The intelligent household appliance is embodied in an internet of things manner under the influence of the internet. The intelligent household appliance connects various devices (such as audio and video devices, lighting systems, curtain control, air conditioner control, security systems, digital cinema systems, audio and video servers, video cabinet systems, network household appliances and the like) in a home together through the Internet of things technology, and provides multiple functions and means such as household appliance control, lighting control, telephone remote control, indoor and outdoor remote control, anti-theft alarm, environment monitoring, heating and ventilation control, infrared forwarding, programmable timing control and the like. Compared with common household appliances, the intelligent household appliance has the traditional living function, integrates the functions of building, network communication, information household appliance and equipment automation, provides an all-around information interaction function, and even saves funds for various energy costs.
Fig. 1 illustrates an application scenario to which an embodiment of the present invention is applicable. As shown in fig. 1, the home device system includes a plurality of home devices (e.g., home device 101, home device 102, and home device 103), a router 200, a cloud server 300, and a mobile terminal 400. The home devices are connected to the network through the router 200, for example, the home device 101 in fig. 1 is connected to the network through the router 200, so that the home devices can communicate with the cloud server 300. The mobile terminal 400 may also communicate with the cloud server 300 after connecting to the network. Therefore, the control and allocation of the mobile terminal to the household appliances and the feedback of the self state information of the household appliances to the mobile terminal can be realized.
The household appliance can be connected with a network through the built-in chip. In the embodiment of the invention, the household appliances can be washing machines, air conditioners, refrigerators, electric cookers and the like, communication interconnection with the mobile terminal is realized through an access network, for example, a user can remotely control the water quantity and the mode of the washing machine to wash clothes, the temperature and the mode of the air conditioner, the cooking mode and time of the electric cooker and the like through the mobile terminal, and the household appliances can also feed back self state information, such as the water quantity, the running time length, the temperature and the like, to the mobile terminal through the cloud server. All transmission regulation and control are simple and easy to implement due to the fact that the household appliances are connected to the network.
Routers, which are hardware devices that connect two or more networks, act as gateways between the networks, and are specialized intelligent network devices that read the address in each packet and then decide how to transmit. It is capable of understanding different protocols, such as the ethernet protocol used by a certain local area network, the TCP/IP protocol used by the internet. Thus, the router can analyze the destination addresses of data packets transmitted by various different types of networks and convert the addresses of non-TCP/IP networks into TCP/IP addresses or vice versa; and then transmitting each data packet to the designated position according to the selected routing algorithm according to the optimal route. The router may connect a non-TCP/IP network to the internet.
The cloud server, which is a cloud server often called a cloud host by a service provider, is a part which is similar to a plurality of independent hosts and is fictionally represented on a group of cluster hosts, and each host in the cluster is provided with a mirror image of the cloud host. The cloud server is more flexible than the traditional server, and the cloud server can freely select the type of the operating system. The flexible capacity expansion can be realized, the problem of insufficient resources caused by sudden service increase of the low-configuration server is not needed to be worried, and the bandwidth is upgraded without halt. Compared with a traditional server, the cloud server is easier to use and more convenient to manage. The cloud server is lower in cost than a traditional server, and capital and operating expenses of software and hardware, technical maintenance and personnel support, facilities and the like of the cloud server are greatly reduced compared with the traditional server.
The mobile terminal refers to a computer device that can be used in mobile, and broadly includes a mobile phone, a notebook, a tablet computer, a POS machine, and even a vehicle-mounted computer. The mobile terminal can realize the remote control of the household appliance after accessing the network without being limited by regions.
Specifically, the home appliances 101, 102, and 103 are all connected to the network through the router 200, so as to connect the cloud server 300 and the mobile terminal 400, whereby the mobile terminal 400 sends the instruction signal to the cloud server 300, the cloud server 300 sends the instruction signal to the router 200, and the router 200 detects and identifies the destination address of the instruction signal and then sends the destination address to the corresponding home appliance 101, 102, or 103; the home devices 101, 102, and 103 may also feed back their own status information to the mobile terminal 400 through the router 200 and the cloud server 300.
However, generally, only one router is equipped for one household, the wall-through performance of the router is poor, some household appliances such as washing machines, water heaters, bedroom air conditioners and the like are located at the corners of the household, so that the WIFI signals are poor, the household appliance devices cannot be well connected to the network, the household appliance devices are disconnected from the router frequently, or disconnected from the server, so that the devices are offline, and the user experience is poor.
Based on the above problems, embodiments of the present invention provide a home appliance and a network access method for the home appliance on the premise of not adding new hardware resources, so as to solve the technical problem that the home appliance has poor networking capability due to weak signal coverage of the home appliance.
Fig. 2 is a block diagram illustrating a hardware configuration of a possible home device according to an embodiment of the present invention.
In some embodiments, the home appliance may be a home appliance to be networked, including a WIFI module and an MCU;
in some embodiments, the WIFI module, also known as a serial port WIFI module, belongs to an internet of things transport layer, and functions to convert a serial port or TTL level into an embedded module that conforms to a WIFI wireless network communication standard, and embeds a wireless network protocol ieee802.11b.g.n protocol stack and a TCP/IP protocol stack. Traditional hardware equipment embedding WIFI module can directly utilize WIFI to join in the internet, is the important component that realizes internet of things applications such as wireless intelligent house, M2M. The WIFI module includes two types of topological forms: infrastructure networks (Infra) and ad hoc networks (Adhoc). The WIFI module can include following several modes of operation: 1. an AP, i.e., a wireless access point, is a creator of a wireless network and is a central node of the network. A wireless router used in a typical home or office is an AP. 2. STA stations, each terminal connected to a wireless network (e.g., laptop, PDA, and other user equipment that may be networked) may be referred to as a station. In the embodiment of the invention, the WIFI module is built in the household appliance equipment, other networks can be accessed through the STA site function of the WIFI module, and the WIFI module can be configured as an expanded access point through the AP function of the WIFI module so as to be used for connecting other equipment with the network.
The MCU, also called a Single Chip Microcomputer (MCU) or a Single Chip Microcomputer (MCU), properly reduces the frequency and specification of a Central Processing Unit (CPU), and integrates peripheral interfaces such as a memory (memory), a counter (Timer), a USB, an a/D converter, a UART, a PLC, a DMA, and even an LCD driving circuit on a Single Chip to form a Chip-level computer, which performs different combination control for different applications. In the embodiment of the invention, the MCU is a control core for enabling the household appliance to access the network, and is used for judging the signal intensity, determining the access point of the household appliance, configuring the WIFI module and the like.
Based on the hardware configuration block diagram of the home appliance shown in fig. 2, some embodiments of the present invention further provide a network access method for the home appliance, as shown in fig. 3.
301, the household electrical appliance to be networked scans the access signal intensity of each access point;
each access point comprises a router and at least one home appliance which is accessed to the network; the home appliances which are already networked configure themselves as extended access points after the home appliances which are already networked access the network through the router;
step 302, the household appliance to be networked determines an access point of the household appliance to be networked according to the access signal strength of the router and the comprehensive signal strength of at least one household appliance already networked;
the integrated signal intensity of the networked household appliances is the signal intensity of the networked household appliances for providing access service for the household appliances to be networked through the router; the comprehensive signal intensity of the networked household appliances is determined according to the access signal intensity of the networked household appliances and the switching signal intensity of the networked household appliances.
Specifically, the networked home appliance refers to a home appliance that has been networked by a router and configures itself as an extended access point, and in the embodiment of the present invention, the home appliance may be a plurality of networked home appliances, and the extended access point and the access point of the router together form a scanning object of the home appliance to be networked. The networked home appliances may be networked directly through a router or indirectly through a router, and the indirect networking through a router means networking through other networked home appliances, and these networked home appliances are also directly or indirectly connected to a router. After the home appliances to be networked scan, according to the access signal strength of the router and the comprehensive signal strength of at least one home appliance already networked, a final access point is determined in the router and the plurality of home appliances already networked according to a preset rule, where the preset rule may be to select an access point with the highest signal strength or select any one of the access points with a strength greater than a certain strength. The integrated signal strength of the networked home appliance may be processed and calculated in various manners, for example, by adding the access signal strength of the networked home appliance to the transfer signal strength of the networked home appliance, and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
For example, the home appliances to be networked are washing machines, and the home appliances already networked are rice cookers and air conditioners. The electric cooker and the air conditioner are both connected to the network through the router and are configured as extended access points. As shown in table 1, the washing machine scans the access signal strengths of the router and the electric cooker, the air conditioner, and obtains the signal strengths of the electric cooker, the air conditioner access router. The washing machine adds the access signal intensity of the electric cooker and the signal intensity of the access router of the electric cooker to obtain the comprehensive signal intensity of the electric cooker, and adds the access signal intensity of the air conditioner and the signal intensity of the access router of the air conditioner to obtain the comprehensive signal intensity of the air conditioner. The access signal intensity of the router is judged and compared with the comprehensive signal intensity of the electric cooker and the air conditioner, the access signal intensity of the router is judged to be strongest, namely-60 dB, which is more than-70 dB of the comprehensive signal intensity of the electric cooker and-80 dB of the comprehensive signal intensity of the air conditioner, and therefore the access point of the washing machine is determined to be the router. The above are merely examples, and embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto.

and step 404, accessing the household appliance to be networked into an access point of the household appliance to be networked.
Specifically, a user first allocates a network to the home appliance device to be networked, so that the home appliance device to be networked is connected to the router, and then determines whether the access signal strength of the router is smaller than a first threshold, where the first threshold is a minimum signal strength or a range within which the home appliance device can access the router to keep a network signal stable, and is related to brands, performances and the like of the home appliance device and the router, and can be determined according to actual experience, such as-80 dB, -90dB, or-90 dB-80 dB, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto. And under the condition that the access signal strength of the router is judged to be smaller than the first threshold value, determining a final access point according to a preset rule through the comprehensive signal strength of the household appliances which are accessed to the network. The specific steps for determining the access point have been described previously and will not be described again.
For example, the home appliances to be networked are washing machines, and the home appliances already networked are rice cookers and air conditioners. The electric cooker and the air conditioner are connected to the network through the router and are configured as extended access points. As shown in table 2, if the washing machine determines that-100 dB of the access signal intensity of the router is smaller than-80 dB of the first threshold, the signal intensity of the router accessed by the electric cooker and the air conditioner is obtained; and adding the access signal intensity of the electric cooker and the signal intensity of the access router of the electric cooker to obtain the comprehensive signal intensity of the electric cooker, and adding the access signal intensity of the air conditioner and the signal intensity of the access router of the air conditioner to obtain the comprehensive signal intensity of the air conditioner. And judging and comparing the comprehensive signal intensity of the electric cooker and the air conditioner, wherein the comprehensive signal intensity of the electric cooker is judged to be the strongest, namely-70 dB which is more than-80 dB of the comprehensive signal intensity of the air conditioner, so that the access point of the washing machine is determined to be the electric cooker. The above are merely examples, and embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto.

TABLE 2
When the MCU is set to determine that the access signal strength of the router is smaller than the first threshold value, the switching signal strength of the networked household appliance is acquired, additional access point selection is provided for the household appliance to be networked, the number of times of calculation of the networked household appliance serving as an access point is reduced, and meanwhile, the optimal access point can be selected from the networked household appliance under the condition that the access signal of the router of the household appliance to be networked is weak, so that the networking capability of the household appliance to be networked is further improved, and the user experience is greatly improved.
In some embodiments, the MCU is further configured to configure the WIFI module to access the router when it is determined that the access signal strength of the router is not less than the first threshold;
the WIFI module is also used for accessing the router.
Correspondingly, when the household appliance to be networked determines that the access signal strength of the router is not less than the first threshold value, the household appliance to be networked accesses the router.
For example, the home appliances to be networked are washing machines, and the home appliances already networked are rice cookers and air conditioners. The electric cooker and the air conditioner are both connected to the network through the router and are configured as extended access points. As shown in Table 3, if the washing machine determines that-70 dB of the access signal intensity of the router is greater than-80 dB of the first threshold value, the washing machine accesses the router and does not judge the comprehensive signal intensity of the electric cooker and the air conditioner. The above are merely examples, and embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto.

Therefore, the household appliance to be networked preferentially accesses the router when the access signal strength of the router is higher, and the stability and the safety of signals are preferentially ensured.
The embodiment of the invention provides another possible hardware configuration diagram based on the hardware configuration of fig. 2. As shown in fig. 5, the method further includes:
the instruction transceiver is used for receiving and transmitting instructions according to the configuration of the MCU; specifically, if the household appliance to be networked accesses the router, the instruction transceiver can receive instruction information sent by the cloud server through the router and send state information of the household appliance to the cloud server through the router; if the household appliances to be networked access any one networked household appliance, the command transceiver can receive command information sent by the cloud server through the networked household appliance and send self state information to the cloud server through the networked household appliance, and the command transceiver of the networked household appliance can judge a source address and a destination address of a command according to the identification of the command, so that the command is transmitted to the household appliance or the router connected with the household appliance or the router, and then the command is sent to the cloud server by the router. The cloud server and the mobile terminal send and receive instructions and state information, and therefore remote control of the mobile terminal on the networked household appliances is achieved.
In some embodiments, after the home device to be networked accesses the access point of the home device to be networked, the method further includes the following steps, as shown in fig. 6:
601, the access point of the household electrical appliance to be accessed to the network judges whether the household electrical appliance to be accessed to the network is legal or not, if so, the access is allowed, and if not, the access is added to a blacklist and the access is forbidden;
specifically, the method for determining whether the device is legal includes, but is not limited to, the following examples: and the household appliances which are already connected to the network acquire the unique serial number of the household appliances to be connected to the network, the unique serial number is checked with the cloud end, the cloud end judges that the household appliances are stored in the network, the household appliances are allowed to be connected, and otherwise, the household appliances are not allowed to be connected.
Step 602, the household electrical appliance to be networked sends a first instruction to a cloud server through an access point of the household electrical appliance to be networked;
or the household appliance to be networked receives the second instruction sent by the cloud server through the access point of the household appliance to be networked.
Thus, if the household appliance to be networked determines that the router is the access point, the household appliance to be networked transmits and receives the instruction through the router; if any one networked household appliance is determined to be the access point, the instructions are received and transmitted through the networked household appliance, so that the instructions can be timely and efficiently transmitted between the household appliance and the cloud server, and good communication interconnection between the household appliance and the cloud server is facilitated.
The embodiment of the invention also provides another household appliance, wherein the household appliance is a household appliance which is connected to the network and comprises an MCU (microprogrammed control unit) and a WIFI (wireless fidelity) module;
in some embodiments, the MCU is configured to configure itself as an extended access point when it is determined that the access signal strength of the router is greater than the second threshold after accessing the router;
the WIFI module is used for providing comprehensive signal intensity; the comprehensive signal intensity is the signal intensity of providing access service for the household appliances to be accessed to the network through the router; the comprehensive signal strength is determined according to the access signal strength of the household appliance and the switching signal strength of the household appliance; the switching signal strength is the access signal strength of the household appliance access router.
Correspondingly, after the household appliance to be networked accesses the router, when the strength of the access signal of the router is determined to be greater than a second threshold value, the household appliance to be networked configures itself as an extended access point.
Specifically, a user firstly distributes a network to the household appliances to be networked, and the household appliances to be networked are connected with the router to become the networked household appliances. And then judging whether the access signal strength of the router is greater than a second threshold, wherein the second threshold is the minimum signal strength or a range of the network signal which can be stably expanded when the household appliance accesses the router, and is related to brands, performances and the like of the household appliance and the router, and the determination can be carried out according to actual experience, such as-30 dB, -40dB or-40 dB-30 dB, and the embodiment of the invention does not limit the determination.
Therefore, when the access signal strength of the router is determined to be greater than the second threshold value, the router is configured as an extended access point to be used for connecting other household appliances to be networked, which are not well accessed to the router, so that the household appliances to be networked become access points with the same function as the router, access points except the router are provided for the household appliances to be networked, the problem that the signal strength of the router cannot cover the household appliances to be networked due to the fact that the household appliances to be networked are far away from the router and are relatively deviated is avoided, and more optimal signal strengths are provided for the selection of the access points for the other household appliances to be networked. Therefore, the networking capability of the household appliance to be networked is improved, the phenomenon that the household appliance is disconnected from the server due to frequent disconnection from the router or the connection signal with the router is poor is avoided, and the user experience is greatly improved.
The embodiment of the invention provides another possible hardware configuration diagram based on the hardware configuration of fig. 2. As shown in fig. 7, the method further includes: a Bluetooth module;
in some embodiments, after the home appliance to be networked accesses the network through the router, the home appliance becomes a networked home appliance, and the MCU built in the networked home appliance is configured to configure itself as an extended access point through the WIFI module; or, configuring the Bluetooth module as an extended access point.
In some embodiments, the WIFI module or the bluetooth module expands the access signal strength of the networked home appliance device according to the configuration of the MCU, so that other home appliance devices to be networked can be connected; the WIFI module or the Bluetooth module of the networked household appliance can send broadcast messages, and the broadcast messages comprise the identification of the networked household appliance, the physical address of the networked household appliance and the switching signal strength of the networked household appliance.
In some embodiments, the WIFI module of the home appliance to be networked scans the WIFI module of the home appliance to be networked or an access point extended by the bluetooth module, and if the home appliance to be networked extends the access signal strength through the WIFI module, the WIFI module of the home appliance to be networked is connected to the WIFI module of the home appliance to be networked; if the household electrical appliance which is connected to the network is to expand the access signal intensity through the Bluetooth module, the WIFI module of the household electrical appliance which is to be connected to the network is connected with the Bluetooth module of the household electrical appliance which is connected to the network.
Through setting up WIFI module or bluetooth module and go out as the access point extension with self, avoided not having under the condition of the function of extension access point at the WIFI module, the same function also can be realized to the bluetooth module, will be about to the access point extend, increased the probability of successful extension access point, further guaranteed that other and the not good household electrical appliances of treating the network of router access can be connected and use, the household electrical appliances of treating the network of other provide more preferred signal strength for the access point is selected to the household electrical appliances of treating the network.
Therefore, the household appliance is configured to be an access point for expansion, and the broadcasting message can be sent through the WIFI module or the Bluetooth module to adapt to the expansion requirements of different household appliances. If the WIFI module of some household appliances has the SOFTAP function, broadcasting can be carried out through the WIFI module; some household appliances do not have the SOFTAP function in the WIFI module and can be carried out through the Bluetooth module; some household electrical appliances also have the SOFTAP function at the WIFI module, still can select to broadcast through the bluetooth module. The broadcast information is set to further comprise the identification of the networked household appliance, so that the household appliance to be networked can conveniently and accurately judge whether the networked household appliance is a legal and safe access point or not, and the security and the accuracy of the network access are improved; the broadcasting information also comprises the physical address of the household appliance which is accessed to the network, so that the household appliance to be accessed to the network can conveniently and rapidly acquire the physical address of the household appliance which is accessed to the network and access the household appliance, and the access efficiency and accuracy are improved.
In order to more clearly describe the method for accessing the network by the home appliance, the network accessing process involved in the embodiment of the present invention is generally described below with reference to fig. 8. step 801, a user carries out network distribution on second household electrical appliance equipment;
specifically, when the second household electrical appliance is first networked, the mobile terminal of the user is connected through the WIFI module or the Bluetooth module, and the user configures the connected router for the second household electrical appliance through the mobile terminal. After the first configuration, the second household appliance can directly scan the access signal intensity of the router without a subsequent network distribution.
Step 802, connecting the second household appliance with a router;
step 803, when the second household appliance determines that the access signal strength of the router is greater than a second threshold value, configuring the second household appliance itself as an extended access point through a WIFI module or a bluetooth module;
step 804, the user performs network distribution on the first household appliance;
specifically, when the first household electrical appliance is firstly connected to the network, the mobile terminal of the user is connected through the WIFI module or the Bluetooth module, and the user configures the connected router for the first household electrical appliance through the mobile terminal. After the first configuration, the first household appliance can directly scan the access signal intensity of the router without a subsequent network distribution.
Step 805, connecting the first household electrical appliance to a router;
step 806, when the first household appliance determines that the access signal strength of the router is smaller than a first threshold value, determining the comprehensive signal strength of each second household appliance, and determining the second household appliance as an access point from each second household appliance;
step 807, the first household appliance sends an access request to the second household appliance;
step 808, the second household appliance judges whether the first household appliance is legal or not, and if the first household appliance is legal, the request is passed; adding the illegal information into a blacklist and forbidding access;
step 809, the first household appliance accesses to the network through the second household appliance, so that the first household appliance accesses to the cloud server through the second household appliance to report the state and control the first household appliance by the mobile terminal;
