According to one aspect of the invention, a printing device with privacy confidentiality function comprises a printer body for printing a file, a plurality of printing transmission ports for receiving the printed file, and a transmission device for transmitting the printed file to the corresponding printing transmission ports, wherein the transmission device is provided with a file transmission outlet, the transmission end of the transmission device is in butt joint with a printing output end of the printer body, the file transmission outlet corresponds to each printing transmission port, the file transmission outlet is connected with an output end of each printing transmission port through a wire or a wireless, and the printer body and the input end of each printing transmission port are connected with intelligent equipment;
a security box capable of receiving the printed file is arranged at the printing transmission port, a file inlet is arranged on the side surface of the security box, and the file inlet corresponds to the file output end of the conveying device;
When the intelligent device works, the intelligent device transmits a printing signal to the printer, and the printer transmits a file to the printing output port through the transmission device after printing the file, and enters the security box.
Preferably, the conveying device comprises a conveying belt, a fixing groove for fixing the file and a transmission assembly capable of enabling the file to move from the fixing groove to the security box, one end of the conveying belt corresponds to the printing end of the printing assembly, the fixing groove is formed in the upper surface of the conveying belt, and the transmission assembly is arranged in the fixing groove.
Preferably, the printing device is detachably arranged on an office table, and each printing transmission port is arranged in one-to-one correspondence with each working position on the office table.

Preferably, the lifting transmission assembly comprises a bottom plate, a stepping motor and a telescopic rod, wherein the stepping motor is embedded in the bottom of the fixed groove, one end of the telescopic rod is connected with the stepping motor, and the other end of the telescopic rod is connected with the bottom of the bottom plate.
Preferably, the horizontal transport assembly includes a plurality of motorized push rollers rotatably pushing documents to the document inlet, the motorized push rollers being secured to the base plate by a bracket.
According to another aspect of the invention, a printing and conveying integrated table comprises a table body, a printer body, a conveying device with a plurality of file transmission outlets, a secret box and printing transmission ports capable of respectively receiving corresponding printed files, wherein an installation groove is formed in the table body, the printer body and the conveying device are integrally arranged in the installation groove, a plurality of stations are arranged on the table body, the secret box is embedded in the stations, the file transmission outlets correspond to the positions of each printing transmission port, and the printing transmission ports correspond to each station one by one.
Preferably, the side surface of the desk main body is provided with a paper adding port capable of adding paper to the printer main body.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the printing device can be arranged on an office table, files can be directly transmitted to corresponding stations after being printed, and the files are placed in the security box, so that the risk of disclosure of the files is reduced, meanwhile, the time for workers to run to the printer to take the files is saved, and the working efficiency is improved.

In fig. 1-6, a printing device with privacy function includes a printer body 1 for printing a document, a plurality of printing transmission ports 7 for receiving the printed document, and a transmission device capable of transmitting the printed document to the corresponding printing transmission ports 7, wherein the transmission device has a document transmission outlet 8, the transmission end of the transmission device is in butt joint with the printing output end of the printer body 1, the document transmission outlet corresponds to the position of each printing transmission port 7, the document transmission outlet is connected with the output end of each printing transmission port 7 through a wire or a wireless, and the input ends of the printer body 1 and each printing transmission port 7 are connected with an intelligent device 6;
The printing transmission port 7 is provided with a security box 4 capable of receiving printed files, the side surface of the security box 4 is provided with a file inlet 5, and the file inlet 5 corresponds to the file output end of the conveying device;
The intelligent device 6 sends out a printing signal to the printer body 1 and simultaneously transmits an electric signal to the corresponding printing transmission port 7, the printer body 1 prints a file, the printing transmission port 7 transmits corresponding position information to the file transmission outlet 8, and the transmission device transfers the printed file into the corresponding security box 4 according to the received position information.

In this embodiment, the coded lock 13 may be a digital lock or a fingerprint lock commonly used in the prior art; the bottom can set up pressure sensor in the secret case 4, and secret case 4 outside sets up the LED pilot lamp that can indicate that there is the file in the secret case 4 of user, and pressure sensor, LED pilot lamp all are connected with intelligent device 6 telecommunications, and when pressure sensor felt the pressure that has the file, the LED pilot lamp is bright, reminds the user.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, a pushing device for pushing the file out of the security box 4 may be further disposed in the security box 4, where the pushing device includes a linear motor 17, a lifting platform 16 for placing the file, a switch, and a track 18, where the track 18 is vertically disposed on an inner wall of the security box 4, the linear motor 17 is located on the track 18, one side of the lifting platform 16 is connected with the linear motor 17, when the file in the security box 4 needs to be taken out, the switch is turned on, and the linear motor 16 may move upward on the track 18, so as to drive the lifting platform 16 to rise, thereby facilitating the user to take the file.
In another embodiment, a print and convey integrative table, including desk main part 15, printer body 1, have a plurality of file transmission export 8 conveyer, secret case 4, can receive respectively the printing transmission port 7 of corresponding file after printing, be equipped with the mounting groove in the desk main part 15, printer body 1, conveyer integral type set up in the mounting groove, be equipped with a plurality of stations on the desk main part 15, secret case 4 is embedded on the station, and file transmission export corresponds with every printing transmission port 7 position, prints transmission port 7 and every station one-to-one setting.

The embodiment is implemented in specific manner: the intelligent device 6 is used for transmitting printing signals to the printer body 1 and the printing transmission port 7, the printing transmission port 7 is used for transmitting position signals to the file transmission outlet 8, after the printer body 1 prints the file, the file falls in the fixed slot 3, after the printer body 1 works, the intelligent device 6 is used for transmitting signals to the conveyor belt 2, the conveyor belt 2 is enabled to move, the fixed slot 3 is driven to move to the corresponding printing transmission port 7, then the intelligent device 6 is used for transmitting signals to the stepping motor 10, the stepping motor 10 is enabled to rotate to a set position (the setting can be carried out on the intelligent device 6 according to actual conditions), the electric pushing roller 12 is enabled to rotate for set circles (the actual rotation circles can be set according to the distance of pushing according to actual requirements), so that the file is pushed into the security box 4 from the file inlet 5, and after the work is completed, the stepping motor 10 and the conveyor belt 2 are reset in sequence for next file transmission.
