The zone heating element according to claim 5, wherein the temperature sensing layer comprises a first temperature sensing resistor and a second temperature sensing resistor attached to a second base layer, the first temperature sensing resistor is covered by the whole heating zone, and the second temperature sensing resistor is partially covered by all the local heating zones corresponding to the area between the local heating zones.
