A microwave pulse vibrator is arranged on the framework. The vibrator is used for preventing and eliminating the phenomena of blocking and tower arching of various bins caused by the reasons of internal friction, deliquescence, electrification, component segregation and the like of materials; the rapper is also referred to as an anti-occlusion device. Therefore, the filter element is combined with the microwave pulse vibrator to periodically shake and remove ash, and the performance of the dust remover is durable and good.

Secondly, disassembling the framework 1; the bolts 6 are loosened to remove the framework 1, and the baffle ring 4 is taken out together.
Secondly, removing the filter cloth 2; the compression ring 3 is detached from the filter element seat 5 along with the filter cloth 2.
Secondly, replacing the filter cloth 2; the compression ring 3 is stripped on the filter cloth 2, the new filter cloth 2 is sleeved with the upper support ring 9 and the lower support ring 10, and the compression ring 3 is used for re-tightening, and is placed into the embedding groove of the filter core seat 5.
Finally, locking the filter cloth 2; the baffle ring 4 limits the compression ring 3 of the tight-hooping filter cloth 2, and the framework 1 fixes the baffle ring 4 and the locking bolt 6 of the compression ring 3; the upper supporting ring 9 is hoisted on the framework 1, and the nut 8 on the adjusting supporting screw 7 is locked and fixed.
