In practical application, firstly, the mounting bracket 201 is mounted to a required position through the matching use of the mounting hole 202 and the screw, then the connecting seat 310 at the top of the lamp shade 101 is aligned to the bottom of the movable plate 302, and the connecting seat 310 is slid to the inner cavity of the limiting groove 309, so as to primarily position the lamp shade 101, after the first positioning insertion hole 311 on the surface of the movable plate 302 is aligned to the first positioning insertion hole 311 on the surface of the connecting seat 310, the insertion rod 312 is inserted into the inner cavity of the first positioning insertion hole 311 to lock the connecting seat 310, so as to secondarily position the lamp shade 101, and then the positioning iron block 314 is inserted into the inner cavity of the second positioning insertion hole 313 from top to bottom and is adsorbed to the magnet 315, so that the insertion rod 312 can be locked, and the rapid assembly of the lighting lamp 1 and the mounting component 2 is realized; secondly, one hand holds the linking ring 305 and pulls the linking ring 305 towards the direction of the spring 306, the linking ring 305 drives the guide block 308 to slide in the inner cavity of the guide groove 307, so that the linking ring 305 stably moves horizontally, the linking ring 305 also drives the positioning ring 304 to slide on the surface of the fixed column 301, the spring 306 is stressed to contract until the positioning ring 304 is separated from the surface of the gear 303, the movable plate 302 can be unlocked, at the moment, the other hand holds the lampshade 101 and rotates the lampshade 101 by taking the fixed column 301 as an axis, the lampshade 101 drives the connecting seat 310, the movable plate 302, the gear 303 and the triangular plate 401 to synchronously rotate, the movable plate 302 drives the balls 317 to synchronously rotate, the balls 317 slide in the annular groove 319, the rotation angle degree of the lampshade 101 can be known through the matching use of the angle scale mark 402 and the pointer 403, and a user rotates the lampshade 101 to a required angle according to actual use requirements, and then sequentially releases the linking ring 305 and the lampshade 101, the positioning ring 304 can be clamped to the surface of the gear 303 by the elastic restoring force of the spring 306, so as to position the movable plate 302, and thus the lampshade 101 is stably kept in this state; finally, the four eccentric wheels 109 are sequentially shifted through the rubber anti-slip strips 111, so that the eccentric wheels 109 rotate by taking the movable rods 108 as axes until the eccentric wheels 109 are separated from the inner cavities of the clamping grooves 110, the fixed block 106 can be unlocked, and the transparent protection plate 103 can be detached from the bottom of the lamp shade 101 to overhaul the lamp tube 102 in the lamp shade 101.
According to the industrial control illumination platform, the gear 303 and the positioning ring 304 are matched for use, the traditional mode of adjusting the angle through a bolt is replaced, the purpose of simple and convenient operation is achieved, the angle can be adjusted by a single person without the assistance of other people, the labor cost is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved; the movable plate 302 is connected with the connecting seat 310 in an inserting mode, so that the using number of bolts is reduced, the labor intensity of workers is reduced, the dismounting efficiency of the lighting lamp 1 and the mounting assembly 2 is effectively improved, and the time-saving and labor-saving effects are realized.

Claims (10)

the lighting lamp (1) comprises a lamp shade (101), a plurality of lamp tubes (102) are installed in an inner cavity of the lamp shade (101), a transparent protection plate (103) is arranged at the bottom of the lamp shade (101), an installation groove (112) is formed in the top of the inner cavity of the lamp shade (101), a controller (113) is embedded in the inner cavity of the installation groove (112), side lugs (114) are fixedly connected to two sides of the controller (113), the surface of each side lug (114) is fixedly connected with the inner wall surface of the installation groove (112) through a bolt, a plurality of copper cooling plates (115) distributed at intervals penetrate through two sides of the lamp shade (101), and the copper cooling plates (115) are horizontally arranged;
the mounting assembly (2) comprises a mounting support (201) arranged above a lampshade (101), the mounting support (201) is of an inverted U-shaped structure, the central axes of the lampshade (101) and the mounting support (201) are on the same straight line, mounting holes (202) are formed in the top of the mounting support (201), the number of the mounting holes (202) is two, and the two mounting holes (202) are symmetrically distributed about the central axis of the mounting support (201);
the connecting assembly (3) comprises two fixing columns (301), two movable plates (302), a gear (303), a positioning ring (304), two linkage rings (305), a spring (306), a guide groove (307) and a guide block (308), the two fixing columns (301) and the two movable plates (302) are respectively and horizontally and fixedly connected to two sides of the inner wall surface of the mounting bracket (201), the inner wall surfaces of the two movable plates (302) are respectively and rotatably connected with the surfaces of the two movable plates (302) through rotating shafts, the gear (303), the positioning ring (304), the linkage rings (305) and the spring (306) are sequentially sleeved on the surface of the fixing column (301) positioned on the front side from back to front, one side of the gear (303) is fixedly connected with the front side of the corresponding movable plate (302), and the inner wall surface of the gear (303) is movably connected with the surface of the fixing column (301) positioned on the front side, the positioning ring (304) is fixedly connected with one side opposite to the linkage ring (305). The positioning ring (304) and the inner wall surface of the linkage ring (305) are connected to the surface of a fixing column (301) located on the front side in a sliding mode, a tooth groove matched with the gear (303) is formed in the inner wall surface of the positioning ring (304), one end of the spring (306) is fixedly connected with one side of the linkage ring (305), the other end of the spring (306) is fixedly connected with the inner wall surface of the mounting support (201), two symmetrical guide grooves (307) are horizontally arranged on the surface of the fixing column (301), a guide block (308) is connected to the inner cavity of each guide groove (307) in a sliding mode, and one side of the guide block (308) is fixedly connected with the inner wall surface of the linkage ring (305);
the connecting assembly (3) further comprises limiting grooves (309), connecting seats (310), first positioning insertion holes (311), insertion rods (312), second positioning insertion holes (313), positioning iron blocks (314) and magnet stones (315), wherein every two limiting grooves (309) are in one group, the number of the limiting grooves (309) is two groups, the two limiting grooves (309) in each group are respectively arranged at the lower parts of the two sides of the surface of the movable plate (302), the number of the connecting seats (310) is two, the inner wall surfaces of the two connecting seats (310) are in sliding connection with the bottoms of the corresponding movable plates (302), the connecting seats (310) are slidably embedded in the inner cavities of the limiting grooves (309), the bottoms of the connecting seats (310) are fixedly connected with the top of the lampshade (101), every three first positioning insertion holes (311) are in one group, and the number of the first positioning insertion holes (311) is two groups, every group three first location jack (311) are seted up respectively in the lower part on fly leaf (302) surface and the both sides on connecting seat (310) surface, inserted bar (312) are "T" column structure, the one end of inserted bar (312) runs through to one side of connecting seat (310) through first location jack (311) level, the surface of inserted bar (312) is seted up in second location jack (313), location iron plate (314) are "L" column structure, the tip of location iron plate (314) is through the vertical bottom of running through to inserted bar (312) of second location jack (313) and is adsorbed with the top of magnet (315), one side and connecting seat (310) fixed connection of magnet (315).

4. An industrial control lighting platform according to claim 3, characterized in that the diameter of the eccentric (109) is larger than the wall thickness of the lampshade (101), and the surface of the eccentric (109) penetrates to the outside of the lampshade (101).

The industrial control lighting platform according to claim 3, wherein a plurality of rubber anti-slip strips (111) are fixedly connected to the surface of the eccentric wheel (109), and are distributed in an annular and equidistant manner, and the rubber anti-slip strips (111) are in a semi-cylindrical structure.

9. The lighting platform for industrial control as claimed in claim 8, wherein two symmetrical bumps (404) are fixedly connected to one side of the triangle (401), and a second groove (405) for the bumps (404) to be inserted into is formed in the front side of the lampshade (101).
10. The industrial control lighting platform as claimed in claim 9, wherein the connection line between the screw hole on the front side of the lampshade (101) and the two second grooves (405) is triangular.
