referring to fig. 2, the spray width can be changed by adjusting the spray width adjusting knob, and the flow of the paint can be controlled by adjusting the paint flow adjusting knob, so that the aluminum alloy material can be sprayed according to the actual situation, the spraying quality is improved, and the attractiveness after spraying is improved;
before the aluminum alloy material is sprayed, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the paint is not sucked into the paint tank 22, and the slide block 212 does not block the liquid inlet conduit 31, so that the cleaning liquid in the cleaning kettle 3 flows into the paint tank 22 from the slide chamber 211 through the bent pipe 215 and is then sprayed out from the nozzle 8, and the residual solidified paint in the nozzle 8 is cleaned before the aluminum alloy material is sprayed;
when the aluminum alloy material is sprayed, as shown in a cleaning kettle 3, at this time, the paint tank 22 is filled with the paint, the paint is introduced into the sliding chamber 211 through the branch pipe 221, the slider 212 is pushed to compress the compression spring 213, and the slider 212 is pushed to the lower part of the liquid inlet conduit 31, so that the opening of the liquid inlet conduit 31 is blocked, and the cleaning liquid in the cleaning kettle 3 does not flow downwards into the sliding chamber 211;
meanwhile, as shown in fig. 7, the plug 2163 is driven to move upwards under the action of the push force given by the retractable spring 2161 and the paint, so that the plug 2163 blocks the blocking hole of the blocking plate 2164, and the paint in the paint groove 22 does not pass through the bent pipe 215, thereby preventing the paint from flowing backwards into the cleaning kettle 3;
