Example 1
The skin barrier repair liquid is characterized by comprising a suspension of exosome lncRNA H19 derived from Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSC), glycerol, isoamyl acetate, phosphatidylinositol-4, 5-bisphosphate 3-kinase and a hydrosolvent, and specifically comprises 20-30 parts of exosome lncRNA H19 suspension derived from Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSC), 20-30 parts of glycerol, 10-15 parts of isoamyl acetate, 5-10 parts of phosphatidylinositol-4, 5-bisphosphate 3-kinase and 45-50 parts of a hydrosolvent; fully fusing exosome lncRNA H19 suspension derived from mesenchymal stem cells MSC with glycerol to ensure that the temperature is always 26-30 ℃, centrifuging for 5min by a centrifuge to obtain supernatant as a product A, taking subnatant as a product B, mixing the product B with phosphatidylinositol-4, 5-bisphosphate 3-kinase to obtain a product C, and fully mixing the product A and the product C with isoamyl acetate, glycerol and a hydrosolvent to obtain the skin barrier repair liquid.
The mesenchymal stem cells are applied to promoting skin barrier regeneration; PTEN was upregulated by MicroRNA-152-3p to promote wound healing on the skin surface.
The detection result of the skin repair liquid of the invention is as follows:

A second concave ring 31 is arranged on the periphery of the inner part of the cover body 3, a magnetic stone is embedded in the second concave ring 31 and mutually attracted with the magnetic stone in a first concave ring 125 arranged at the front end of the smearing main body 2 to assist in closing the cover body 3; the magnet is the same as the first concave ring 125 and the second concave ring 31.
As shown in fig. 5 to 6, a power supply assembly and a control assembly are arranged inside the main body 1, the power supply assembly is mainly a power supply 41, and includes an upper fixing member 411, a power supply main body 412 and a lower fixing member 412, the upper fixing member 411 is arranged above the power supply main body 412, the lower fixing member 412 is arranged below the power supply main body 412, the two fixing members fix the power supply main body 412 inside the handle end 11 of the main body 1 through a fixing nut assembly 414, and a second connecting end 415 is arranged on one side of the power supply main body 412 and used for connecting a first connecting end 421; the control assembly comprises a liquid pushing rod fixer 42, a liquid pushing rod 43 and a liquid pushing plate 44, wherein the upper end of the liquid pushing rod 43 is fixed inside the main body 1 through the liquid pushing rod fixer 42, the lower end of the liquid pushing rod 43 is directly connected with the liquid pushing plate 44, a control area is arranged inside the liquid pushing rod fixer 42, and the control area extends out of the control area and is used for being connected with the second connecting end 415.
The liquid pushing rod 43 is a mntg miniature reciprocating pushing rod motor.
As a possible implementation manner, when the liquid dispenser is used, the first reciprocating button 122 and the second reciprocating button 123 are controlled to discharge liquid, and the liquid using condition can be observed through the liquid window; when the patch is used, the applied part is placed on the skin surface, and the pressure sensing area 224 senses the pressure to release a signal to the power control area 223, so as to control the vibration area 222 to vibrate, massage and promote the absorption of the repair liquid.
As a possible implementation, the center of the main body 1 of the present embodiment can be separated, so as to facilitate the replacement of liquid.
As a possible implementation manner, the external connection port 111 of the present embodiment may be used for connecting an external instrument, or may be used directly as a product application device without connecting any instrument.

The method for promoting skin barrier regeneration by overexpressing lncRNA H19 in the mesenchymal stem cells according to claim 1, wherein the skin barrier repair solution comprises a suspension of Mesenchymal Stem Cell (MSC) -derived exosome lncRNA H19, glycerol, isoamyl acetate, phosphatidylinositol-4, 5-bisphosphate 3-kinase and an aqueous solvent, specifically 20-30 parts of suspension of Mesenchymal Stem Cell (MSC) -derived exosome lncRNA H19, 20-30 parts of glycerol, 10-15 parts of isoamyl acetate, 5-10 parts of phosphatidylinositol-4, 5-bisphosphate 3-kinase and 45-50 parts of an aqueous solvent; fully fusing exosome lncRNA H19 suspension derived from Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSC) with glycerol to ensure that the temperature is 26-30 ℃ all the time, centrifuging for 5min by a centrifugal machine to obtain supernatant as a product A and lower liquid as a product B, mixing the product B with phosphatidylinositol-4, 5-bisphosphate 3-kinase to obtain a product C, and fully mixing the product A and the product C with isoamyl acetate, glycerol and a hydrosolvent to obtain the skin barrier repair liquid.
3. The skin barrier repair fluid according to claim 2, wherein: the mesenchymal stem cells are applied to promoting skin barrier regeneration; PTEN was upregulated by MicroRNA-152-3p to promote wound healing on the skin surface.
