Detailed Description
An assembled petroleum wellhead is shown in figures 1 to 6 and comprises a lower pipe 11, an inner seat 12, a sealing ring I13, an upper pipe 21, a liquid outlet pipe 23, a top cover 24, a sealing plug 31, an annular groove 32, a fitting part 33, a straight rod I34 and a top cover 81;
the lower pipe 11 is communicated vertically to form a vertical structure, the inner seat 12 is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the lower pipe 11 and located on the lower side, the sealing ring I13 is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the lower pipe 11 and located on the upper side, the upper pipe 21 is detachably and fixedly connected to the upper side of the lower pipe 11, the liquid outlet pipes 23 are fixedly connected to the upper pipe 21, the number of the liquid outlet pipes 23 is preferably two, the top cover 81 is detachably and fixedly connected to the upper end of the upper pipe 21, the sealing plug 31 can be inserted into the sealing ring I13 from bottom to top to achieve sealing, the attaching portion 33 is fixedly connected to the lower end of the sealing plug 31, at least two straight rods I34 are fixedly connected to the lower end of the attaching portion 33, and preferably three straight rods I34 are provided; wherein laminating portion 33 sets up in the below of sealing ring I13, and the cover has compression spring on the straight-bar I34, and straight-bar I34 sliding connection is on interior seat 12, compression spring's both ends are supported respectively on laminating portion 33 and interior seat 12.
Wherein the bottom of the lower pipe 11 is a liquid inlet, the lower pipe 11 is used as a butt joint pipe and is not frequently disassembled and assembled, and the part which is not the lower pipe 11 can be frequently disassembled and assembled for maintenance and transfer. The sealing plug 31 is kept to abut against the sealing ring I13 to realize sealing by providing upward elastic force through the compression spring, so that the one-way locking effect is realized, and the sealing plug 31 is pressed downwards to realize conduction.

The sealing plug also comprises a retaining ring 22 fixedly connected to the lower side of the inner wall of the upper tube 21 and an annular groove 32 arranged in the middle of the outer wall of the sealing plug 31; the bottom surface of the retaining ring 22 is fitted to the upper end surface of the lower tube 11, and the lower tube 11 is inserted into the upper tube 21 for increasing the sealing performance.
The sealing device further comprises a nut in threaded connection with the bottom of the straight rod I34, so that the sealing plug 31 can be prevented from bouncing off when the upper pipe 21 is taken down, and the straight rod I34 is prevented from being separated from the inner base 12.
The wellhead still include straight-bar II 41, straight-line actuating mechanism 71 and connecting rod 72, the preferred hollow structure of straight-bar II 41, the preferred pneumatic cylinder or electronic jar of straight-line actuating mechanism 71, the expansion end of straight-line actuating mechanism 71 sets up upwards, preferably, the one end of connecting rod 72 is rotated and is connected on the expansion end of straight-line actuating mechanism 71, the other end of connecting rod 72 passes through the upper end of bolt detachable rigid coupling at straight-bar II 41, so that take off the back with the bolt of connecting rod 72 and straight-bar II 41, it rotates again to raise connecting rod 72, can assemble or dismantle other parts.
The height of the straight rod II 41 can be adjusted by starting the linear driving mechanism 71, when the straight rod II 41 descends to press the sealing plug 31 to achieve conduction, and when the straight rod II 41 ascends to separate from the sealing plug 31 to achieve sealing.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the wellhead further includes a screen cover 44 slidably attached to the inner wall of the upper pipe 21, a filtering hole is formed in the screen cover 44, the straight rod ii 41 passes through the screen cover 44, the screen cover 44 is fixedly connected to the straight rod ii 41, the screen cover 44 performs a filtering function, the straight rod ii 41 and the screen cover 44 can be removed together by removing the upper pipe 21 or the top cover 81, and then the internal components which are difficult to clean can be taken out together for maintenance.
The wellhead further comprises a wall body 45, a screen ring 46 and a screen cover 47; the wall body 45 is an annular thin-wall structure and is fixedly connected to the lower end of the screen cover 44, the screen ring 46 is provided with screen holes and is fixedly connected to the lower end of the wall body 45, the screen cover 47 is provided with screen holes and is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the screen ring 46, the screen cover 47 is a conical surface structure with an upper opening and a lower opening, and the diameter of the screen cover 47 is increased from top to bottom.
The space enclosed by the screen cover 44, the wall body 45, the screen ring 46 and the screen cover 47 is convenient for containing impurities, and the impurities can be taken out together after all parts are taken out. The height of the second liftable straight rod 41 can be changed, the filtering part related to the screen cover 44 is lifted into the top cover 81, so that the filtering function is cancelled, the discharge capacity is increased, and the influence on the flow due to blockage is avoided.
The straight rod I41 is fixedly connected with the upper end of the straight rod II 41, the screw I43 is in threaded connection with the inner thread sleeve 42, the length of the screw I43 is larger than that of the straight rod II 41, and the screw I43 is located on and penetrates through the straight rod II 41.
When the straight rod II 41 is lifted, the rotatable screw I43 descends to enable the rotatable screw I to abut against the sealing plug 31 to keep a passage state, and the use is more flexible.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the wellhead further comprises a tee 51, a sealing ring ii 52 and a regulator, wherein the regulator comprises a screw ii 61 and a plug plate 62;
the three-way pipe 51 is provided with three openings which are communicated with each other, the two sealing rings II 52 are provided with two plug plates 62 which are fixedly connected to the inner wall of the three-way pipe 51, the two sealing rings II 52 are respectively positioned at the two openings, and the regulator comprises a screw II 61 and a plug plate 62 fixedly connected to the screw II 61; the two regulators are arranged in mirror symmetry, the two screws II 61 are in threaded connection with the three-way pipe 51 and used for adjusting the distance between the two plug plates 62, the two plug plates 62 can respectively abut against the two sealing rings II 52 to achieve sealing, the two liquid outlet pipes 23 are arranged, the three-way pipe 51 is fixedly connected and communicated with the two liquid outlet pipes 23, and the two sealing rings II 52 are respectively located at two connection positions of the two liquid outlet pipes 23 and the three-way pipe 51.
Further, one of the plug plates 62 is provided with a filtering hole.
After the filtering function in the upper pipe 21 is cancelled, the plug plate 62 with the filtering hole can be abutted to the corresponding sealing ring II 52 to play a temporary filtering role, so that an emergency effect is achieved, the other plug plate 62 is abutted to the corresponding sealing ring II 52 to be sealed, or the two plug plates 62 are respectively separated from the corresponding sealing ring II 52 to achieve the full-channel opening state for discharging.
Claims (10)
1. An assembled petroleum wellhead comprises a lower pipe (11), an inner seat (12) fixedly connected to the lower side of the inner wall of the lower pipe (11), a sealing ring I (13) fixedly connected to the upper side of the inner wall of the lower pipe (11), an upper pipe (21) detachably fixedly connected to the upper side of the lower pipe (11), a drain pipe (23) fixedly connected and communicated with the upper pipe (21), a top cover (81) detachably fixedly connected to the upper end of the upper pipe (21), a sealing plug (31) capable of being inserted into the sealing ring I (13) to achieve plugging, a joint part (33) fixedly connected to the lower end of the sealing plug (31), and at least two straight rods I (34) fixedly connected to the lower end of the joint part (33); wherein laminating portion (33) sets up in the below of sealing ring I (13), and the cover has compression spring on straight-bar I (34), and straight-bar I (34) sliding connection is on interior seat (12), compression spring's both ends are supported respectively on laminating portion (33) and interior seat (12).
2. The wellhead according to claim 1, wherein the outer wall of the lower end of the lower pipe (11) is provided with a bevel (14), and the bevel (14) enables the outer diameter of the lower pipe (11) to be reduced from top to bottom.

The wellhead according to claim 1, further comprising a retaining ring (22) fixedly connected to the lower side of the inner wall of the upper pipe (21), and an annular groove (32) arranged in the middle of the outer wall of the sealing plug (31); wherein the bottom surface of the abutting ring (22) is jointed with the upper end surface of the lower pipe (11), and the lower pipe (11) is inserted and matched in the upper pipe (21).
4. The wellhead as claimed in claim 1 further comprising a nut threaded on the bottom of the straight rod i (34).
5. A wellhead as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising a straight rod II (41) slidably connected to the upper end of the top cover (81), and a linear driving mechanism (71) mounted on the upper pipe (21) for driving the straight rod II (41) to ascend and descend.
6. A wellhead according to claim 5, further comprising a screen cover (44) slidably attached to the inner wall of the upper pipe (21), wherein the straight rod II (41) penetrates through the screen cover (44) and is fixedly connected with the screen cover.

A wellhead according to claim 6, and further comprising a wall body (45) fixedly connected to the lower end of the screen cover (44), a screen ring (46) fixedly connected to the lower end of the wall body (45), and a screen cover (47) fixedly connected to the inner wall of the screen ring (46), wherein the screen cover (47) is of a conical structure with an upper opening and a lower opening, and the diameter of the screen cover (47) is increased from top to bottom.

The wellhead as claimed in claim 7 further comprises an internal thread sleeve (42) fixedly connected to the upper end of the straight rod II (41), and a screw I (43) in threaded connection with the internal thread sleeve (42), wherein the length of the screw I (43) is larger than that of the straight rod II (41).
