Abstract
The invention discloses an extrusion process of an ultra-wide aluminum alloy section, which comprises the following steps: (1) assembling equipment, wherein an extrusion rod device is fixed at the front end of an extruder, a plurality of extrusion rods which are arranged side by side along the same horizontal plane are arranged on the extrusion rod device, an extrusion cylinder is fixedly arranged at the rear end of an extruder body, an extrusion die is arranged at the rear end of the extrusion cylinder, and the equipment is debugged in place; (2) preheating an aluminum bar, wherein the aluminum bar is heated by arranging an aluminum bar heating bin at one side of an extruder; (3) feeding an aluminum bar and starting extrusion; (4) extruding the ultra-wide aluminum alloy section, and starting an extrusion oil cylinder propelling mechanism to extrude the extrusion rod into the extrusion cylinder; (5) and (5) profile extrusion. Through the mode, the extrusion device can extrude special ultra-wide aluminum profiles with high toughness, adopts a multi-rod combined extrusion structural design, and reduces the processing difficulty of the extrusion rods and prolongs the service life compared with a slab ingot extrusion rod structure because the cylindrical extrusion rods are stressed and extruded side by side.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of extruders, in particular to an extrusion process of an ultra-wide aluminum alloy profile.
Background
The traditional extruder adopts a single round ingot to extrude the aluminum alloy product, so that the width of the extruded aluminum alloy product is greatly restricted. Some technological processes of extruding wide-flat section bars by adopting flat ingots appear in subsequent markets, but the problem of service life of a flat extrusion cylinder is difficult to solve by extruding the flat ingots, so that the production cost is high.
Therefore, a special ultra-wide aluminum profile extruding machine is designed, so that extrusion of ultra-wide profiles can be met, and the service life of an extruding cylinder can be guaranteed.

The invention mainly solves the technical problem of providing an ultra-wide aluminum alloy profile extrusion process, which can extrude special ultra-wide aluminum profiles with high toughness.

(3) feeding the aluminum bar and starting extrusion, and feeding the aluminum bar into the front of an extrusion cylinder by a feeding trolley on one side of the extruder;
(4) extruding the ultra-wide aluminum alloy section, and starting an extrusion oil cylinder propelling mechanism to extrude the extrusion rod into the extrusion cylinder;
(5) and extruding the profile to obtain the wide aluminum material.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, in the step (1), the extrusion rod is fixed on an extrusion cylinder propelling mechanism, the extrusion cylinder propelling mechanism is controlled by a hydraulic cylinder assembly, and the speed of the hydraulic cylinder assembly is controlled by a connecting controller.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the extrusion opening of the extrusion die in step (1) is a rectangular square opening.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, in the step (2), the aluminum rod has a diameter of 127mm or less and a length of 600mm or less.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the extrusion device can extrude aluminum profiles with high toughness and special ultra-wide characteristics, the extrusion rod device adopts a multi-rod combined extrusion structural design, and the cylindrical extrusion rods are stressed and extruded side by side.

(1) assembling equipment, wherein a squeezing rod device is fixed at the front end of an extruder, the squeezing rods are fixed on a squeezing oil cylinder propulsion mechanism, the squeezing oil cylinder propulsion mechanism is controlled by a hydraulic cylinder assembly, the hydraulic cylinder assembly controls the speed by being connected with a controller, a plurality of squeezing rods which are arranged side by side along the same horizontal plane are arranged on the squeezing rod device, a squeezing barrel is fixedly arranged at the rear end of an extruder body, a squeezing die is arranged at the rear end of the squeezing barrel, the squeezing opening of the squeezing die is a rectangular square opening, and the equipment is debugged in place; (2) preheating an aluminum bar, wherein the aluminum bar is heated by arranging an aluminum bar heating bin at one side of an extruder, the diameter of the aluminum bar is less than or equal to 127mm, and the length of the aluminum bar is less than or equal to 600 mm; (3) feeding the aluminum bar and starting extrusion, and feeding the aluminum bar into the front of an extrusion cylinder by a feeding trolley on one side of the extruder; (4) extruding the ultra-wide aluminum alloy section, and starting an extrusion oil cylinder propelling mechanism to extrude the extrusion rod into the extrusion cylinder; (5) the invention can extrude the aluminum section with high toughness and special ultra-wide, the extrusion rod device adopts the multi-rod combined extrusion structural design, the cylindrical extrusion rods are extruded under the stress side by side, compared with the flat ingot extrusion rod structure, the processing difficulty of the extrusion rods is reduced, and the service life is prolonged.

(2) preheating an aluminum bar, wherein the aluminum bar is heated by arranging an aluminum bar heating bin at one side of an extruder;
(3) feeding the aluminum bar and starting extrusion, and feeding the aluminum bar into the front of an extrusion cylinder by a feeding trolley on one side of the extruder;
(4) extruding the ultra-wide aluminum alloy section, and starting an extrusion oil cylinder propelling mechanism to extrude the extrusion rod into the extrusion cylinder;
(5) and extruding the profile to obtain the wide aluminum material.

The extrusion process of an ultra-wide aluminum alloy profile as recited in claim 1, wherein in the step (1), the extrusion rod is fixed on an extrusion cylinder propulsion mechanism, the extrusion cylinder propulsion mechanism is controlled by a hydraulic cylinder assembly, and the speed of the hydraulic cylinder assembly is controlled by a connection controller.
3. The extrusion process of the ultra-wide aluminum alloy profile as recited in claim 1, wherein the extrusion opening of the extrusion die in the step (1) is a rectangular square opening.
4. The extrusion process of an ultra-wide aluminum alloy profile as recited in claim 1, wherein in the step (2), the aluminum rod has a size of 127mm or less in diameter and a length of 600mm or less.
