Abstract
The embodiment of the invention provides a movable table, particularly relates to an electric tracking movable table, and relates to the field of intelligent furniture. According to the invention, the relative positioning of the ground mark lines is realized by using the visual tracking module and the magnetic tracking module, the driving components move along the set ground mark lines by driving the four driving component wheels to operate at different rotating speeds through the driving motors, and the table body component sleeved outside the driving components is driven to move, so that the effect of controlling and moving the table in any place in a wireless manner is achieved with lower comprehensive cost.

Technical Field
The invention provides a movable table, in particular to a table which is driven by electricity and moves along a ground mark line.
Background
At present, when a traditional table is used in teaching or business, controllable automatic movement can not be carried out according to actual use requirements. Or because high-cost laser radars, ground guide rails and other auxiliary positioning equipment are used in the design, the manufacturing and installation costs of the mobile table are too high, and the mobile table cannot be practically applied in a wide use scene.
In some designs, the movable table does not separate the driving assembly from the table body assembly, so that when the driving assembly fails, the driving assembly must be integrally maintained or eliminated, and the requirements of low-cost maintenance and quick maintenance in teaching or commercial use cannot be met.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provides an electric tracking moving table, which can move along mark lines by a vision guiding function or a magnetic guiding function through sticking the mark lines with a vision guiding function or a magnetic guiding function on the ground in advance and relying on a vision or magnetic tracking module.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
an electric tracking moving table comprises a driving component and a table body component, wherein the table body component is sleeved outside the driving component.
The middle part of the driving assembly is provided with a battery pack, a wireless remote control circuit board, a driving motor program control circuit board and a driving motor, the battery pack is connected with the driving motor program control circuit board through the wireless remote control circuit board, and the driving motor program control circuit board is connected with the driving motor.
And the side wall of the lower part of the driving component is provided with a visual tracking module and a magnetic tracking module, and the visual tracking module and the magnetic tracking module feed back relative position signals of the ground mark lines to a driving motor program control circuit board connected with the ground mark lines in real time.
The bottom of the driving component is provided with four driving component wheels which are connected with a driving motor, and the driving motor respectively controls the rotating speed of the four driving component wheels according to signals of the driving motor program control circuit board so as to complete differential turning.
The upper portion of the table body assembly is provided with a table surface layer, the middle portion of the table body assembly is provided with a power accommodating cavity, and the bottom of the table body assembly is provided with a supporting layer with four table body assembly wheels.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the invention, the relative positioning of the ground mark lines is realized by using the visual tracking module and the magnetic tracking module, the driving components move along the set ground mark lines by driving the four driving component wheels to operate at different rotating speeds through the driving motors, and the table body component sleeved outside the driving components is driven to move, so that the effect that the table is controlled and moved in any place in a wireless manner is achieved at lower comprehensive cost.

In the illustration of fig. 5, the driving assembly wheel (6) is arranged at the bottom inside the driving assembly (5) and driven by the driving motor (200), the magnetic tracking module (100) is arranged at one side of the inner wall, the visual tracking module (110) is arranged at the other side of the inner wall, and the visual tracking camera (115) is arranged at the position of the visual tracking module (110) close to the ground.
In fig. 6, the battery pack (300) is connected to the wireless remote control circuit board (402) through a wire, and when the wireless remote control circuit board (402) receives a corresponding wireless signal, the wireless remote control circuit board controls the start stop, the moving speed and the running time of the whole device, and outputs a corresponding control command to the driving motor program control circuit board (401). The driving motor program control circuit board (401) receives the position information of the equipment relative to the ground mark line (500) provided by the magnetic tracking module (100) or the visual tracking module (110) at the same time, and controls the driving motor (200) to operate at different rotating speeds in real time.
