Claims (9)

1. A double-power-generation-mode generator set is characterized by comprising;
the floating foundation adopts a composite three-pile type supporting structure;
an anchor chain for fixing the floating foundation;
the tower drum of the wind driven generator is detachably mounted on the floating foundation; and
the hydraulic generator is arranged at the bottom of the floating foundation, a water wheel blade of the hydraulic generator is a lifting force type water wheel blade, the hydraulic generator is positioned under the sea water after the floating foundation is fixed at a preset position by the anchor chain, and the wind driven generator is positioned above the sea water.
2. A dual generation mode generator set according to claim 1, wherein the hydro generator is in rotational connection with the floating foundation.
3. The dual power generation mode generator set of claim 1, wherein the bottom of the floating foundation is provided with a mounting shaft for mounting the hydro-generator, and the hydro-generator is rotatably connected with the mounting shaft through a bearing.
4. A dual generation mode generator set according to claim 3, wherein the hydro generator is rotatable about the axis of the mounting shaft by 0-360 °.
5. A dual generation mode genset as claimed in claim 3 wherein the floating foundation comprises a first pile foundation, a second pile foundation and a third pile foundation connected by a truss structure to form a floating foundation in a triangular pyramid configuration.
6. A dual generation mode generator set according to claim 1, wherein the floating foundation is provided with a support platform on top for mounting the wind turbine, the mounting shaft being provided on the bottom of the floating foundation.
7. A dual generation mode wind generating set according to claim 1 wherein the wind generator is a dual wind wheel horizontal axis wind turbine.
8. A dual power generation mode generator set according to claim 7, wherein the dual wind wheel horizontal axis wind turbine is provided with a yaw system capable of aligning the wind wheels with the wind direction.
9. An offshore wind power system comprising a dual generation mode generator set according to any of claims 1 to 8.
