一种三维体数据的测量方法(200)、三维体数据的测量系统(10)、医疗器械以及计算机存储介质。所述方法包括：获取目标对象的三维体数据(S210)；在所述三维体数据中选取至少两个相交的且包含所述目标对象的剖面，在所述剖面上绘制所述目标对象的二维轮廓(S220)；根据所述二维轮廓对所述三维体数据进行分割，以得到目标对象的三维轮廓(S230)。通过所述方法可以更加准确的获得目标对象的轮廓，进而更加准确和有效地获取目标对象的更多参数。所述方法可以兼顾通用性、操作简单且能分割困难目标的三维体数据。
