Claims (10)

1. An image-based television control method, characterized in that the image-based television control method comprises:
when media playing is detected, target image data is acquired;
extracting characteristic data of the target image data to obtain an extraction result;
if the face image data exists in the extraction result, determining the watching state and the identity information of the user according to the face image data;
and controlling the running mode of the target television according to the user watching state and the user identity information.
2. The image-based television control method according to claim 1, wherein the extracting feature data of the target image data to obtain an extraction result comprises:
extracting image frame data in the target image data;
identifying each image frame data to obtain characteristic data existing in each image frame data;
determining an existing object in the target image data and image data corresponding to the existing object according to the feature data;
and obtaining an extraction result according to the existing object and the image data corresponding to the existing object.
3. The image-based television control method of claim 1, wherein the determining of the user viewing status and the user identity information from the facial image data comprises:
extracting a characteristic block of the face image data;
determining the watching state of the user according to the characteristic blocks;
and determining user identity information according to the facial image data.
4. The image-based television control method of claim 3, wherein said determining a user viewing status from said feature patches comprises:
acquiring an eye feature block in the feature blocks;
identifying an eye state corresponding to the eye feature block;
and determining the watching state of the user according to the eye state.
5. The image-based television control method of claim 3, wherein the determining user identity information from the facial image data comprises:
comparing the human face in a preset database according to the human face image data to obtain a comparison result;
obtaining preset image data which is the same as the face image data in the preset database according to the comparison result;
searching corresponding target identity information in the preset database according to the preset image data;
and determining user identity information according to the target identity information.
6. The image-based television control method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the controlling of the operation mode of the target television according to the user viewing status and the user identity information comprises:
if the user watching state is not the preset watching state, acquiring the duration of the user watching state;
if the duration does not exceed the preset duration, determining the corresponding age of the target user according to the user identity information;
if the age does not exceed a preset age threshold, adjusting the running mode of the target television to be a standby mode;
and if the age exceeds a preset age threshold value, adjusting the running mode of the target television to be a low volume mode.
7. The image-based television control method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the controlling of the operation mode of the target television according to the user viewing status and the user identity information comprises:
if the user watching state is a preset watching state, determining the corresponding age of the target user according to the user identity information;
if the age exceeds a preset age threshold, controlling the target television to keep a current operation mode;
and if the age does not exceed a preset age threshold value, adjusting the running mode of the target television to be a teenager mode.
8. An image-based television control apparatus, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring target image data when media playing is detected;
the extraction module is used for extracting the characteristic data of the target image data to obtain an extraction result;
the determining module is used for determining the watching state of the user and the identity information of the user according to the facial image data if the facial image data exist in the extraction result;
and the control module is used for controlling the running mode of the target television according to the user watching state and the user identity information.
9. An image-based television control apparatus, the apparatus comprising: a memory, a processor, and an image-based television control program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the image-based television control program configured to implement the image-based television control method of any of claims 1 to 7.
10. A storage medium having stored thereon an image-based television control program which, when executed by a processor, implements the image-based television control method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
