The comprehensive pretreatment system of hard chromium metal electroplating according to claim 3, wherein the spraying mechanism comprises a water tank (19), a water pump (20) and a water spraying pipe (9), the water tank (19) is fixedly arranged on the upper side of the top plate (1), the water pump (20) is fixedly arranged in the water tank (19), the output end of the water pump (20) is fixedly connected with the input end of the water spraying pipe (9), the water spraying pipe (9) is provided with two output ends, and the two output ends of the water spraying pipe (9) sequentially and fixedly penetrate through the lower side wall of the water tank (19) and the top plate (1) and are fixedly inserted into the front side and the rear side of the arc-shaped cleaning plate (6) respectively.
