In addition, the sequence of steps in the embodiments of the methods described below is merely an example, and is not strictly limited.
The cloud system provided by the embodiment of the application can realize management of the exclusive physical server of the user on the cloud, wherein the exclusive physical server of the user can comprise a physical server hosted by the user and/or a physical server leased by the user. For a physical server hosted by a user, the owner of its assets may be the user; for a physical server leased by a user, the owner of its assets may be the tenant that leases the physical server to the user, such as a cloud service provider. The following description mainly takes an example that a user-dedicated physical server is a physical server hosted by a user, that is, an example that an intelligent hosting service is provided for the user.
The user-specific physical server may be located in a computer room and serve as a compute node in a compute cluster. For a machine room where a user-specific physical server is located, the application may not be limited, for example, as shown in fig. 1A, the user-specific physical server may be deployed in a cloud machine room of a cloud service provider, or may be deployed in an intelligent hosting service machine room of the cloud service provider, or may also be deployed in a third party machine room. It should be noted that the disposition shown in fig. 1A is merely an example.
Referring to fig. 1A, a computing cluster, a storage cluster, a network device, and a management and control device of a public cloud 11A may be deployed in a cloud room 11, where a management and control system of the public cloud may be run on the management and control device. A computing cluster, a storage cluster and network devices of the intelligent hosting service area 11B may also be deployed in the cloud computer room 11, where the intelligent hosting service area 11B may be incorporated into the public cloud 11A, the computing cluster in the intelligent hosting server area 11B may be controlled by a control device in the public cloud 11A, and a computing node in the computing cluster in the intelligent hosting service area 11B may be a physical server dedicated to a user. It should be understood that different user-specific physical servers may be deployed within the same cloud 11, for example, a user a-specific physical server and a user b-specific physical server may be deployed within the same cloud 11.
And/or a computing cluster, a storage cluster and network equipment may be deployed in the intelligent hosting service room 12, the intelligent hosting service room 12 may be incorporated into the public cloud 11A, the computing cluster in the intelligent hosting service room 12 may be controlled by a control device in the public cloud 11A, and a computing node in the computing cluster in the intelligent hosting service room 12 may be a physical server dedicated to a user. It should be understood that different user-specific physical servers may be deployed within the same intelligent hosted service room 12, for example, a user a-specific physical server and a user b-specific physical server may be deployed within the same intelligent hosted service room 12.
And/or a computing cluster, a storage cluster and network equipment may be deployed in the third party computer room 13, the third party computer room 13 may be incorporated into the public cloud 11A, the computing cluster in the third party computer room 13 may be controlled by a control device in the public cloud 11A, and the computing node in the computing cluster in the third party computer room 13 may be a dedicated physical server for a user. It should be understood that different user-specific physical servers may be deployed within the same third party computer room 13, e.g., a user a-specific physical server and a user b-specific physical server may be deployed within the same third party computer room 13.
In practical applications, one machine room may correspond to one available area (available Zones, AZ), and for the meaning of the available area, reference may be made to specific explanations in the related art, and details are not described herein.
The user-specific physical servers deployed in the intelligent hosted server farm 11B, the intelligent hosted service room 12, and the third party room 13 may include physical servers of old users and physical servers of users that are reselled or leased by the cloud service provider. In fig. 1A, the dot-filled rectangular box may represent a physical server leased or sold by the cloud service provider to the user, and the diagonal-striped filled rectangular box may represent an old physical server of the user. For cloud service providers, the old physical server of the user is generally a non-standard server, and thus a specific technology is required to take charge of the old physical server of the user so that the user can utilize the old physical server to cloud.
After the old physical server of the user is managed to provide the Cloud capability of the old machine for the user, the old physical server of the user can access a Virtual Private Cloud (VPC). The cloud service provider can create a cloud server on an old physical server of a user to serve the user, and the user can deal with the burst load by using elasticity on the cloud through a VPC network. It should be noted that, for the implementation of the old physical server for hosting the user, reference may be made to the detailed description in the related art, and details are not described here again.
In the embodiment of the application, a physical server exclusive to a user can be visible to the user and cannot be visible to other users. As shown in fig. 1B, assuming that the network segment of VPC of user a is 192.168.0.0/16, the network segment of the Subnet (Subnet) where the physical server hosted by user a is located is 192.168.2.0/24, and the IP address of the physical server hosted by user a is 192.168.2.10, the physical server with IP address 192.168.2.10 is visible to user a (white filled representation) in the Subnet with network segment 192.168.2.0/24, and the physical servers hosted by other users (e.g., user B and user c) are not visible to user a (gray filled representation).
It should be noted that the "user" in the embodiment of the present application may specifically be an enterprise or an individual using a cloud service provided by a cloud service provider, and may own a user account.
Some embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The embodiments described below and the features of the embodiments can be combined with each other without conflict.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a cloud system according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 2, the cloud system according to the embodiment may include: a control console 21 of a public cloud, a management and control system 22 of the public cloud, and at least one physical server 23 exclusive to a user; the at least one physical server 23 has a corresponding resource pool identifier, and the resource pool identifier is used for identifying a resource pool formed by the at least one physical server.
In the embodiment of the application, the resource pool formed by the exclusive physical server of the user can be identified, so that at least one exclusive physical server of the user can have a corresponding resource pool identifier for hosting the exclusive physical server of the user. Taking a hosting scenario as an example, a resource pool for hosting a user-specific physical server may be referred to as a Managed Private Space (MPS), for example. The resource pool for hosting a physical server specific to a certain user may be visible to that user.
In the embodiment of the application, a single physical server dedicated to the user can be identified, so that at least one physical server dedicated to the user can have a corresponding server identifier. In practical application, the server identifier corresponding to the user-specific physical server at the user view angle can be decoupled, so that the index, the parameter and the like of the user-specific physical server can be selectively exposed to the user. Taking a hosting scenario as an example, there may be two server identifications used to identify a single physical server that is specific to a user, one of which may be visible to the user, and the other of which may not be visible to the user.
For example, as shown in fig. 3, in a certain available area, the MPS of the available area may include n physical servers, which are PS1 to PSn, respectively, and the cloud products corresponding to the n physical servers may be different, for example, PS1 and PS2 may correspond to the same one or more cloud products, and the PSn may correspond to the same one or more cloud products, and of course, in other embodiments, the cloud products corresponding to the n physical servers may also be the same. Accordingly, PS1 'to PSn' corresponding one-to-one to PS1 to PSn may be included in the computing cluster. It should be understood that PSi and PSi' are two different server identifications of the same physical server, with j being equal to 1 to n. It should be noted that the dark gray filled portion in fig. 3 may be shown as invisible to the user.
In the embodiment of the present application, the console 21 of the public cloud may provide an interactive function to the user. The console 21 of the public cloud may be configured to send a resource creation request to the management and control system 22 of the public cloud in response to an operation of the user, where the resource creation request may include an identifier of a resource (i.e., the aforementioned resource pool identifier) composed of at least one physical server specific to the user. For example, the console 21 of the public cloud may send a resource creation request to the control system in response to the operation of the user a, and the resource creation request may include therein an identification of a resource pool composed of physical servers specific to the user a.
By including the identification of the resource pool (e.g., MPS _ ID) composed of the user-specific physical servers in the resource creation request, the governing system 22 of the public cloud can create a cloud server on the user-specific physical server. The resource creating request is used for requesting to create cloud resources, the cloud resources comprise cloud servers, and the resource creating request can further comprise user accounts.
In this embodiment, the management and control system 22 of the public cloud may be configured to manage a cloud server and/or a cloud product based on the cloud server (hereinafter, referred to as a cloud product, for example, a cloud database, a big data service, etc.). After receiving the resource creation request sent by the console 21 of the public cloud, the management and control system 22 of the public cloud may create a cloud server on the target physical server 23A in the resource pool identified by the resource pool identifier according to the resource creation request. Illustratively, the governments for cloud products and cloud servers may be decoupled.
In an embodiment, the management and control system 22 of the public cloud may include a cloud server management and control system of the public cloud, and the resource creation request may further include a user account of the user; the public cloud management and control system may be configured to create a cloud server for the user account on the target physical server in the resource pool identified by the resource pool identifier according to the resource creation request. Therefore, the user can use the user account as required to create the cloud server in the resource pool formed by at least one exclusive physical server of the user.
In another embodiment, the management and control system 22 of the public cloud may include a cloud product management and control system of the public cloud and a cloud server management and control system of the public cloud, and the resource creation request may further include a user account of the user; the cloud product management and control system of the public cloud can be used for sending a cloud server creation request to the cloud server management and control system of the public cloud according to the resource creation request, wherein the cloud server creation request comprises a request account number, and the request account number comprises a user account number or a management and control account number of a cloud product of a user; the cloud server management and control system of the public cloud can be used for creating a cloud server aiming at a request account on a target physical server in a resource pool identified by a resource pool identification according to a cloud server creation request, so that a cloud product instance is created by the cloud product management and control system of the public cloud based on the cloud server. Therefore, the cloud product of the user can use the user account or the management and control account as required to create the cloud server in the resource pool formed by at least one exclusive physical server of the user.
The cloud server creation request may be used to request the cloud server management and control system to create the cloud servers, and the number of the target physical servers may be one or more. When the request account is a user account, the cloud server management and control system of the public cloud can create a cloud server for the user account, and the created cloud server can be visible to the user under the user account. When the request account is a control account, a cloud server control system of the public cloud can create a cloud server for the control account, and the created cloud server can be invisible to the user under the control account.
It should be noted that the cloud product management and control system of the public cloud and the cloud server management and control system of the public cloud may operate in the same management and control device or in different management and control devices, which is not limited in this application.
Optionally, the target physical server may be determined by a cloud server management and control system of a public cloud, based on which the cloud server creation request may include a resource pool identifier, and thus the cloud server creation request may be specifically used to request the cloud server management and control system to create a cloud server in a resource pool identified by the resource pool identifier.
In one embodiment, the cloud server management and control system of the public cloud may be specifically configured to determine, according to the resource pool identifier, a target physical server in the resource pool identified by the resource pool identifier, and create a cloud server for the request account on the target physical server. For example, determining a target physical server and creating a cloud server on the target physical server may be implemented in the ECS RunInstances OpenAPI, and optional schedulers operations may be passed in when the ECS RunInstances OpenAPI is called, key may be managed privatespace, and value may be MPS _ ID.
Wherein some or all of the physical servers in the resource pool identified by the resource pool identification may be candidate physical servers. When the number of the candidate physical servers is one, the cloud server management and control system of the public cloud can directly determine the candidate physical servers as target physical servers; when the number of the candidate physical servers is multiple, the cloud server management and control system of the public cloud may determine, for example, one candidate physical server from the multiple candidate physical servers as a target physical server by using a load balancing policy, and certainly, in other embodiments, the cloud server management and control system of the public cloud may also determine the target physical server by using other policies, which is not limited in this application.
In another embodiment, the cloud server management and control system of the public cloud may be specifically configured to map, according to the resource pool identifier, the resource pool identified by the resource pool identifier into an isolated domain, where the isolated domain at least includes a target physical server in the at least one physical server, determine the target physical server in the isolated domain, and create a cloud server on the target physical server. The isolation domain may be used to isolate a user-specific physical server from other non-user-specific physical servers on the public cloud, and may also be used to isolate a user-specific physical server from another user-specific physical server. By mapping the resource pool into an isolated domain, decoupling can also be achieved to facilitate management of the resource pool.
It should be noted that the physical server in the isolation domain mapped by a resource pool may be the same as the physical server in the resource pool, or may be different from the physical server in the resource pool.
For example, as shown in fig. 4, the physical servers in the isolated domain of MPS-1 mapping may be more than the physical servers in MPS-1, specifically, MPS-1 may be a resource pool composed of PS1, PS2, and PS3, and the isolated domain of MPS-1 mapping may be a resource pool composed of PS1 ' (e.g., corresponding to PS 1), PS2 ' (e.g., corresponding to PS 2), PS3 ' (e.g., corresponding to PS 3), and PS4 ', where PS4 ' may be used as a backup for any one or more of PS1 ' to PS3 ', for example. Of course, in other embodiments, there may be fewer physical servers in a resource pool mapped isolation domain than there are physical servers in the resource pool. It should be understood that,
or alternatively, the target physical server may be determined by a cloud product management system of a public cloud, and based on this, the cloud server creation request may include a server identifier of the target physical server, so that the cloud server creation request may be specifically used to request the cloud server management system to create the cloud server on the target server identified by the server identifier.
In one embodiment, the cloud product management and control system of the public cloud may be specifically configured to determine, according to the resource creation request, a target physical server in the resource pool identified by the resource pool identifier, and send a cloud server creation request including the server identifier of the target physical server to the cloud server management and control system of the public cloud; the cloud server management and control system of the public cloud may be specifically configured to create a cloud server for the request account on the target physical server.
Wherein the resource pool identifies that some or all of the physical servers in the identified resource pool may be candidate physical servers. When the number of the candidate physical servers is one, the cloud product management and control system of the public cloud can directly determine the candidate physical servers as target physical servers; when the number of the candidate physical servers is multiple, the cloud product management and control system of the public cloud may determine, for example, one candidate physical server from the multiple candidate physical servers as a target physical server by using a load balancing policy, and certainly, in other embodiments, the cloud product management and control system of the public cloud may also determine the target physical server by using other policies, which is not limited in this application.
In a scenario where a part of the physical servers in the resource pool identified by the resource pool identifier may serve as candidate physical servers, for example, the candidate physical servers may be screened out by the cloud server management and control system of the public cloud, and the list of the candidate physical servers may be sent to the cloud product management and control system of the public cloud, so that the cloud product management and control system of the public cloud may determine the target physical server from the candidate physical servers.
Taking an example of a cloud product creating a cloud server using a user account, an interaction process between a user 51, a cloud product management system 52 of a public cloud, a cloud server management system 53 of a public cloud, and an access control system 54 may be as shown in fig. 5, for example. In fig. 5, "create cloud resource" from the user 51 to the public cloud product management system 52 may correspond to the foregoing console of the public cloud sending a resource creation request to the public cloud product management system, the "create cloud server" from the public cloud product management system 52 to the public cloud server management system 53 may correspond to the foregoing cloud product management system of the public cloud sending a cloud server creation request to the public cloud server management system, and the "run instance" (i.e., RunInstance) of the public cloud server management system 53 may correspond to the foregoing cloud server management system 53 creating a cloud server on a target physical server in the resource pool identified by the resource pool identification. It should be noted that, regarding other steps in fig. 5, reference may be made to the detailed description in the related art, and details are not described herein again.
Taking an example that a cloud product creates a cloud server using its own management account, an interaction process between a user 61, a cloud product management system 62 of a public cloud, a cloud server management system 63 of a public cloud, and an access control system 64 may be as shown in fig. 6, for example. In fig. 6, "management and control account, user account, and shared physical server" of the public cloud server management and control system 63 is used to allow the management and control account of the cloud product to share a physical server specific to the user account, "screening" of the public cloud server management and control system 63 may screen out a candidate physical server corresponding to the public cloud server management and control system, "physical server list" from the public cloud server management and control system 63 to the cloud product management and control system may correspond to the public cloud server management and control system and send the list of candidate physical servers to the public cloud product management and control system, "create cloud resource" from the user 61 to the public cloud product management and control system 62 may correspond to the public cloud console and send a resource creation request to the management and control system, and "create cloud server" from the public cloud product management and control system 62 to the public cloud server management and control system 63 may correspond to the public cloud product management and control system The system sends a cloud server creation request to the cloud server management and control system of the public cloud, and a "running instance" (i.e. RunInstance) of the cloud server management and control system 63 of the public cloud may create a cloud server on a target physical server in the resource pool identified by the resource pool identifier corresponding to the aforementioned cloud server management and control system of the public cloud. It should be noted that, regarding other steps in fig. 6, reference may be made to the detailed description in the related art, and details are not repeated here.
In this embodiment of the application, a function of managing the dedicated physical server may be further provided for the user, so that the user manages the dedicated physical server, based on this, in an embodiment, the console 21 of the public cloud may be further configured to send, in response to an operation of the user, a management request for the physical server in the resource pool identified by the resource pool identifier to the management and control system, and the management and control system may be further configured to execute a corresponding processing logic according to the management request. For example, the console 21 of the public cloud may provide a function of managing dedicated cabinet information and physical machine information to a user, and may respond to the user performing operations such as checking a resource level, setting a standby machine, powering on and powering off, and maintaining the physical machine.
