pump 44 of the air drying mechanism 4 and sprayed out through the air outlet nozzle 42 of the air pipe 41 to dry the water liquid on the upper and lower surfaces of the prefabricated slab.
