the pumping module comprises a suction box 214, a pumping pipe 215, a pumping pump 216 and a discharge pipe 217;
the cleaning module comprises a fixed sterilization plate 405, a speed reducing hole 406, a water inlet pipe 407 and an atomizing nozzle 408;
the reflow module includes an exhaust box 303 and an accelerator fan 308.
The working principle and the using flow of the invention are as follows: when the internal environment of a workshop is required to be treated, an air pump 216 sucks air in the workshop environment through an air suction pipe 215 and an air suction box 214, external air enters the inner side of an air inlet limiting box 207 through an air inlet hole 208 and finally enters the position of an isolation screen 209, impurities contained in the air are intercepted through the isolation screen 209, a lower piezoelectric push rod 210 drives a cleaning sliding plate 211 to be attached to the side end of the isolation screen 209, impurities attached to the side end of the isolation screen 209 are scraped, a rotary discharge plate 213 is pushed, a torsion spring 212 is compressed at the same time, the contained air is pushed into the bottom end of the air inlet limiting box 207, the air can be rapidly operated when the air is initially treated, the air enters the inner side of a discharge pipe 217 through the air suction box 214 and the air suction pipe 215 and finally is discharged into the inner side of a fixed support box 1, and the air is stably introduced into the inner side of the fixed support box 1;
the air moves to the position of the arc-shaped mounting box 401 through the fixed supporting box 1, then the air is secondarily intercepted through the blocking screen plate 402, so that fine dust impurities are intercepted again, the air moves to the position of the fixed sterilizing plate 405, sterilizing liquid is input through the water inlet pipe 407 and is discharged to the inner side of the speed reducing hole 406 through the atomizing spray pipe 408, the air is adhered and sterilized through the atomized sterilizing liquid, so that the air is rapidly treated, the air enters the position of the storage and replacement box 409 when moving, and the condensed suspended water drops and impurities are intercepted through the adsorption fixing block 410, so that the clean air can effectively enter the inner side of the air inlet box 301 through the arc-shaped mounting box 401;
the accelerating fan 308 drives air to enter the inner side of the exhaust box 303 through the air inlet box 301 and the air outlet 302, meanwhile, the adsorption electromagnet 306 is closed, the rotary sealing plate 305 is driven to rotate under the pushing action of the air, meanwhile, the reset spring 304 is compressed, the air outlet 302 is opened, the air enters the inner side of the exhaust box 303 through the air outlet 302, so that the purified air can quickly and stably return to the inside of a workshop, the self circulation of the air can be ensured during ventilation, the air which is dirty and contains pollutants is prevented from being discharged, the stability of the internal environment and the external environment is ensured, after a period of use, the storage fixing box 310 is embedded and clamped to the side end of the exhaust box 303 to push the sliding rod 311, and the sliding rod 311 drives the cleaning scraping plate 312 to clean impurities at the side end of the protective isolation plate 309, so that the real-time maintenance is facilitated;
when the air inlet limiting box 207 needs to be replaced, a worker draws out the limiting fixing rod 205 from the inner side of the limiting fixing hole 204, and meanwhile, the limiting spring 206 is compressed, so that the type fixing plate 202 and the supporting connecting plate 203 are loosened, the air inlet limiting box 207 and the supporting connecting plate 203 are taken out from the side end of the fixed supporting box 1, the supporting connecting plates 203 at the two ends of the new air inlet limiting box 207 are embedded into the side end of the type fixing plate 202, the limiting fixing hole 204 is attached, the limiting fixing rod 205 is driven by the limiting spring 206 to be embedded into the inner side of the limiting fixing hole 204, and therefore the air inlet limiting box 207 is rapidly limited and fixed, and the effect and stability in the process of purifying the internal environment are guaranteed.
