The grading of both data transaction parties is adjusted based on information such as data registration condition, data transaction condition, industry dynamic state and the like, data is graded, a data provider is allowed to only register data matched with the grading according to the grading and analysis corresponding relation, the registered data is screened from a source, and then unqualified or illegal data of registration is greatly reduced, and meanwhile, a data demander is allowed to only retrieve and select the data matched with the grading, so that a real data demander with exact requirement and credit is matched with the data provider more accurately, unnecessary transaction requests are reduced remarkably, and transaction efficiency and safety are improved; in addition, in order to register or purchase data with higher grades, the platform can be used for restricting transaction parties to complete transactions more honestly so as to obtain higher grades, and is beneficial to the benign development of the transaction platform.
Example 2:
on the basis of embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 2, the provider module includes a registration unit and an audit unit, the registration unit is configured to collect data matching with the rating of the provider, the audit unit is configured to audit the collected data, encrypt the data that is qualified for audit, and send the encrypted data and corresponding provider information to the management platform, the management platform stores the data that is qualified for audit and adjusts the rating of the provider upward, the audit unit sends the data that is violated for audit and corresponding provider information to the management platform, and the management platform manages the data that is violated and adjusts the rating of the provider downward.
In the embodiment, after the platform authenticates the identity information of the data provider, whether the data is illegal or not and forbidden to be checked, all the data meeting the registration condition corresponding to the score can be sent to the checking unit, the checking unit checks whether the data is legal or not and whether the data can be traded, meanwhile, the provider of the illegal data is marked, and the score is reduced through a background, so that the authority of the next data registration of the provider is reduced.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the provider module further includes a rechecking unit, where the rechecking unit is configured to perform a sampling check on data qualified by the audit unit, encrypt the data qualified by the rechecking, and send the encrypted data to the management platform. And the rechecking unit performs sampling inspection on qualified data according to a preset auditing standard, ensures the legal right of a data provider through multidimensional auditing the data, and simultaneously regulates digital rights of ownership to promote the benign development of a data transaction market. In one or more embodiments, the multidimensional audit includes data source audit, data processing audit, data output content audit, and data security audit.
Example 3:
on the basis of the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the demander module includes a retrieval unit, and a presentation unit, where the retrieval unit is configured to form a retrieval field according to input retrieval information, the retrieval unit is configured to retrieve data matching the score of the demander from the management platform based on the retrieval field, and the presentation unit is configured to present the retrieved data, generate a transaction request according to selected data to be transacted, and send the transaction request to the management platform.
Example 4:
on the basis of the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the management platform includes a data registry, a catalog generation unit, a data acquisition unit, and an illegal data storage unit, where the data registry is used to store data qualified by being audited by the provider module, the catalog generation unit is used to generate a catalog according to the data qualified by being audited, the data acquisition unit is used to acquire data meeting requirements in the data registry according to the catalog after the demander module generates a retrieval instruction, and the illegal data storage unit is used to store illegal data audited by the provider module.
And after the data registry stores the qualified encrypted data checked by the registration unit or the rechecking unit, clustering the data to form a primary branch, clustering a plurality of primary branches to form a secondary branch, and repeating the steps to finally form the directory. For data outside the directory, firstly, the data is put into a branch to be determined, after the directory is formed, whether the data can be put into each level branch of the directory is judged, if yes, the data is put into the branch, if not, a new level branch is established, and main keywords of the data are used as branch labels.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the management platform includes a data grading unit, the data grading unit is configured to grade data in the data registry, and the data obtaining unit obtains data corresponding to the grade from the data registry according to the grade of the demander sending the retrieval instruction. The grading unit grades the stored data according to grading standards preset by a transaction system, such as data transaction absolute volume, data source, data risk and data encryption grade, and grades all data marked in a database in a tag mode. After the acquisition unit receives the retrieval instruction sent by the reverse calling unit, the data of the designated grade is acquired according to the grade of the demand party, so that the encrypted data matched with the grade of the demand party is displayed only for the demand party, unnecessary and unreal transaction requests are further reduced, and the transaction efficiency and the transaction safety are improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the management platform includes a user information base and a user information scoring unit, the user information base is used for storing the input user information, and the user information scoring unit is used for adjusting a score corresponding to the user information.
Example 5:
a data transaction method based on data entitlement as shown in fig. 5, the method comprising the steps of:
obtaining the grade of the provider or the demander according to the input identity information of the provider or the demander;
registering data matched with the provider score according to the provider score, and/or calling data matched with the demander score according to the demander score;
classifying and grading the stored data, and grading a provider or a demander;
and generating a transaction request according to the data to be transacted selected by the demand party, sending the demand party information and the transaction request to the provider for verification after the transaction request is approved, and sending a decryption key of the data to be transacted to the demand party after the verification is completed and the demand party pays the amount of the data to be transacted.
In some embodiments, in the above steps, the rating of the provider is adjusted according to the registered data qualification rate, the violation data rate, the data transaction price, the data transaction rate, the data transaction quantity, the provider risk rating, and the complaint condition of the demander of the provider; and adjusting the score of the demand side according to the data traffic quantity of the demand side, the risk score of the demand side and the complaint condition of the provider side.

the identity authentication module is used for receiving input identity information of a provider or a demander and acquiring a score matched with the identity information of the provider or the demander;
the provider module is used for registering data matched with the score of the data provider according to the score of the data provider;
the demand party module is used for calling data matched with the score of the data demand party according to the score of the data demand party and generating a transaction request according to the selected data to be transacted;
the management platform is used for storing the registered data and the user information, classifying and grading the stored data, grading the user information, and feeding back a grade matched with a provider or a demander to the identity authentication module;
the transaction module is used for auditing the transaction request and the information of both transaction parties, sending the information of the demand party and the transaction request to the provider after the auditing is passed, and finishing data transaction and authorization after the provider verifies.

The data trading system based on data empowerment of claim 1, wherein the provider module comprises a registration unit and an audit unit, the registration unit is used for collecting data matched with the rating of a provider, the audit unit is used for auditing the collected data, encrypting the qualified audit data and sending the encrypted data and corresponding provider information to a management platform, the management platform stores the qualified audit data and up-regulates the rating of the provider, the audit unit sends the illegal audit data and corresponding provider information to the management platform, and the management platform manages the illegal data and down-regulates the rating of the provider.

The data transaction system based on data empowerment of claim 2, wherein the provider module further comprises a rechecking unit, and the rechecking unit is configured to sample and check the data qualified by the audit unit, encrypt the data qualified by the rechecking, and send the encrypted data to the management platform.

The data-empowerment-based data transaction system according to claim 2, wherein the demander module comprises a retrieval unit, a calling unit and a presentation unit, the retrieval unit is used for forming a retrieval field according to input retrieval information, the calling unit is used for calling data matched with the score of the demander from the management platform based on the retrieval field, and the presentation unit is used for presenting the called data, generating a transaction request according to the selected data to be transacted, and sending the transaction request to the management platform.

The data-empowerment-based data transaction system according to claim 2, wherein the management platform comprises a data registry, a catalog generation unit, a data acquisition unit and a violation data storage unit, the data registry is used for storing data qualified by being audited by the provider module, the catalog generation unit is used for generating a catalog according to the data qualified by being audited, the data acquisition unit is used for acquiring data meeting requirements in the data registry according to the catalog after the demander module generates a retrieval instruction, and the violation data storage unit is used for storing violation data audited by the provider module.

The data-empowerment-based data transaction system according to claim 5, wherein the management platform comprises a data rating unit for rating data in the data registry, and the data acquiring unit acquires data corresponding to the rating from the data registry according to the rating of the demander sending the retrieval instruction.

The data trading system based on data empowerment of claim 5, wherein the management platform comprises a user information base and a user information scoring unit, the user information base is used for storing the input user information, and the user information scoring unit is used for adjusting the corresponding scoring of the user information.

The data transaction system based on the data empowerment as claimed in claim 2, wherein the transaction module includes a transaction auditing unit and a data empowerment unit, the transaction auditing unit is configured to audit whether the transaction request and the information of both transaction parties meet the transaction rule, the information of the requesting party and the transaction request are sent to the provider for verification after the audit is passed, and the data empowerment unit is configured to send the decryption key corresponding to the data to be transacted to the requesting party after the requesting party pays the amount corresponding to the data to be transacted.
9. A data transaction method based on data empowerment is characterized by comprising the following steps:
obtaining the grade of the provider or the demander according to the input identity information of the provider or the demander;
registering data matched with the provider score according to the provider score, and/or calling data matched with the demander score according to the demander score;
classifying and grading the stored data, and grading a provider or a demander;
and generating a transaction request according to the data to be transacted selected by the demand party, sending the demand party information and the transaction request to the provider for verification after the transaction request is approved, and sending a decryption key of the data to be transacted to the demand party after the verification is completed and the demand party pays the amount of the data to be transacted.

The data trading method based on data empowerment of claim 9, wherein in the above steps, the score of the provider is adjusted according to the registered data qualification rate, the illegal data rate, the data transaction price, the data transaction rate, the data transaction quantity, the provider risk score and the complaint condition of the demander of the provider; and adjusting the score of the demand side according to the data traffic quantity of the demand side, the risk score of the demand side and the complaint condition of the provider side.
