Background
The third Generation Partnership Project (3 GPP) introduces a key technology of network slice information in a 5th Generation mobile communication technology (5G) network, and aims to allocate different network resources, such as bandwidth, rate, service quality and the like, respectively by dividing different slice information under the same network environment, so that different service requirements can more reasonably occupy the network resources.
To implement this function, the 3GPP protocol TS24.501 requires that when a terminal initiates a registration request, the terminal carries the network slice information that the terminal wishes to request. The terminal fills in network slice information expected to be requested by the terminal according to an intersection part of preselected slice information selected from slice information signed by the application module under a home network and configuration slice information of the terminal; or when there is no intersection between the pre-selected slice information and the configuration slice information of the terminal, filling the network slice information which the terminal wants to request according to the configuration slice information of the terminal.
However, when the terminal carries the configuration slice information in the registration request and sends the configuration slice information to the network device, the terminal needs to retry to match the preselected slice information with the newly configured slice information in the next registration process after the network device sends a registration response to send the new slice configuration, so as to request the preselected slice information from the network device, which results in the problems of slow speed of establishing a service channel by the terminal and delayed service of the terminal.

It should be noted that, in the initial registration process, the network device may receive a registration request message carrying a cell requesting mapping of slice information, or may receive a registration request message carrying a cell requesting slice information, and no matter which cell is received by the network device, a process of finding network slice information that the terminal desires to request from the network device needs to be performed.
S202, acquiring at least part of pre-selected slice information from the cell requesting mapping of slice information; the pre-selected slice information is slice information selected in advance from the signed slice information of the terminal.
In the embodiment of the application, after acquiring at least part of the preselected slice information from the cell requesting mapping of the slice information, the network device searches for the slice information allowed in the first network, and determines a first association relationship between at least part of the preselected slice information and the slice information allowed in the first network.
It should be noted that at least part of the pre-selected slice information includes slice information that matches the configuration slice information in the corresponding pre-selected slice information when the configuration slice information and the pre-selected slice information do not match, and when the corresponding total pre-selected slice information and the configuration slice information and the pre-selected slice information at least partially match.
And S203, configuring the allowable slice information by using at least part of the pre-selected slice information.
In the embodiment of the present application, the network device determines whether the slice permitted in the first network is associated with the preselected slice information, and configures corresponding permitted slice information in the registration response, otherwise further negotiates and re-determines the specific permitted slice information.
Further, if the network device searches the request slice information cell from the registration request message, the network device searches the matched slice information from the request slice information cell, and then the network device obtains a second association relationship between the matched slice information and the slice information permitted under the first network; and configuring the allowable slice information according to the second association relation.
S204, generating a registration response message according to the slicing permission information; and transmits a registration response message to the terminal.
In the embodiment of the application, after the network equipment determines the slicing permission information, the network equipment generates a registration response message according to the slicing permission information and sends the registration response message to the terminal, and the terminal selects a proper available network slice to establish a service channel according to the slicing permission information in the registration response message and by combining the service requirement of the terminal, and performs data transmission.
It can be understood that, because the cell requesting mapping slice information supports reporting of mapping slice information associated with a PDU session in a mobility update registration process, and extends an application scenario and a type of carried information of the cell, the terminal can send at least part of preselected slice information to the network device in time by requesting the cell requesting mapping slice information to upload the preselected slice information in a scenario where the terminal enters the first network and performs registration, thereby increasing a speed of establishing a service channel by the terminal and reducing a delay of a terminal service.
An embodiment of the present application provides a terminal, as shown in fig. 7, where the terminal 1 includes:
a determining unit 10, configured to enter a first network, trigger an initiation procedure of a registration request message, and determine preselected slice information; the pre-selection slice information is slice information selected from signed slice information of the terminal in advance;
an adding unit 11, configured to add at least part of the pre-selected slice information to a request mapping slice information element, and add the request mapping slice information element to the registration request message;
a first sending unit 12, configured to send the registration request message to a network device, so that the network device allocates network resources to the terminal according to at least part of the preselected slice information in the registration request message.
Optionally, the determining unit 10 is further configured to determine configuration slice information of the terminal;
the adding unit 11 is further configured to add the pre-selected slice information to the request mapping slice information cell if it is detected that the configuration slice information does not match the pre-selected slice information.
Optionally, the determining unit 10 is further configured to determine configuration slice information of the terminal;
the adding unit 11 is further configured to add slice information, which matches the configuration slice information, in the pre-selected slice information to the request mapping slice information cell if at least partial match between the configuration slice information and the pre-selected slice information is detected.
Optionally, the configuring slice information includes: at least one of allocated slice information corresponding to the first network, configuration slice information corresponding to the first network, and pre-configured slice information.
The terminal provided by the embodiment of the application enters a first network and triggers an annotation initiating process of a registration request message to determine preselected slice information; the pre-selected slice information is slice information selected from signed slice information of the terminal in advance; adding at least part of the pre-selected slice information to the cell requesting mapping slice information; and adding the request mapping slice information cell into a registration request message, and sending the registration request message to the network equipment so that the network equipment allocates network resources for the terminal according to at least part of preselected slice information in the registration request message. Therefore, in the terminal provided by this embodiment, because the cell requesting mapping slice information supports reporting of mapping slice information associated with a PDU session in a mobility update registration process, and an application scenario and a type of carried information of the cell are extended, the terminal can send preselected slice information to a network device in time by requesting the cell requesting mapping slice information to upload at least part of the preselected slice information in a scenario in which the terminal enters a first network and performs registration, thereby increasing a speed at which the terminal establishes a service channel and reducing a delay of a terminal service.
Fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of a composition structure of a terminal 1 according to an embodiment of the present application, and in practical application, based on the same disclosure concept of the foregoing embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the terminal 1 according to the present embodiment includes: a first transmitter 13, a first processor 14, a first memory 15 and a first communication bus 16.
In a Specific embodiment, the determining unit 10 and the adding unit 11 may be implemented by a Processor 14 located on the terminal 1, the first transmitting unit 12 may be implemented by a first transmitter 13 located on the terminal 1, and the first Processor 14 may be at least one of an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), a Digital Signal Processing Device (DSPD), a Programmable Logic image Processing Device (PLD), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), a CPU, a controller, a microcontroller, and a microprocessor. It is understood that the electronic device for implementing the above-mentioned processor function may be other devices, and the embodiment is not limited in particular.
In the embodiment of the present application, the first communication bus 16 is used to realize connection communication among the first transmitter 13, the first processor 14 and the first memory 15; the first transmitter 13 is configured to send the registration request message to a network device, so that the network device allocates network resources to the terminal according to at least part of the preselected slice information in the registration request message; the first processor 14 implements the following resource allocation method when executing the execution program stored in the first memory 15:
entering a first network and triggering an initiating process of a registration request message to determine preselected slice information; the pre-selection slice information is slice information selected from signed slice information of the terminal in advance; adding at least part of the pre-selected slice information into a request mapping slice information element and adding the request mapping slice information element into the registration request message.
Further, in the above embodiment, the first processor 14 is further configured to add the preselected slice information to the request mapping slice information cell if it is detected that the configuration slice information does not match the preselected slice information.
Further, in the above embodiment, the first processor 14 is further configured to add slice information, which matches the configuration slice information, in the pre-selected slice information to the request mapping slice information cell if at least a partial match between the configuration slice information and the pre-selected slice information is detected.
Further, in the above embodiment, the configuring slice information includes: at least one of allocated slice information corresponding to the first network, configuration slice information corresponding to the first network, and pre-configured slice information.
Based on the foregoing embodiments, an embodiment of the present application provides a network device 2, and as shown in fig. 9, the network device 2 includes:
a receiving unit 20, configured to receive a registration request message sent by a terminal;
a search unit 21, configured to search for a request mapping slice information element from the registration request message;
an obtaining unit 22, configured to obtain at least part of the pre-selected slice information from the request mapping slice information cell; the pre-selection slice information is slice information selected from signed slice information of the terminal in advance;
a configuration unit 23 configured to configure allowable slice information using the at least part of the pre-selected slice information;
a generating unit 24, configured to generate a registration response message according to the slicing permission information;
a second sending unit 25, configured to send the registration response message to the terminal.
The network device provided by the embodiment of the application receives a registration request message sent by a terminal, and searches a request mapping slice information cell from the registration request message; acquiring at least part of pre-selected slice information from the cell requesting mapping of slice information; the pre-selected slice information is slice information selected from signed slice information of the terminal in advance; configuring allowable slice information using at least part of the pre-selected slice information; generating a registration response message according to the slicing permission information; and transmits a registration response message to the terminal. Therefore, in the network device provided by this embodiment, because the cell requesting mapping slice information supports reporting of mapping slice information associated with a PDU session in a mobility update registration process, and an application scenario and a type of carried information of the cell are extended, the terminal uploads at least part of preselected slice information by requesting the cell mapping slice information in a scenario where the terminal enters the first network and performs registration, the network device can receive the preselected slice information in time, thereby increasing a speed of establishing a service channel by the terminal, and reducing a delay of a terminal service.
Fig. 10 is a schematic diagram of a second composition structure of a network device 2 according to an embodiment of the present application, and in practical application, based on the same disclosure concept of the foregoing embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, the network device 2 according to the present embodiment includes: a second transmitter 26, a second processor 27, a second memory 28 and a second communication bus 29.
In a specific embodiment, the receiving unit 20, the searching unit 21, the obtaining unit 22, the configuring unit 23, and the generating unit 24 may be implemented by a second processor 27 located on the network device 2, the second sending unit 25 may be implemented by a second transmitter 26 located on the network device 2, and the second processor 27 may be at least one of an ASIC, a DSP, a DSPD, a PLD, an FPGA, a CPU, a controller, a microcontroller, and a microprocessor. It is understood that the electronic device for implementing the above-mentioned processor function may be other devices, and the embodiment is not limited in particular.
In the embodiment of the present application, the second communication bus 29 is used for implementing connection communication among the second transmitter 26, the second processor 27 and the second memory 28; the second transmitter 26, configured to transmit the registration response message to the terminal; the second processor 27 implements the following resource allocation method when executing the execution program stored in the second memory 28:
receiving a registration request message sent by a terminal, and searching a request mapping slice information cell from the registration request message; acquiring at least part of pre-selected slice information from the request mapping slice information cell; the pre-selection slice information is slice information selected from signed slice information of the terminal in advance; configuring allowable slice information using the at least part of the pre-selected slice information; generating a registration response message according to the slicing permission information; and sending the registration response message to the terminal.
The present invention provides a storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, the computer readable storage medium storing one or more programs, the one or more programs being executable by one or more processors, wherein the one or more processors include a first processor and a second processor, and the computer program implements the resource allocation method as described above.
It should be noted that, in this document, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will clearly understand that the method of the above embodiments can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware, but in many cases, the former is a better implementation manner. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present disclosure may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium (e.g., ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk) and includes instructions for enabling an image display device (e.g., a mobile phone, a computer, a server, an air conditioner, or a network device) to execute the method according to the embodiments of the present disclosure.

Claims (10)

1. A resource allocation method is applied to a terminal, and the method comprises the following steps:
entering a first network and triggering an initiating process of a registration request message to determine preselected slice information; the pre-selection slice information is slice information selected from signed slice information of the terminal in advance;
adding at least part of the pre-selection slice information into a request mapping slice information cell, and adding the request mapping slice information cell into the registration request message;
and sending the registration request message to network equipment so that the network equipment allocates network resources to the terminal according to at least part of the preselected slice information in the registration request message.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein said adding at least some of said preselected slice information to a request map slice information element comprises:
determining configuration slice information of the terminal;
if the configuration slice information and the pre-selection slice information are detected not to match, adding the pre-selection slice information to the request mapping slice information cell.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein said adding at least some of said preselected slice information to a request map slice information element comprises:
determining configuration slice information of the terminal;
and if at least partial match between the configuration slice information and the pre-selection slice information is detected, adding the slice information matched with the configuration slice information in the pre-selection slice information into the request mapping slice information cell.
4. The method of claim 2 or 3, wherein configuring slice information comprises: at least one of allocated slice information corresponding to the first network, configuration slice information corresponding to the first network, and pre-configured slice information.
5. A resource allocation method is applied to a network device, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving a registration request message sent by a terminal, and searching a request mapping slice information cell from the registration request message;
acquiring at least part of pre-selected slice information from the request mapping slice information cell; the pre-selection slice information is slice information selected from signed slice information of the terminal in advance;
configuring allowable slice information using the at least part of the pre-selected slice information;
generating a registration response message according to the slicing permission information; and sending the registration response message to the terminal.
6. A terminal, characterized in that the terminal comprises:
the determining unit is used for entering a first network, triggering an initiating process of a registration request message and determining preselected slice information; the pre-selection slice information is slice information selected from signed slice information of the terminal in advance;
an adding unit, configured to add at least part of the pre-selection slice information to a request mapping slice information cell, and add the request mapping slice information cell to the registration request message;
and the first sending unit is used for sending the registration request message to network equipment so that the network equipment can allocate network resources to the terminal according to at least part of the preselected slice information in the registration request message.
7. A terminal, characterized in that the terminal comprises: a first processor, a first memory, a first transmitter, and a first communication bus; the first processor, when executing the running program stored in the first memory, implements the method of any of claims 1-4.
8. A network device, wherein the device comprises:
a receiving unit, configured to receive a registration request message sent by a terminal;
a searching unit, configured to search for a request mapping slice information cell from the registration request message;
an obtaining unit, configured to obtain at least part of the pre-selected slice information from the request mapping slice information cell; the pre-selection slice information is slice information selected from signed slice information of the terminal in advance;
a configuration unit for configuring allowable slice information using the at least part of the pre-selected slice information;
a generating unit, configured to generate a registration response message according to the slicing permission information;
and the second sending unit is used for sending the registration response message to the terminal.
9. A network device, the device comprising: the second processor, the second memory, the second transmitter and the second communication bus; the second processor, when executing the operating program stored in the second memory, implements the method of any of claims 5.
10. A storage medium on which a computer program is stored, which computer program, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method according to any one of claims 1-5.
